Our son has been at this nursery for 1 year, across the baby and first toddler room. All of the staff have been attentive, supportive and considerate. Lots of good food, activities, and a big garden to play in. No faff, just a great nursery

What a fabulous setting! My son joined in September and absolutely loves it. He is so happy going in to nursery, the staff are attentive, kind and caring towards him and really go the extra mile. He recently celebrated his birthday and they did a mini birthday party with decorations and home made
treats for him and his class mates. Each week he comes home with a new story from the nursery library and the updates on tapestry show how the vast array of activities on offer throughout the day.

Creative kids are second to none. All of the staff are very caring and very supportive for the children.
The management of this branch are very attentive and very keen to provide excellent care of any issues / concerns a parent may have.

A fantastic nursery that my child absolutely loves attending. The staff in the Orange Room are incredibly caring, attentive, and always keep us well informed about everything our child has been doing throughout the day. We really appreciate the online portal where they regularly upload photos and
updates, allowing us to see what our child has been up to while at nursery, which is very reassuring for parents.
The management at Emerson Park is also excellent. Claire has been amazing since our child started. She is always approachable, supportive, and happy to help with anything related to the nursery, including guidance around the free hours. It's clear that the whole team genuinely cares about the children and their development. The environment feels warm, safe, and welcoming, and we feel very confident leaving our child in their care. Highly recommended - 5/5 stars!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old and we couldn't be happier with the care she has received. She absolutely loves going each day, especially spending time playing with her friends and taking part in arts and crafts activities.
All of the staff are wonderful-so
kind, supportive and genuinely caring. They create such a warm and welcoming environment for the children.
Since starting, my daughter has learned so much. The team have supported her through so many milestones, from the smallest steps to the biggest achievements, and it's been amazing to see how much she has grown and developed.
We are so grateful for everything the nursery does and would highly recommend it to any parents looking for a nurturing and supportive place for their child.

Very happy with the first few days my son Tino has attended the nursery. Staff is super friendly and they make an effort to understand the child and their needs. I feel comfortable as a parent knowing that my child is being well looked after.

Amazing nursery. Fantastic staff and good facilities for the little ones. Communication from staff about activities and any news are on a daily basis, which provides peace of mind for the parents. Fresh and good quality food.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Our daughter is always so well looked after and comes home happy and settled each day. Our daughter has issues with her speech and language so it's especially important
for us that her needs are understood and supported, and the team have been fantastic in this regard. They take the time to listen, adapt and make sure she feels included and supported. It's such a relief as a parent to know she is in such safe capable and nurturing hands. We're grateful for everything they do.

Two of my sons have attended creative kids (one is in rainbow room, the other left a couple of years ago) and my 3rd is due to start in Summer. All the staff are kind & caring, & have great bonds with the children. My son has a great group of friends & is excited to go to nursery. He loves telling
us about everything he has done during the day, whether this be artwork, football or things he has learned depending on their topic. The facilities are exceptional - separate rooms based on age which means children have access to age appropriate toys & learning, & a huge garden / outdoor space to play. Food is freshly prepared on site & they cater for children with specific dietary requirements including allergies to ensure children do not miss out. Management are always very friendly and approachable for any questions. Children are well prepared for school before they leave rainbow room with phonics, pencil control, numbers etc. Overall the nursery is excellent and I would highly recommend

Creative Kids is an amazing nursery! The staff are caring, supportive, and create a nurturing environment for the kids. My child has really thrived and grown in confidence since starting. The activities and curriculum are engaging and fun, and I love seeing the little things they do each day.

We've had a really positive experience with this nursery. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and clearly care about the children. Whenever any issues have arisen, they've been very supportive and accommodating, which has given us a lot of confidence as parents.
Communication has been
consistently good, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into the range of activities provided in the curriculum. My child has learnt so much since starting here and often talks about the "fun" things he's done during the day, which is lovely to hear.
It's also really nice that the manager knows all the children by name - it shows how involved and dedicated they are. Overall, we're very happy with the nursery and the nurturing environment they provide.

My youngest is at this nursery and loves it!
The nursery staff are great with him, he enjoys the extra activities like dance and football.
When my oldest was there it was his 2nd nursery and he really came out of his shell at creative kids. They enabled him to have some quiet time if needed but
also keeping him within the group. His confidence grew in larger group settings so he was ready for school.
The kitchen staff are amazing also. He has several allergies which they cater for and he always has a similar dish to the other children and they have introduced me to other snacks that he can have that are allergy friendly
Admin and managerial staff are so helpful.
I highly recommend this nursery to my local mum friends

Our child has been attending Creative Kids since she was 10 months old and has always skipped in to nursery every day. Keen to learn, play with friends and get engaged with all the activities. The staff really care and it shows. It's hard having to work full time and not spend time with your child
as you'd like but knowing they are in supported and cared for, like they at at CK, makes it a lot easier. It takes a village to raise a child and CK are part of our village and we're really grateful!

My little girl has been attending since she was 11 months old, the girls in the lilac room made it that bit easier to return back to work with their kind and nurturing ways, she has recently moved up to the orange room and she is continuing to learn new things each day. Myself & her dad love the
open outdoor space and the endless activities that they are always doing x

Creative Kids has been great for us... the staff are always friendly, helpful, and really accommodating with anything we need.
Our little one loves going in, and there's always something fun or creative happening. They make a real effort with all the occasions and events throughout the year too,
which is lovely to see. Overall it's a warm, welcoming nursery that genuinely cares about the kids.

My daughter started at Creative Kids when I returned from maternity leave at 1 year old and she's now 2. She has come on so much since joining and it's been lovely to see her confidence grow. She's always really happy to go in each morning and often runs straight through the door, which says a lot
about how comfortable she feels there.
The settling-in process was brilliant and as she's moved through rooms we've really appreciated the settling reports - they're thoughtful, accurate and show the staff genuinely know and understand her.
The outdoor space is lovely and she spends lots of time playing and exploring outside, which she loves.
The staff are warm, caring and genuinely invested in the children, and I always feel confident she is well looked after. Communication is good and keeps us in the loop without feeling overwhelming.
We're really happy with Creative Kids and would definitely recommend it to other parents.

My little boy joined a couple of months ago and we are so glad we picked this nursery for him. The nursery is like a second home for him and he absolutely loves going - he is very comfortable with the staff and it shows what a great job they do! In just a couple of months he is developing so much
and picking up new skills. Knowing how well my boy is being looked after and how content he is there has made the dread of leaving him and my return to work so much easier. Highly recommend!

My daughter joined Creative Kids Emerson Park 6 weeks ago she is 3 years old and has never attended a nursery before she can we quite shy when she is with nee people. The staff at Creative kids are so lovely and have helped my daughter settle tremendously. My daughter is a very fussy eater and they
have done an amazing job at helping her with trying new foods which I am very grateful for but also offering her the usual favourite to make sure she eats something. Creative Kids are doing a great job at getting my daughter school ready in September and I am so glad I signed her up. Highly recommend this nursery! :)

My son loves it, his development since attending it is fantastic. Most of staff are keen to learn sign language, actually make an effort to communicate with us which is lovely feeling! I'm happy with nursery overall, I would recommend it to anyone.

All the staff at the nursery have been amazing. My son has recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and I feel so comfortable leaving him here! A lot of the staff completed the training and they are completely on the ball! I could not recommend this nursery enough! The support and care they have
for the children is absolutely amazing!! Thank you all so much.
