I just have to say what a brilliant nursery this is and I’m really happy to have my 2 children looked after by Excel Kids. I always feel comfortable leaving my children at the nursery. Really glad they can boost the staff members to feel confident in enforcing the Covid safety measures.

My child is very happy at the nursery. She is always keen to go in the morning and happy to tell me about her day. The staff are always friendly and will communicate clearly if anything is needed. The nursery uses an online parent portal to share key information like sleep times, toileting and eating
which is really useful. Due to Covid19, we have been unable to go into the nursery so having more pictures of their daily activities would be nice in the parent portal.

The staff are friendly and accommodating to the needs of individual children. They are always smiling and welcoming which makes the children feel much more positive about going even when they don't want to leave their parents. They are constantly improving the facilities too. All in all a great place
for children and I feel completely confident in leaving my child knowing that when I return she is all smiles and stories of her day.

My little one has been going to this nursery since she was 2 years old. She left two years ago and started school. But I still take her back for holiday club and she absolutely loves it. It's like a second home for her. The staff are really professional and amicable. Many thanks to the manager and others.
My little one absolutely loves them. The communication is very convenient and they are very flexible which helps me a lot. Would definitely recommend to all the parents for all the flexibility they need. You have that peace of mind that your child is in safe hands.

I am happy about sending my daughter to Excel Kids Day Nursery. I feel she is in a safe environment and the atmosphere feels just like home for her. It is comfortable and cosy. The staff are very helpful and polite and empathic towards the children.

The weather was really nice. The journey to and from Southend was very pleasant. Staff and management were kind and helpful all the way through. Wouldn't mind going on more day trips.

We are very satisfied with the care our daughter has received at nursery in the last two years. She learned a lot, she improved her speaking and is happy to spend time with her friends. We have very good communication with the teachers and their feedback is helpful and also they work to improve aspects
we suggest.
We know she is in good hands, well taken care of and encouraged to develop her personality and to learn new things.

Excel Kids Day Nursery is a great place for kids. My son has been attending the nursery since the age of 1. The staff are really friendly and always positive. Management is always there for support, they are also very understanding whatever your needs maybe.

My experience with the nursery has been relatively good. I feel that my child is in good hands which gives me a clear state of mind when I'm at work. He seems to be very excited whenever I bring him on a morning and not in a rush to leave when its home time. I am pleased with this nursery to date.

Overall positive experience, caring staff. My child is happy. The only downside, though it concerns most nurseries, I find British standards of food quite poor, too much processed food and fried food in general.
