I am so very happy I chose this nursery for my daughter. I find the staff caring and kind but also professional and fun. Communication between myself and the nursery managers and keyworkers has been excellent which has helped me build trust and confidence in the staff. My daughter brings home creative
art and tells me about her day in little learners. The outside space is lovely and gives the nursery an open feel which I am very happy with. I highly recommend this nursery.

I currently have one child at the nursery and used to have another there. It has access to fantastic outdoor space and is surrounded by greenery which I think is beneficial for the children. There is a constant stream of fun activities planned for them and the catering seems excellent. What I like
most, however, is the genuine affection the nursery staff appear to have for the children. Whilst I cannot speak for all the staff, the ones I come into contact with seem genuinely fond of the children and the children of them.

Excellent nursery! Wonderful, caring staff who build strong relationships with the children. My children have flourished in this environment. Great outdoor space and extra activities including football and tennis. An amazing team offering fantastic care. Highly recommend.

Both my older children (now 7 and 5) attended the nursery previously (2010 onwards). I was extremely happy with their care and development and as a result didn't even consider other options for my 3rd child who started here a month ago.


Third time around, I am still very happy with the staff and

the care being provided. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy to see quite a few familiar faces within the team of carers, as generally, you hear about high staff turnover in nurseries. A couple of the staff members including the cook have been there since when my oldest started there 6 years ago and most of the senior staff from when my middle child left 1.5 years ago.


All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and it has been lovely to have some of the same carers looking after all 3 of my children. Gives me reassurance that they are in good hands.

My son has been here since he's been 6months old and he is now four he is in his final year. He's been in great care the whole time and has loved being there always happy to go.

Kidsunlimited is a very warm and welcoming nursery. The staff at all levels are all very pleasant and helpful. The children are kept in my opinion in a safe and engaging environment. And there is always a happy atmosphere. I had two children attending the nursery with my eldest just starting school.
There's an emphasis on learning while at the same time all children are encouraged to be creative and are guided at there own pace. With the nursery displaying such an extended family atmosphere which is important when leaving your child, I have no hesitation for my youngest child to start when it's time.

We have sent both our children to this nursery so have been coming since May 2012. We have been consistently happy with the compassion and kindness of the staff towards the children and love all of the outdoor space that the kids have access to, which is very far from any polluting, busy roads or dangers.
There was a long gap between managers which wasn't ideal as we saw a lot of the established staff leaving, however, this is now resolved and the staff seem a lot more settled and the new staff members are just as good as the old ones. The continuity of some senior staff helped to maintain standards during this time.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 8 months old and his last day was this week. I and my wife have nothing but good things to say about both the facilities itself and also the nursery team. Despite a minor short gap in finding a new manager the day to day care of the children has been
always good and I am pleased that they have now appointed a new manager since August 2016, who is already making her positive mark on the team and nursery overall.
I highly recommend this nursery and have found that my sons learning, social skills as well as overall happiness have been greatly supported by the team. They really go the extra mile. Thank you all for your hard work and keep it up!

My son started going to the nursery when he was 9 months (now 16 months). All the staff are very friendly and caring so he settled in very quickly and has developed so much since he joined in. Baby room has its own secured and quiet little garden which makes it feel safe and reassuring for parents as
well. During the summer he enjoyed spending time in the garden and splashing water. Also, surrounding area is great with huge open space. (HSBC ground) Food is excellent with a various nutritious menu with taking each baby's requirements in detail and the "cooking activity" is a great idea for the baby to have interests in what they eat. Parking with reasonable price is a plus! The only thing which needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the facility, but given the fact that the building itself seems to be old there might be a limitation of how much it can be cleaned.

My son started nursery when he was 3 months old. I was worried I had made the wrong decision as my mother felt strongly that he wouldn't receive the individual attention he needed. Within a couple of weeks, my anxiety melted away. I am delighted with the care and love he gets. I turn up at the nursery
at various times and on every occasion he is clearly happy and well looked after. His face lights up when he sees his key worker in the morning and he is at ease with all the staff in the baby room. The nursery is very light, has wonderful outdoor space and a happy feel to it. The handover at the end of the day is excellent and procedures are well followed. Everything seems well documented and the children's' safety is taken very seriously. We receive weekly updates by email and the managers are always approachable and professional. My son has so much fun and stimulation and importantly he is well socialised and calm in new situations. I receive many positive comments about his behaviour!

We have had our daughter at the nursery for the past 2 years and are happy with the care provided. She is always excited to go and is full of stories of fun from her day.
There have been lots of changes in management which has been a little unsettling but the staff have been consistent throughout,
especially the Deputy manager, who has just been appointed manager which we are very pleased about.

My daughter attended this nursery from the age of 1 until last month. She is wonderfully social and well mannered as a result, with a supportive network of friends from nursery. She has a consistent key worker, who she loved. She knows all her letters and can count already. My son has attended the nursery
from 5 months and he is now a 1.5 yrs. He had a great key worker Charlotte, who I trusted completely. Coral, the main manager, and Vicky (deputy manager) are both capable and enthusiastic. Any niggles (and we all have them) are dealt with fairly and they are quick to respond. The nursery workers are very fond of the kids.


It is in a great location, with a car park right next to a main commuter line. There is a garden area for the baby room (which is used a lot in the summer) and lots of outside space for everyone else. My children love Jo Jingles there and the tennis coaching. They have an excellent cook, who is very visible. She cooks with the children and makes excellent meals.

My son has been attending this nursery from the age of 5 months and is now 4 years old and will be sadly leaving to start another new chapter in primary school, the staff are very friendly and welcoming in every room. I am very happy and satisfied with my sons development in all rooms and he will
have the best start in primary school with all that he has learnt, he has good relationships with all the staff in each room. The outside space that the children have is amazing and it's lovely that the children are able have full use of all the outside grounds. The nursery also provide tennis and football and jo jingles throughout the week which my son thoroughly enjoys and can't wait to tell me about when I pick him up.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 10 months old and we experienced every room. Initially, we were satisfied with the nursery until the past year. There's been a high turnover of staff, especially no direction from having a constant manager has changed my views. The level of care and
passion from staff are no longer evident. There are kids with runny/snotty noses but carers don't take the initiative to wipe the kids noses.


I personally feel there is no structure in the pre-school room and kids are moved up too early into preschool, therefore older kids are no longer stimulated or activities are not age specific. Management need to motivate staff and ensure the staff hired have the right experience for the rooms they are placed in. In the preschool room, handovers need improvement. For the past year there has been no constructive feedback of my daughter's day. Staff don't know the basics of her day, like how much she's eaten/what was on the menu/what activities she's done/if she had a nap etc.

Our son started nursery at Kidsunlimited in January. It was very hard for him as he was going through separation anxiety. The staff at the Nursery was great at getting him settled and he now absolutely loves going to the nursery. He probably loves it more than staying at home! I appreciate the fact
that he has lots of different activities to do every day and we get a summary of how his day was at the end of the day. He loves his key person and is very happy to see her everyday.

My two kids have been going to Kidsunlimited nursery and they have always been very happy.
The nurses are very helpful and smiley and I see the children are very well looked after.
My youngest still attends the nursery. There is a lot of green around the building and children are allowed to play
outside (supervised) every day. Also they have recently introduced football and tennis lessons to every child.
I would definitely recommend this nursery to new parents. I fully trust them.

Amie is the nursery manager at New Beckenham, having joined Bright Horizons in November 2019. With a career in nurseries dating back to 2007, she began as an unqualified nursery assistant and has since advanced to her current role. Along the way, Amie earned a degree in Early Years Education.


Passionate about working with children, she finds great fulfilment in supporting both children and their families.
