Bright Horizons North Cheam Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter enjoys going each day. I feel safe leaving her there and any time there has been a meltdown, they soothe her and call to let me know she's fine. Good, clean facilities, all children seem to be happy. Very happy with all the staff. Girls in the baby room are lovely so my second child will be well looked after when she starts.

Staff are very caring and welcoming. My daughter settled very quickly in nursery. She loves her food in nursery. She comes home after long days at nursery very happy and lots of stories.

My boys move on to school this September and we are really sad to let go of this nursery.

Bright Horizons has honestly done my son and I the world of good! My son had a few issues with finding a placement in a nursery because he had additional needs, both physical and mental. Bright Horizons has taken us both under their wing and have supported us in so many ways, more than one! Thank you Bright Horizons for all you have done for my family and in such a short time! The staff are brilliant, are very accommodating, they take so much care and time and you can witness just how much effort they put into safeguarding and feeding your children. Their main focus is your child and catering for them in every way possible to the best of their abilities. They do an OUTSTANDING job, just ask Ofstead! Thank you Bright Horizons.

We are very happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very good with the kids. Kids love to go to nursery in the mornings. They love the food, toys and activities. They learn something every day. No complaints from this family, except for an app to see what they do during the day. More activities would be nice.

My youngest has moved into the preschool room and has always been incredibly happy at the nursery. The level of care is outstanding - staff are amazing and I feel genuinely happy to leave my son with them. The facilities are great and I feel that the nursery provides an excellent preparation for school. I am very fond of all the staff there - its a real family atmosphere and I will be very sad when its time to move on. My only criticism is the fees have gone up significantly in recent years and this maybe putting people off.

We have always been very impressed with the level of care and attention to our daughter’s individual needs. She thoroughly enjoys her time there and the daily activities encourage and nurture her ongoing development within a safe and stimulating environment. Staff are incredibly friendly and committed and always seem to be going above and beyond their duty of care. I would be very happy to recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare.

Bright Horizons North Cheam Day Nursery and Preschool is truly an amazing setting. I have been a stay at home mum for the last year so handing my son to his key worker initially seemed daunting. However, my son loves the place and all the staff are amazing with the children. I feel at ease knowing my son is happy and in good hands. I'm really starting to see him thrive. Thank you!

Very pleased with the nursery. Staff are great and very friendly and kind. Extremely motivated my daughter who is ability she and reserved, however, she has opened up a lot. She loves preschool and all the staff. Very pleased with the baby room. The staff as well as they made my son comfortable from day one. Management is great and helpful. Would definitely recommend this nursery to family and friends.

Great nursery, our daughter loved every moment. The staff is very competent and friendly, and the managerial team very organised.

Our daughter went to big school last week and she had no issues settling in, also thanks to the excellent social skills she learned at Bright Horizons.

We'll all miss this brilliant nursery!

My daughter loves pre-school when I asked her why she says because she gets to play all day with her friends. Noth Cheam day Nursery and Preschool is brilliant all the staff know the children and parents by name and I think that's what makes it such a wonderful friendly place. I can see my daughter progressing because she is so happy to be at preschool. For me that helps when leaving her for us both to get on with our day.

My daughter is now in toddler 2 having worked her way up from the baby room. Like any first time anxious mother, we always stress that our children are well taken care of. I can honestly say that I'm so impressed by the level of care from the staff! When there have been areas of development that needed attention the staff were always very helpful in their approach. Every day you can be sure your child is being guided in their work and play and that you are greeted with "Hello's" and smiles. Top Class!

I have used this nursery for both of my children. They have always been very happy there and the facilities are very good. The staff are always very friendly and make sure that the children are well looked after. There are always lots of activities going on with a varied menu that is regularly updated.

My daughter has been coming to the nursery since she was 9 months old. She got Cerebral Palsy and staff are excellent with my daughter's needs. They work well as a team and are very good with feedback at the end of the day. We also have regular meetings with her key worker, senco, speech and language, physio and portage which is very important as her care is meet and development is on target for her. All the staff are doing a great job as my daughter is talking and walking now and been very supportive though her nursery days.

Friendly staff + clean facilities + great nutrition + stimulating activities + refreshed toys and learning aids = winning formula.

My daughter is a very confident, talkative, artistic, imaginative, bossy, playful and happy pre-schooler. I am forever grateful to the management and staff of the nursery for their great attitudes, affection and immense patience. They repeatedly go over and above what is necessary to provide such a fabulous environment for little people to grow and develop into the individual beings they are - playing on strengths but also gently working on the weaknesses to improve confidence. Highly recommend the nursery and great staff!

I am very pleased and satisfied with the staff, team and service offered at Playtime Nursery - Wandsworth. My daughter has flourished and developed into a very happy toddler from progressing through the various groups, from joining since the age of 11 months. The staff are very dynamic and experienced. It's a lovely feeling when collecting my daughter who would love to stay longer in the nursery. When we get home my daughter enjoys talking about her peers and the staff. The environment is welcoming and spacious with clearly established policies. The nursery offers a wide range of toys and books. The staff are very caring and supportive.

My son has been coming to Bright Horizons North Cheam since he was 14 months old. He started in the baby room and is now in toddler 1. Each and every member of staff has been amazing and has supported my son in all aspects of his learning to which my son has come on so much since attending this nursery. I cannot recommend the nursery enough!

My niece loves going to nursery and is always talking about staff members and her peers at home. She has attended since she was a baby (now nearly 3) and she has come on leaps and bounds since starting there.
