Our daughter loves running into the baby room and giving the staff there a cuddle. She also comes home and says new words that we haven't said to her (i.e. she is learning at nursery). What more does a parent want? Huge shout out to the staff in the baby room.

This nursery is a great combination of caring, creativity and kindness. Each day is filled with activities like yoga, teddy tennis and Zumba to name but three - not to mention Mandarin! You get the impression that the kids are taught life lessons, like politeness and consideration, with gentle guidance. I cannot recommend the place highly enough.

I would highly recommend Coombe Day Nursery. My eldest has been going since she was 11 months and will stay there until she goes to school in September and my youngest has also recently started at 11 months. The staff are very caring, engaged and dedicated. Both children have been really happy there and I'm so glad we chose to send them to Coombe Day Nursery. The staff form strong bonds with the children because they are very loving and create a nurturing environment. They provide fantastic activities and the children always seem to be doing fun and creative things. My eldest also really enjoys Zumba and yoga! I'm very happy with how my eldest is learning in the preschool room and I feel that she is well set up for when she starts school in September. The nursery has also dealt well during the pandemic which has obviously been an extremely difficult situation.

I would recommend Coombe Day Nursery wholeheartedly and without hesitation. The fantastic staff, setting and ethos of the nursery are all exactly what any parent could wish for: you know with full confidence when you drop off your children that they will spend their days surrounded by a loving, enthusiastic and highly competent team who are truly engaged and interested in their individual development and wellbeing. They are stimulated with a huge range of activities, supported to learn at their own pace and helped to socialise well with their peers and the nursery team. It’s obvious that all the staff love the children and really want to be there, and they have all gone far above and beyond during the pandemic to ensure the environment is safe while being able to keep as many children at nursery as possible. The team are always responsive and keen for feedback to improve the experience they provide. Quite simply a wonderful place for children to learn and play.

The recent trips to the park or a local shop are fantastic for getting the children outside which we really value, in addition to activities such as tennis and Zumba which offer alternative experiences that we don’t do at home! Keep up the good work!

Since my son started at the nursery just two months ago the team have been amazing in helping him settle in, being really attentive to his individual needs and showing they really know him and care. I would highly recommend the nursery to someone looking for child care.

My son loves going to Coombe Day Nursery. We have never had a problem getting him to go in, he talks warmly about the practitioners who work with him, he is very proud of the things he does there and has progressed in his time there. As a parent, I find the staff very supportive and engaged with the children. Over recent weeks they have had to go through the potty training process with us which has not been easy but have been very encouraging over our son and of us.

My son has been really happy at Coombe Day Nursery and settled in very quickly when he started aged two and a half. We (and he) feel very supported and the staff are friendly and caring. Communication with them is on a daily basis and is very reliable. We have seen a clear, positive improvement in our son in so many different aspects of his development. I would absolutely recommend this nursery.

The staff are all simply amazing!

The manager and the team, especially the deputy manager, have been so welcoming to my daughter since she joined in June 2021. A little lockdown baby, my daughter hadn't spent any time at all away from her parents and it is so wonderful to see her enjoying nursery so much. Thank you!

Special thank you to all of the nursery staff for making me feel so comfortable leaving my baby with you. The manager, deputy manager, nursery room leader and assistant have made the process so much easier for us and have been there to settle my nerves and anxiety. Always happy to chat, take my calls and answer emails. Thorough in everything they do! Thank you to an amazing team. I wouldn’t trust my baby with anyone else but you guys and my parents!

An incredibly nurturing, creative and supportive environment for our daughter to be a part of. It feels like an extension of her family and we are so grateful to have such a brilliant home from home for her to be at while we are at work.

We are incredibly happy with Coombe Day Nursery. Every staff member has been brilliant - always so kind and caring. We completely trust the staff and know our son is in the best care. Our son absolutely loves coming to nursery and we can see the positive impact the nursery has had on his development.

My son has been very well looked after and cared for in the piglets and is always happy to arrive at nursery. The staff are so caring and kind and work very long days but are always happy and always greet us with a smile.

Have used the nursery for the last six years and think the management, all the staff and the activities they run for the children all are great. The management did a very good job throughout the Covid pandemic. Would thoroughly recommend.

The nursery manager is why we chose the nursery and she's been incredible since day one. She's very approachable but also heavily involved in each of the rooms.

The place feels like a real community and the only things that saddens me are that we haven't been able to socialise properly during the pandemic and that my daughter will be leaving next year. I will be very, very sad to leave these guys behind. Thank you, everyone!
