Bright Horizons North Cheam Day Nursery and Preschool

We love the regular updates through their app, which keeps us informed about what he's learning and how his day is going. The setting itself is full of energy, positivity, and fun, making it a wonderful space for children to learn and grow. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and engaging pre-school!

The chef creates lots of different recipes, including a wide range of fruit and vegetables and ensures our son gets to try lots of different foods.

We are so grateful for the wonderful experience our children have at Bright Horizons in North Cheam. From the moment they walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured that they are in good hands. The carers are fantastic - so patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child's development. The nursery provides a stimulating and fun environment where our children learn and grow so much, through play and educational activities. They keep us updated on the app and are always happy to answer any developmental/social concerns we have about our kids. We highly recommend this nursery to any family!

All of the staff are very welcoming and helpful. They offer advice when asked and make sure that the child's best interests are at heart. My child loves going into nursery and yesterday did not want to leave. His key workers are so happy to see him leave and accurate handovers are always provided at pick up!

Absolutely brilliant nursery. The team are professional, caring and nurturing of both of our children, tailoring their experience based on their age, understanding and capability.

Our children run to attend each day and are constantly learning and taking part in new experience. We cannot recommend Bright Horizons North Cheam enough!

I just love seeing what fun he's having while I'm at work myself. Being an only child has really grown his confidence in being around other children and learning to share and play. As a new mum myself, the staff have been amazingly helpful in teaching me ways to educate or discipline him as he goes into his toddler years. I would never consider another nursery and am so grateful for such an amazing team to be part of my son's childhood.

I have two children that attend this nursery. Both are settled and happy here. They have both progressed in different ways. The staff here have really helped me with a few things while I navigate these first few years with children and are now supporting potty training. They do activities that I may not do at home and I like the variation of food provided. My eldest is in pre-school now and is prepping in the year running up to attending school. The staff are friendly and update daily activities on the handy app with photos also. I love this and love seeing what the children are doing. I find the app a great tool to know what they have eaten for the day. I have been really happy with this nursery and pre-school. All the staff are lovely and show an interest in my children. If my children are happy then I am happy. They have been a great support and I highly recommend! It will be a sad day when they leave to go to school.

My son started North Cheam Bright Horizons in January at 11 months old and I cannot sing the team's praises enough. The level of care, learning environment and developmental support is nothing short of amazing. They consistently go above and beyond and I can hand on heart say I feel confident that my child is happy and content in their care. Looking for a nursery can be really tough and I’m so glad that I chose here. I spent a lot of time researching and this nursery was recommended numerous times and I can totally see why.

I originally chose Bright Horizons because I gathered up information from other parents and their website but nothing beats actually sending your precious child there to be cared for and taught by experienced staff with patience and all round care from management to teachers. Every time my son attended nursery he make my decision even more worth it by the way he would run to the nursery and how close he was with different teachers with different ethnic backgrounds, it really pleases me to see this over the time because he was such a shy child, never went to noone. The classroom teachers really helped him to build up his confidence, his speech finally improved and he has made so many friends and has so much to tell me every day about his day. His progress has shocked me, he has gone up levels and it’s all down to the partnership and bond we have created between us as parents and staff and management from Bright Horizons.

My son has settled in really quickly and seems to really enjoy his time at nursery.

My son attends nursery here and he is extremely happy. Drop-off and pick-up are great because I can see how much fun the children have. The nursery itself always looks spotless and very well run. The staff care so much and work very hard and are all so engaging. I can tell they love what they do and all the children that attend. There are so many creative activities and ideas for learning which is shared on the app, so parents can see what their child is up to. Communication is great and I always feel informed. My son always comes home telling me how yummy his food was and who he was talking to and playing with. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

North Cheam, Bright Horizons, have the best and most understanding staff, who really take an interest in the welfare of the child. Our daughter has been enjoying her time here and she looks forward to her days at the nursery. As a parent, I could work peacefully knowing that our child is in the best hands and would be looked after. We have been sending our son to another Bright Horizons nursery and that made us decide to stick with Bright Horizons for our daughter as well. Five stars for Bright Horizons.

five years. My son thrived there and the setting provided the best start to his life. The same is happening for my nearly 3-year-old now. The staff are excellent - kind, affectionate, but firm when needed and the whole place has a fun, but calm vibe for the children. I love walking past the wonderful learning stations set up for preschoolers! It's interesting even for us parents! The app used to update parents on their child's day/progress, is excellent. I love that I know when and what my child did during their day. Seeing photos and progress updates always make me happy too. Again, their food must be amazing, as my picky eater gobbles up almost everything and then has seconds too. So thank you to the kitchen staff that we don't always see! My daughter has made new friends as have I and is always happy at drop off and pick up. Thank you to the amazing team at Bright Horizons, North Cheam!

My son has been attending the nursery for eighteen months and we have been so pleased with his care and progress at Bright Horizons, North Cheam! The nursery has great parking, incredibly caring staff and delightful activities for all of the children. Everybody in the nursery knows your child and I know he will be as well cared for, as by myself!

Bright Horizons are the most incredible nursery, with such a home-from-home feel, with the most caring, nurturing staff. After watching my niece thrive at Bright Horizons, Cheam, I didn't hesitate in sending my firstborn here, despite it not being our closest option. My daughter was only 8 months old and seemed so young to leave, but both myself and her, were transitioned with the best care and support and my little one loved all of the staff. She continued here until heading off to school, where she was fully ready and prepared after learning so much, yet having the most fun. In the five years, she was there, I felt that all of her teachers were a huge part of her life, that she made real bonds with. My youngest has now been there for seven months and there is nowhere else I would have her. Many of the staff are the same that were there years ago and remember my family, which made a new transition, so effortless. Management are fantastic and go over and above, to continually make this nursery, outstanding.

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons for nearly two years. The staff are caring, engaging and encouraging. Our daughter takes part in a range of activities, every day and regularly brings home craftwork that has been created. We receive regular (daily) updates on the app, about her routine, as well as photos of the activities she takes part in. A well-rounded menu ensures she is well fed and this has impacted positively on the range of food she eats at home. It's lovely to see the bond created with other children and some of the staff members, especially key workers. Thank you, Bright Horizons!
