The Early Years Practitioners at Coombe Day Nursery believe in offering the children the best educational, fun and caring start during their early years. The nursery provides educational equipment and activities to help further the children's learning and development (in accordance with the statutory framework, the Early Years Foundation Stage).

Coombe Day Nursery offers full day care with all-inclusive fees. These include well-balanced meals and snacks, which follow the healthy food and drink guidelines, additional classes, nappies, wipes, milks and more! Coombe Day Nursery offers a stimulating environment and supports the children in learning through their play.

These training skills are especially needed for the lovely outings the children go on! The children also enjoy a variety of small world play, natural material play, sensory play and focus activities (following all the EYFS areas of learning). Children also participate in external classes; music and drama, tennis, French class, yoga and other activities. These all contribute towards their fun learning environment. Richmond Park is also near the nursery, meaning regular woodland trips.

Practitioners understand that health and safety and safeguarding is paramount when caring for the children. All practitioners are first aid trained, safeguarding trained and food and hygiene trained.

Coombe Day Nursery (CDN) sets the bar when it comes to childcare. It offers the perfect balance of a nurturing environment, opportunities to learn, peer interactions and chances to try new things. What really sets it apart is the team. Over the past 5 years, our 2 children have both been at CDN and
the team has been very consistent throughout that time. On a human level, they're just amazing. They truly adore children, know when to push them, and know when a cuddle is all that's needed. Every room leader is wonderful, but it's the entire team, from the chef to the cleaners to the practitioners, that give the nursery such a great energy. Our daughter has considerable additional needs, and the team cannot have been more willing to accommodate her, be her biggest cheerleader, and bring the very best out of her. We couldn't recommend CDN more.

Before our daughter started nursery at 15 months, we were extremely nervous and worried. Safe to say that our worries were all for nothing as our little girl absolutely loves her nursery and the staff!
Naveena and the team are an amazing team and they've made everyone feel very comfortable.

a real family feel to the nursery which is what we love most.

All three of our children have been to the nursery and they've been brilliant!
Teachers have been great and provide excellent care, the nursery is well run and communication with senior management is really valued.

I have used the nursery for the last 17 years, and have found Coombe Day Nursery to be one of the best there is.
Three members of the team that has made an exceptional impression with their hardwork recently is: Naveena, Helen & Charlotte.
I have found the three have always been on hand to help with
any possible situations or just any general enquiry.

Our son has loved his time here. He's always chatting about the staff like they're friends rather than members of staff, and he's made lovely friends across all age groups. The way the staff handles things has been incredible and very supportive - as someone without a "village" I feel relieved
to have Coombe as a resource. Management and staff work above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy and healthy, and we couldn't be more pleased to send our son here.

I am so pleased we found Coombe Day Nursery for our first little one. They made sure that her transition into nursery when she was almost one was smooth and supportive for us and for our daughter. She now loves going to nursery and I can relax while I'm at work knowing that our daughter is being looked

My son has attended Coombe Day Nursery for 3 years, and my daughter will as well (in her final year), so they almost feel like family. The standard of care is incredibly high, always organising really fun and unique things for the children from yoga, tennis, mandarin, to epic photoshoots. Most importantly
everyone is so warm and kind, and my kids always loved going to nursery...usually skipping in the door most mornings. My son who is now in school, still likes to visit to give his old room leaders big boy updates and cuddles. Very glad we choose this nursery for our children! :)

Naveena, Helen and the team are amazing. My third child is now at Coombe and absolutely loves it, just as much as my other two have and continue to do so. The environment that is created for each of the children is incredible and so welcoming, with the kids feeling so much at home being there. The variety
in what the children do every day is brilliant, with a good mix of fun and learning. Each of the staff show so much care to each of the children and that is shown by the kids reactions to them. Even with my eldest who left Coombe over a year ago is still excited to go back and the staff are still amazing with her. If we were having a fourth, they would definitely be going here.

All 3 of my children have been to Coombe Day nursery and my son is now in his last year before starting school. My daughters still talk about their time there, including their favourite teachers. The fact that they bonded so well with their teachers despite changing rooms as they grew, is a testament
to how wonderful the staff is. They are loving, nurturing, fun and enthusiastic. The curriculum is great with plenty of fun activities and learning. I'm so pleased that I gave my children the best start possible choosing this nursery. I would highly recommend it to anyone on the fence.

The staff at Coombe are all incredible. My daughter loves going to nursery and often doesn't want to leave. They do an amazing range of activities with the children and the food is very varied. I would recommend Coombe to any parents in the area.

My child had a great time in The ducklings room. His communication and motor skills noticeably developed once he joined Combe Day Nursery. He loved his duckling room leaders and I was a bit apprehensive about him moving up to the next room. However, we both couldn't be happier. He is making new friends,
and improving his language and social skills. He has a good relationship with staff across the setting and I really appreciate how the staff/management use the space to make transition and mixing between age groups non-intimidating, while ensuring all children are stretched and supported.
I happily recommend the nursery to other parents I meet who are looking for a childcare provider in the area!

Our daughter absolutely loves her time at Coombe Day Nursery! Every morning she runs in happily, and we can see how comfortable and confident she feels there. The staff are so kind, patient, and genuinely caring - they make every child feel special. She enjoys a variety of fun and engaging activities
each day, spends plenty of time outdoors, and always comes home full of stories about what she's learned.
Communication with the team is excellent - they always keep us updated and are very approachable if we have any questions. The nursery is so well-organised and has a lovely, nurturing atmosphere.
