My daughter loves attending Twinkle Toes. They take great care of her and she's always happy coming home. Her learning and development are a great testament to the nursery. Currently, in the baby room, we look forward to her ongoing journey with the nursery.

The energy that radiates within the staff and nursery is a reflection of how amazing the nursery manager and seniors are. Welcoming and warm staff, who work endlessly to ensure the parents and children are happy. Great communication at the end of each day to inform parents/carers of how the day went! Will be sending my other child in a heartbeat as I know he will always be in the best of care. They deserve the recognition and appreciation for all their hard work. Keep it up!

An absolutely brilliant nursery with loving, caring and nurturing staff. I have a daughter who is 2 years old and has improved dramatically with her speech and general development. My daughter loves going to her nursery, who shares photos of her activities regularly. Staff, two members of staff in particular, have really supported my daughter incredibly. Overall an exceptional nursery little nursery!

Wow! It feels like it was only yesterday that I was full of nerves settling my then five-month-old at the nursery. Three years on, my son is full of confidence, love for reading and the adults he has had the privilege to have worked with. I am a very grateful mum, who has been extremely supported. We personally love all the staff members and their approach is always kind-hearted and willing to help. I honestly cannot recommend enough the nursery and all the teachers that work hard for our children. Wish you all the best achievements!

Staff are great, but they all should be required to take payments off parents instead of having to wait for a senior member of staff. More outings would be great without the extra charge, parents already pay enough weekly. Staff are always available for talks regarding children. Kept up to date on childs development.

I am very happy about the school and the staff. I have two children attending and they are really happy to go to school and get along with friends and staff. The kids have progressed a lot with their language and behaviour, they've learned a lot of things. I will recommend this nursery to everyone. Staff are very communicative and kind.

My son is here for 1 year and 5 months and he likes nursery a lot, always very happy and energetic. I'm happy with all staff as well. He's improved a lot in behaviour at nursery and at home.

First Steps is a good school. He is improving and the staff are good too.

My son has just graduated from university, having attended First Steps from ages 2 to 4. He had a fantastic experience, still remembers his aunties and all they taught him. I remember how friendly they were and how I was the only parent at work who wasn't constantly being called to collect my child from nursery because he had a sniffle. I still feel grateful for how they gave my son a great attitude to learning and helped me
