Creative Kids Nursery based in Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, is a privately owned Ofsted registered nursery, providing exceptional day-care and education for children aged three months to five years.

The nursery offers a safe and secure environment with staff who promote learning through play. All staff are childcare NVQ qualified or equivalent, first aid trained, and training is on-going.

An outdoor play area has been specially designed to encourage children to enjoy playing outside, and the garden has lots of toys, equipment and safe flooring to ensure children are safe. The nursery has two play zones, one for babies and a large area for the other age groups.

The nursery has an on-site chef who prepares fresh food for the children and ensures that all their nutritional and dietary needs are met.

Creative Kids Nursery has visiting teachers; the dance teacher teaches children music and movement and the sports teacher who teaches football and other sports.

As a first time parent using this nursery for my youngest - I have been quite satisfied with how my son has settled in. We are pleased that he eats well and has a good variety of meals at Creative Kids.
He started in September 2018 and seems happy to be spending 2 days there and we feel comfortable
he is being looked after and stimulated for his age range. There are always a range of activities/toys when I drop/collect him. The staff in his room are lovely and skilled.
I was also pleased when I was approached about helping my son further with his speaking and glad that the nursery had taken my concerns seriously. Nursery communication is good and I particularly like the use of the myschool app for notices and reminders, as well as the Tapestry app.

Both of my children attend Creative Kids Nursery, my daughter started at 4 months (she is now 4 years old). She has always been very well looked after as a very small baby, right up to the present day, she loves going to nursery. We have encountered many members of staff over the years and all of them
are great with the children and know them all by name. My daughter has a good appetite, which I know has been encouraged by all of the delicious home cooked meals she is given at nursery, sausage casserole is her absolute favourite! My son (9 months) also started at Creative Kids this year and has settled very well. They see each other during the day at 'sibling time' my daughter loves being able to see what her baby brother is up to in Lilac Room, I am sure this is one of the reasons that he has settled so quickly. They take the stress out of going back to work. You tell them your preferred formula, bottles, wipes and cream so all you need to remember in the morning is a spare outfit.

My husband and I could not be happier with the care that is provided for our son. All of the staff are extremely friendly, as well as being professional. Our little boy is always happy to attend nursery, he enjoys taking part in a variety of activities.

My son has attended Creative Kids Nursery since the age of one and will now be starting Reception in September. My experience from day one has been amazing at this nursery. The staff have always been polite and informative regarding my sons day. The nursery has supported my son with his needs and can
I say how extremely happy I am with the progress he has made at this nursery with the help of his teachers.
The layout of the nursery is well thought out and I like the fact that they have different classes for the different age groups. The nursery is very welcoming with its bright colours and they have a lovely garden for the children to play in.
I am sad to say 'bye to creative kids as my son moves on to the next chapter of his life but I would like to thank all the staff for the fantastic foundation they have built for him. I can confidently say that my son has enjoyed his time at nursery and has made some good friends with whom he will be embarking on his next adventure with.

My son has been in attendance since December 2015. He’s always happy to attend and the staff are helpful, friendly and supportive.


The accommodation is very nice, immaculately clean and the decor is very stimulating for the children.

We have 2 children attending Creative Kids. The whole team are very warm and welcoming and know each child by name even if they are not directly responsible for them.


The individual rooms and communal areas are filled with pictures and toys that encourage learning and creativity. We are given daily

feedback on each child’s day including feeds, activities and their emotional state.


The food menu is varied, nappies and formula are all included in the daily rate which is very convenient.


The hours are 8-6 which is great for local workers but is a race for the city workers amongst us. There is an option of an early drop-off but with two children the charge is not sustainable on a regular basis.


In addition to the standard service, our son has had extra assistance and support to ensure his speech development didn’t fall behind.


We are very happy with all aspects of the nursery, which enables us to go to work with peace of mind.

Creative Kids Emerson Park is an amazing nursery. All the staff there could not be more friendly and professional. My daughter has flourished here and she is so excited to come every time! There's not a bad thing I could say about this nursery, I'm going to be gutted when she has to leave.

We always found the standards of everything at the nursery to be nothing less than excellent.


The staff are always helpful and courteous and our children both remember their time there fondly.


The greatest compliment that I can pay the Nursery is that I was never worried as to my children’s welfare

whilst away from them during the day.


Even when we moved home and another nursery would have been easier geographically, we kept our children at Creative Kids, because of our satisfaction with it and the others we looked at were not at the standard.

Our first child had a wonderful time at Creative Kids (Hornchurch) from age 1 and as a result, she ran into school on her first day and hasn’t looked back since. Our son now attends and we are extremely happy with the care and education he receives. The staff are professional and caring as is the manager.
As working parents we trust them with our precious babes, personally, I don’t trust anyone easily but from the first day at Creative Kids, I knew this nursery was the one for us.

Creative Kids has been absolutely fabulous in supporting our daughter from the age of 10 months. She has developed socially academically and learnt a lot about herself she is a very capable, intelligent girl who has taken in a lot of what she has and heard as well as what she has been taught. Great

Wonderful nursery with excellent and attentive staff. Both my children attended and very much enjoyed their time at the nursery.

My son has attended the nursery for two years and loves it.
He loves the staff who take care of him and when he was younger we would often see staff comforting him when needed which was lovely.
He has made lots of friends and learns lots of new things.
They helped him with potty training and feeding
himself. They report back well on his progress.

All my great grandchildren have attended Creative Kids Nursery Hornchurch. The first one starting in 2007 and I currently still have one in preschool. I have done pick up's and drop off's over the years and all the staff are very welcoming and caring towards all the children. They have all loved coming
to nursery and the older siblings love to go in and see all the staff that taught them over the years when they pick up their brother. I have also recommended the nursery to other friends/neighbours that have grandchildren who also have grandchildren at the nursery and they always tell me how happy they are! Brilliant nursery.

All 3 of my grandchildren have gone to this nursery and all 3 have really loved it and it has helped them all to develop skills before starting school. All staff are friendly and welcoming. My grandson comes home and tells me about his football session every Friday which he really enjoys. All 3 children
have loved the food whilst at nursery which is good as they can be a bit picky at times. They even do Birthday teas for the kids birthdays.

Can't speak highly enough about the nursery. The staff are clearly devoted to establishing a real bond with the kids and the care really shines through.
Our daughter is taken care of but also has loads of fun and it's also great to see her learning new things.
We are truly grateful to all of the
staff and we'll be sad to say goodbye when it's time for our little one to move on.
