Creative Kids Nursery is a privately owned group of purpose-built nurseries, providing exceptional care and education for children aged from 3 months to 5 years.

A secure and caring environment is provided, with fully qualified staff who promote learning through play; there is an excellent outdoor play area, with separate areas for babies and toddlers.

All food is prepared on site by the nursery's chefs, and the menu is varied to cover the different nutritional requirements.

The Nursery Managers are both Graduate BA led & EY Professional status.
Staff are NVQ or Equivalent Childcare qualified and first aid trained, and there is also ongoing training on site, to ensure their qualifications are always up to date. All staff are DBS checked. and the nursery is Ofsted registered.

I am so pleased I selected Creative Kids for my 10 month old. Since joining in October 2025, my daughter has enjoyed going into nursery and has learnt so much. The rooms are spacious, the garden is big and the food varied. The staff are friendly, responsive and kind and have a great attitude.

Overall, a good nursery - not excellent.
Not enough is communicated to understand what curriculum is being provided.
Meals - when signing up to the nursery it is sold on the basis that meals are very healthy and balanced nutrition - they food is not as high quality as they suggest.
Staff retention
also seems to be an issue in recent months - it appears there are issues within the business.
I am a full fee paying parent (no funded hours) - bill of £2k a month on average. Do I believe it is value for money at this level - unfortunately not.
In the initial classes (3m to 1 year) the staff are excellent. Thereafter, it deteriorates as your child gets older. The nursery has lost its personal and caring touch. For the money being paid, I expect a more caring and detailed update at the end of each day too.
With the latest price increase, we are evaluating our options to transfer our child to a setting where they will get more attention.

We are disappointed that these concerns were not raised with us directly, as we always welcome open communication and the opportunity to address any issues promptly.

My daughter is always excited to go to nursery. On her old one she's crying most of the time. I really appreciate the frequent updates on the app. She always comes home neat and well looked after. The staff are all friendly and amazing.

Our experience of Creative Kids is extremely positive. We have two children of different ages and they are both thriving. They enjoy going there. The facilities are fantastic, especially the garden. They enjoy the food and variety of snacks. The staff are friendly, professional and very caring. They

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. My eldest son attended previously, and now my daughter goes here, which already says a lot about the trust we have in Creative Kids !
From the moment my little one sees the staff, it's nothing but smiles-she's always excited to go in, which is the best reassurance
any parent can have. The environment is warm, caring, and genuinely nurturing, and it's clear that every child is treated with attention and kindness.
The staff are wonderful-supportive, approachable, and truly dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. We've never had any concerns, only positive experiences throughout.

We have two children in the nursery and they both love it. The staff are lovely, the topic themes and activities are well-planned and regular. The facilities are excellent- especially the garden. The food is also great and both our girls eat really well at nursery. Every day, our eldest comes out chatting

Our son started nursery here when he was 8 months old and he has absolutely loved it since! We are so happy with the staff and care at Creative Kids Shenfield. He eats like a King here, and the activities they do are so lovely and varied. The facilities are brilliant.

Would recommend creative kids Shenfield to all parents looking for a nursery in the area. We have had a positive experience from day one. The staff are fantastic, super friendly, fun and attentive to all the children and their needs. Excellent communication and regular photo updates of what your child's
been doing that day as well as what they have eaten. The chef is super at making healthy food more appealing for children and on special celebration days there may even be a homemade cupcake!
I've noticed a boost in confidence and development in my child due to all the activities they do from sensory play, outdoor fun, arts and crafts, phonics, numbers, football coach and now we are in pre school, preparation for primary school.
I really do feel they go above and beyond for each and every child.

My toddler attends the Shenfield branch and the staff are very caring, loving and calm. They have been very supportive with her settling also by encouraging the children to take part in various activities indoors and out. I can't say enough good things about Creative Kids! My daughter started attending the nursery just after her first birthday and has come on in leaps and bounds-she's confident, curious, loves learning and just so happy. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring and truly go above and beyond to nurture

We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery and couldn't be happier with the care our child receives. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's wellbeing. It's clear they take the time to build strong relationships, which has helped our
child feel safe, confident, and excited to attend every day.


Communication with parents is excellent. We receive regular updates on activities, meals, and development, and the team is always approachable and happy to discuss any questions or concerns. This level of transparency provides real peace of mind.


The environment is both stimulating and nurturing, with a great balance of structured learning and free play. We particularly appreciate the focus on outdoor activities and hands-on experiences, which have really supported our child's curiosity and independence.

Creative kids is an outstanding nursery. The staff go over and above to care for all the children.
My daughter happily goes into her class and adores her teachers. Children learn in a clean, safe and happy environment.
The children have a fun garden to play in and classroom are spacious and purposeful.
Children enjoy their meal times and they have a balanced menu with lots of fruits and vegetables.
Creative Kids are inclusive of all celebrations. A huge thanks to Linda and everyone who works tirelessly to provide a wonderful learning environment for our children.

My little boy has attended Creative Kids since he was 8 months and is now 4 and in his last few months. I can't praise the nursery or recommend it enough, it has been a great comfort knowing that when I go to work that he is happy and well cared for. It is always a joy picking him up to know that he

We have had a wonderful experience with this nursery over the past four years. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly caring, supportive and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for our daughter.


The quality of care and attention given to each child is outstanding.

The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure children feel safe, happy and encouraged to learn and grow. It's been lovely to see how much our daughter has developed during her time here, both socially and academically.


Communication with parents has always been clear and reassuring, which has given us great confidence and peace of mind. The nursery also provides a wide range of engaging activities that support children's development in a fun and stimulating way.


Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, caring and enriching environment for their child.
