My little boy joined a couple of months ago and we are so glad we picked this nursery for him. The nursery is like a second home for him and he absolutely loves going - he is very comfortable with the staff and it shows what a great job they do! In just a couple of months he is developing so much and picking up new skills. Knowing how well my boy is being looked after and how content he is there has made the dread of leaving him and my return to work so much easier. Highly recommend!

My daughter joined Creative Kids Emerson Park 6 weeks ago she is 3 years old and has never attended a nursery before she can we quite shy when she is with nee people. The staff at Creative kids are so lovely and have helped my daughter settle tremendously. My daughter is a very fussy eater and they have done an amazing job at helping her with trying new foods which I am very grateful for but also offering her the usual favourite to make sure she eats something. Creative Kids are doing a great job at getting my daughter school ready in September and I am so glad I signed her up. Highly recommend this nursery! :)

My son loves it, his development since attending it is fantastic. Most of staff are keen to learn sign language, actually make an effort to communicate with us which is lovely feeling! I'm happy with nursery overall, I would recommend it to anyone.

All the staff at the nursery have been amazing. My son has recently been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and I feel so comfortable leaving him here! A lot of the staff completed the training and they are completely on the ball! I could not recommend this nursery enough! The support and care they have for the children is absolutely amazing!! Thank you all so much.

My son has been coming to Creative Kids Nursery for 2 years and absolutely loves it! My son has learnt loads and has become much more confident over the years. I am so grateful for the support the staff have given to me and my family and the positive impact the nursery has on my son! I would highly recommend!

Our son started here in September and we have nothing but good words to say about Creative Kids. Staff are always knowledgable about the day and give regular updates. The management care about what they do and exercise current safeguarding procedures. Thank you for all you do.

Fantastic nursery, each and every member of staff has made my child feel at ease and he has settled in well. My son enjoys going into nursery and is always talking about the interactions he has with the staff and children. He looks forward to the dance and sports sessions. Both my children have been to Creative Kids Nursery and I would definitely recommend to other parents.

Both my children went/are in yellow room and I always find the staff friendly, informative and genuinely care about the children. I look forward to the photos they send via the app. Overall, they are fantastic team and I feel safe and confident that they are being looked after and providing them with a good foundation for their learning journey.

The staff are lovely and caring, always put my son's needs first. Regular activities and sports lessons. My little one always seems to enjoy it. During pick ups, they always provided feedback about my little one day, from food, naps, behaviour and activities. I will totally recommend this nursery.

A brilliant nurse who cares and looks after my son so well. They have plenty of space, lots of time outside, and in all the picture updates I receive. He looks like he's enjoying himself! Thank you Creative Kids.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery at Creative Kids Hornchurch and I can't thank the staff enough for all they do! He started there in December 2022 at 8 months old and I was nervous leaving him, but I didn't need to be worried, as he settled in straight away and he has been happy going in ever since. He can't wait to go to nursery every day and see all of his friends and all the nursery staff. The staff are absolutely wonderful and I honestly cannot fault them at all, they care for him like he is their own. They have supported him with his learning this year and he is now able to count confidently over 20 and recognise his alphabet. He also is able to sing nursery rhymes confidently and he applies sign language to particular words he says. His speech has developed and he now confidently talks in full sentences and communicates with all his teachers and peers! We feel so happy and lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery! Thank you!

Our child really enjoys it, after the first week of settling in, he has always looked forward to going to nursery. And it's such a relief to know he is being taken care of and loved. The staff are very supportive of my child and have been supportive of our family when we needed it.

My son enjoys going to nursery. He is very well behaved there which shows that the staff are very good. I get daily updates and pictures. Covid has ruined some things, for example, I have never seen my child's room or outdoor play space. Some of the ratings I can't comment on because I know nothing about them, for example, I have no idea how clean it is or what the ICT equipment is like. Overall, I like this nursery but I'd like to see more now Covid is somewhat over!

Excellent childcare and enjoyment for the kids. All my children (four) have attended and felt well cared for and entertained. I, as a parent, have full trust and confidence in the care given and would recommend. The facilities are exceptional and the children have opportunities to learn and prepare for school.

I was extremely anxious leading up to my son starting nursery at 13 months, but I was instantly put at ease by the wonderful staff. It literally took a few weeks for my son to settle. He sleeps and eats so well and is a happy content little boy who really is thriving and I couldn’t be happier. The girls are happy, kind, caring, and fun! What more could you ask for. The food, facilities, and activities are just wonderful. I cannot recommend highly enough.

My daughter goes to this nursery and has settled in so well. My son also attended for four years which meant going back with my daughter was a no brainer. I like the fact there are still so many of the same staff there and all the staff I know of are lovely. Everyone is so welcoming and I will keep recommending Creative Kids to anyone looking for a brilliant nursery!

A very welcoming, bubbly and friendly nursery. Staff are forever helpful and always communicating with us. They also give us appropriate advice to ensure the correct development of our child. Very clean and would highly recommend Creative Kids Emerson Park.

Concerned about the welfare of children in the Nursery as my child was left without a jumper in cold temperature although extra clothes were provided. My child had scratches on his face on his first day which may mean there was a lack of attentiveness from staff to see the occurrence of this. This was his first week and I believe more care should have been provided to allow my child to adapt. There was also a lack of feedback from the staff about the day's activities. One staff reported how a photo got deleted after I mentioned uploading it to the family app. My child has a runny nose and high temp. My child was reluctant to eat and although I provided a milk bottle, he had not been fed in his time there. Discussed this with the manager and her response was staff cannot provide one-to-one care as there are other kids. Definitely would not recommend, overpriced and I do not believe they provide adequate care.

Creative Kids Nursery has been a safe and nurturing environment for my child. The wonderful outdoor space has been well designed and is one of my child's favourite aspects of the nursery as she loves to spend time outdoors. The resources offered to every child are second to none. As my child has been suffering with difficulties with speech and language these resources are a must. The staff have always been kind and loving and very accommodating of my child's needs. Never have I had to deal with floods of tears at drop off or pick up which, as a parent, is such a comforting fact. I have a very fussy eater but the nursery have taken that on board and worked with my child to ensure that she never goes hungry. The main thing for me is that my child is happy there and feels comfortable in her environment.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery at Creative Kids Hornchurch and I can't thank the staff enough for all they do! He started there in December 2022 at 8 months old and I was nervous leaving him, but I didn't need to be worried, as he settled in straight away and he has been happy going in ever since.
