Quality Kidz Nurseries - Campden Crescent

We are very happy with the nursery overall. The staff are extremely caring and loving and my son loves going to the nursery. However, there are some areas that I think can be improved. For example, providing daily updates written in a copy, more frequent photo updates on the app, more communication with parents etc. Thanks.

Staff are friendly and excellent with all the children, very caring and kind. My daughter has developed and gained confidence thanks to the support of all of the staff.

An absolutely amazing nursery. I have two children with special needs going to this nursery. The staff and Senco have been very helpful in giving them the help and support that is needed. I would highly recommend. They are also very helpful in referring children to specialists outside school, who can offer additional support. Staff are always lovely and polite.

Brilliant nursery. My son has been going here for over a year and loves all the nursery workers here and he has come on leaps and bounds. Always kept informed of your child's day and updates! Will be sad to leave when he starts school in September.

I am very pleased to have my granddaughter in Quality Kidz Nursery. My granddaughter joined the nursery at the age of 3 months old. Since then her development has been incredible, the staff are fantastic very warm and kind to my beautiful granddaughter and to us as a family. We are extremely happy to have her there, we trust this fantastic team, they have a positive impact on her life.

My child has been attending Quality Kidz for the past two months and she loves it once she is in. It is a great nursery, with excellent staff. I get feedback every day from staff on how she has been throughout the day and what she has eaten.

Both our children really enjoy their time at Quality Kidz. They happily go to the nursery. Staff members all know the students' names and general care about the children. It is such a shame that the app isn’t updated on a daily basis. I know other local nurseries are able to do so. When the children get older don’t get as much feedback about activities that have taken place, always a handover regarding food and behaviour.

Warm, polite and professional staff. Always willing to help out when and if we have got any concerns. Good organised garden with plenty of space and lots of activities. The staff from the office are amazing too.

I would recommend this nursery to anyone and can definitely say my son will be staying here!

The nursery is a wonderful place for children. The staff are amazing and very helpful. My two children both attended the nursery. The children easily adjusted to the school. Great management team and staff.

The staff are caring, fun and fair. The days are very well structured with an amazing variety of activities. New children are always successfully integrated into the groups to ensure they form strong social bonds with their peers.

My daughter is always happy to attend.

Very happy with the nursery. My child enjoys going there. Staff are very friendly and caring. Since joining this nursery my child has developed in so many ways. He is more confident and always says nice things about his time there.

The nursery is very clean, they provide excellent care to the children and safeguarding is also excellent. Overall standard, I am highly pleased with the service they provide. My daughter enjoys the nursery and always looks forward to attending and also enjoys the activities, alphabets and numbers. Thank you for the excellent service. Keep it up.

We have 2 kids. Personally, both of our children's personality and behaviours have positively been enhanced. My first child's social skills have greatly improved as a result of attending the nursery. Pre Covid-19, the nursery's timing was working in our favour. However, I understand the setting's need to accommodate the current situation. I think there is a need to have more parents' meetings. The staff there really understand our children and when we pick them up, we are provided with an update on their activities. My firstborn goes 2 full days and my second goes 1.5 days.

They are a good nursery, however, there have been a few management changes that have resulted in poor progress reports. My son's app reports are non-existent, he doesn't know his letters or how to hold a pen and he's four years old. They are excellent at childcare and flexibility, not so much on education.
