Creative Kids Nursery Hornchurch

Great friendly nursery. They do all they can to help keep the child safe and happy. My child has learnt so much since being here.

The nursery provides an excellent environment for children to develop and learn. Staff are all brilliant and encourage and motivate children to learn whilst providing a safe environment for them. All of our three children have attended the nursery and have gone on to do extremely well at school. The meals are healthy and encourage children to try new foods. Would recommend the nursery to everyone.

Creative Kids is a wonderful nursery. Both my children have attended this nursery and progressed whilst in their care. The staff are extremely caring and observant. I've seen both my children grow in their personal development through direct input of staff at nursery. Very high standards which meet the individual needs of children.

Creative Kids is amazing, I wouldn't leave our children anywhere else.

Staff are extremely helpful. Our daughter looks forward to her nursery days every week. She's always happy when we pick her up. Staff are always polite and give a thorough account of our daughter's day. We're very happy with everything and would highly recommend this nursery to others.

The staff are amazing and I totally trust they always do their best in looking after all the children. His key workers have a great relationship with him and he loves coming to nursery which makes us parents so much happier and reassured he is well looked after.

Sending our children to Creative Kids Nursery Hornchurch was the best decision we could have made. From the facilities to the learning, to the catering and care, all brilliant.

Nursery is amazing. Both my girls have attended Creative Kids and loved it. My youngest, who is currently attending 4 days a week, is thriving and genuinely seems happy to be going to nursery. All the staff I have encountered are fab.

We both feel very happy with the care our son receives consistently. We feel safe to leave him with the staff who demonstrably care and pay particular attention to our son. The staff are always kind, friendly, polite and professional.

Also, that nursery is super clean every time I go to pick/drop off my daughter - it’s always clean and smelling lovely.

My daughter has recently started attending the nursery. I initially chose the nursery because of its excellent facilities. The play area is the best I have seen in the area and the in-house chef preparing fresh meals was very important to me. However, since starting the nursery, the best thing I have found has been the staff. Like every child, my daughter is going through a 'settling in' period. The staff are extremely friendly with both me and my daughter. I feel she is in safe hands and creating bonds with her key worker and other staff. I'm also encouraged to call and check in whenever I need/want to. I am excited about my daughter going to the nursery and look forward to seeing her develop.

This is my third child at Creative Kids and I would definitely recommend them.

My son has been attending Creative Kids for nearly three years. At the beginning, he had some settling issues and the staff and the manager were very supportive. Soon my son had settled in his room and he has enjoyed his days in the nursery ever since. I was delighted to see that my son has established good relationships with the staff and other children in nursery and has improved his self-care skills and has become more confident. All his progress would not happen without all the support from Creative Kids.

The manager and her team of wonderful girls have now looked after both my boys. I find all of the staff to be warm and caring, just what a little one needs to develop and feel happy and secure. They've both developed in leaps and bounds since starting creative kids and I really recommend it.

The food/menu that the nursery creates is very varied and the staff do very well to encourage my child to eat foods that normally would be ignored. My child is very talkative but with the staff's help, her vocabulary has improved drastically.

My child really enjoys nursery and I feel that he benefits from the interaction with other children and staff and from daily routines and play.

My son has been attending this nursery for 18 months now and I can’t praise the manager and staff enough. From day one we have felt that our son is given love, care and support by everyone at the nursery. My son has cerebral palsy, so at the beginning, it was a worry that his needs wouldn’t be met and that he would be excluded because of his physical difficulties - but this is far from how it is. He is included in everything because the manager and staff will do everything they can to make sure he is, they will buy new bits of equipment or motivating toys that suit him. They welcome any specialist chairs and walking frames and will also attend private physiotherapy sessions off-site so that they are up to date on new techniques they use with my son during his daily physio session at nursery.

They recently put on a cake sale to raise money towards his private physiotherapy. We can’t thank them enough for all they do for him and us as a family.

This is a great community-minded nursery. The latest example of this is a cake sale this week in aid of one of the children at the nursery. I thoroughly recommend this nursery especially for younger children. Our daughter loves the football each week too. I'm not sure staff are told to do this but they will always hold doors open for parents and they all seem to know the children's names even when they're not in the same class!
