Kindred Hainault has three rooms and lots of outside garden spaces along with a free flow
classroom. The gardens consist of soft grass play surfacing, built in sand pits, room to ride bikes and cars and planting areas.

My child loves going to nursery every morning and I think this the best review for the nursery, as this means that they are doing a great job of entertaining and teaching the kids.
I get updates from them from time to time on how my child is doing and what new things they are learning there which
is great.
Overall, as parents, we are quite happy with the nursery, the teachers, the chef and the entire staff.

My small has been at this nursery for nearly a year now and I am thrilled with the care, attention and learning opportunities that are available.
Firstly the staff are extremely friendly, caring and knowledgable. I have found them to be honest and reassuring when discussing issues of concern. They
have created an excellent learning environment through play and my small has quickly and happily adapted to the daily routine the nursery has in place. Small is even learning some Makaton/British Sign Lanauage there.
The food is prepped on-site and is home-cooked and nutritious. They have excellent procedures in place for those with allergies and intolerances which are reviewed on a regular basis.
The safeguarding procedures and set-up are second to none. They are quick to inform parents of any incidences and their record-taking is meticulous.
This was one of the few nurseries that has a separate outside space for each of the rooms. The children have unrestricted access to this space rain or shine!

Communication is key and as long as the line is kept open then we find everyone is content, especially our little ones. Our app helps with this and please don't forget that it is two-way. Great nursery! Very happy with the baby room staff - always very bubbly and really good at communicating with us. My daughter comes home very happy, as did my son when he attended two years ago.
The staff are very friendly and supportive of our routines and wishes. They update the phone app throughout
the day, which allows me to check in and see what my child has been up to.
The baby room is a good-sized room with access to the garden. Although we noticed some of the facilities in the garden are becoming a little dated and are in need of a refresh.

I have two children at Kindred Hainault and I can’t say enough positive things about it. The staff are really creative with the activities they set up for the children. They’re also really caring and friendly, they’re happy to take time to give feedback on your child’s day and they regularly update
their progress and development on the app. The app is also brilliant for letting you know what your child has eaten and at what time, how many times their nappy has been changed etc. Overall a lovely place to send your children, highly recommend Kindred!

My daughter has been attending Kindred Hainault for over a year now and loves her days there. As a mother, I've felt really comfortable with the staff they have. They are attentive, informative and really form a bond with the children they are taking care of, understanding each and their individual
personalities. The nursery provides a variety of healthy meals which my daughter loves and targets activities that cater to learning and play both in and outdoors. Overall really happy with the nursery.

My daughter has attended Kindred Hainault for about a year and a half now and I cannot fault it. Everyone’s extremely accommodating, helpful and nothing is ever too much. I struggle to get my daughter to actually leave nursery now because she loves it so much. The staff in all rooms she has been in
have always been amazing and have helped her development a lot, she is extremely fond of the catering staff and the management team are very efficient and organised. I would recommend this nursery to everyone.

I started using this nursery when my first child was nine months old. He had a fantastic time here and left when he was three. I had another child in 2021 and after viewing some nurseries in my local area and not being totally impressed I decided to bring him back to Kindred Hainault. Safe to say I
still am as impressed as what I was all those years ago when my first child went here. It is always such a warm friendly environment all the time. My youngest son is always so happy to go to nursery and when he is there he always has the best time and is completely worn out by the time he comes home.
They have a garden area in each of the nursery rooms which is a lovely little addition as well as having a cook on site so the children get freshly cooked meals everyday. The team and management are always incredibly friendly and helpful and always keep you thoroughly up to date with what my child has got up to that day.
Can't thank you all enough for the absolute consistency throughout.

This was the only nursery I had my heart set on for my son to attend. My son has been diagnosed with special needs and the nursery have been very helpful and working alongside me with progressing my son they have communicated with me throughout. My son loves this nursery and the members of staff, I

My child has been attending this nursery since last year. The staff have been amazing and supportive since he transitioned from his old nursery. They have made my little one feel welcome and he is visibly so much happier at this nursery, often making comments of how much fun he has had. The staff give
regular updates on progress and encourage all different activities including numeracy. They also cater to my son’s allergy requirements and have a nutritious food menu for the kids. All management and staff are extremely professional and always make time to put my mind at ease and answer any questions I have had.

Coming from a previous nursery, my daughter was not getting the professional, trained staff to learn and respond to her needs. She was finding it difficult to settle in as she’s an independent child at home. I changed my daughter to Kindred Hainault after reading about the wonderful things they offer
as a nursery.
My daughter has been going to Kindred Hainault since June 2021, and she has flourished so much and is so excited to go to nursery every day and excited to show off everyone and everything in her nusery to me. The staff are so caring, passionate teachers and professionals. Staff nurture every child and build each child to be independent. The attention to detail and parent and staff relationship is the best. The staff are so helpful with everything you ask, and they keep you updated with everything your child’s doing on the app from what they eat to any news and updates, and you can message the staff on the app. The nursery provides a high safety standard and a clean environment.

My daughter loves coming to nursery she always comes out happy and sometimes never wants to leave, we get regular daily updates of what she's been doing in the day. The only negative is that since changing from Dizzy Ducks to Kindred it has become more money orientated. For my family we needed to drop
my daughter off 20 minutes early yet the nursery want to charge me a full hour, I did suggest that I'd pick her up 20 minutes early so it's not any extra time but management said that's not possible.

My daughter attends this nursery who is two years old.
She started in the baby room where the staff were very keen to know how best to settle her and introduce her to the routine. When picking up my child she was always happy and clean.
She has now moved into the tot's room, has settled in really
well and is gaining a lot of confidence. She has learnt so much being at the nursery such as how to feed herself, socialising with other kids and singing lots of songs which we sing together.
I’m informed and updated with her day and all other nursery information via an app. The app really helps to stay connected to your child.
In the morning when I drop my daughter off the staff are always welcoming and polite.
I’m really just enjoying seeing my little girl grow at Kindred Hainault have played a big part in that.

I am so pleased with this nursery, my daughter has settled in very well, she absolutely loves attending nursery. She simply runs off in the morning forgetting all about me, lol. Excellent nursery. The staff are very friendly and helpful and engage with the children very well. They do lots of different activities with the children and really help with their development.

It’s a joy to watch my son run into nursery smiling and to be greeted warmly by the staff. I have found the team at Kindred Hainault to be professional and friendly with the child's wellbeing at the centre of everything they do. His speech has improved greatly and he is thriving under their care. He

Our son has been attending Kindred for two days a week since he was 10 months, he is now two and a half. He has a lovely time when he is there, lots of fun with his friends and the adults and is fed extremely well!
He runs in every day, happy to see who is going to collect him and start his fun day!
All the ladies who work with him are professional friendly and caring. The nursery has been very accommodating to our needs and we would definitely recommend it to others.
