We are very happy with the nursery overall. The staff are extremely caring and loving and my son loves going to the nursery. However, there are some areas that I think can be improved. For example, providing daily updates written in a copy, more frequent photo updates on the app, more communication with parents etc. Thanks.

An absolutely amazing nursery. I have two children with special needs going to this nursery. The staff and Senco have been very helpful in giving them the help and support that is needed. I would highly recommend. They are also very helpful in referring children to specialists outside school, who can offer additional support. Staff are always lovely and polite.

My child has come on heaps thanks to the staff at the nursery. They are nothing but amazing, caring, helpful and always there. Forever grateful for them. All questions are answered efficiently, the baby room is always spotless and has endless activities.

Brilliant nursery. My son has been going here for over a year and loves all the nursery workers here and he has come on leaps and bounds. Always kept informed of your child's day and updates! Will be sad to leave when he starts school in September.

I am very pleased to have my granddaughter in Quality Kidz Nursery. My granddaughter joined the nursery at the age of 3 months old. Since then her development has been incredible, the staff are fantastic very warm and kind to my beautiful granddaughter and to us as a family. We are extremely happy to have her there, we trust this fantastic team, they have a positive impact on her life.

My child has been attending Quality Kidz for the past two months and she loves it once she is in. It is a great nursery, with excellent staff. I get feedback every day from staff on how she has been throughout the day and what she has eaten.

Both our children really enjoy their time at Quality Kidz. They happily go to the nursery. Staff members all know the students' names and general care about the children. It is such a shame that the app isn’t updated on a daily basis. I know other local nurseries are able to do so. When the children get older don’t get as much feedback about activities that have taken place, always a handover regarding food and behaviour.

Extremely happy with the care provided. The staff is absolutely amazing; so kind, caring and patient. My son absolutely loves it there and is always full of stories of the fun activities he participated in at nursery. I am 100% at ease knowing he is well cared for when he is there. The setting is warm and welcoming and is perfectly equipped to support the different areas of child development. I would highly recommend Quality Kidz Nurseries - Keppel Road without hesitation.

Warm, polite and professional staff. Always willing to help out when and if we have got any concerns. Good organised garden with plenty of space and lots of activities. The staff from the office are amazing too.

I would recommend this nursery to anyone and can definitely say my son will be staying here!

My son has been at Quality Kidz since 2021, he has a fantastic bond with each of the staff. The staff take time to get to know each child individually, as a parent I feel like they are part of our lives too. I feel confident that my child is thoroughly taken care of whilst at Quality Kidz and I’m always contacted should he injure himself. Quality Kidz has been very flexible on a number of occasions when I have needed last-minute childcare due to having to be in the office, I am able to email the nursery and confirmation has been the exact same day. I am dreading the day that my son goes to a mainstream school, as I don’t want him to leave Quality Kidz! When my son is at home, he is often telling us about his day or telling us which of his teachers is his favourite today. I love hearing about what he has been getting up to throughout the day and really appreciate the photos and updates on the app. A big thank you to everyone at Quality Kidz Keppel Road!

My son has been at this nursery for 2 years. He absolutely loves going to nursery. All the staff are amazing, they're all so friendly. Any problems or queries are addressed ASAP. I will be very sad to see my son leave Quality Kids in September to go to Primary School.

The nursery is a wonderful place for children. The staff are amazing and very helpful. My two children both attended the nursery. The children easily adjusted to the school. Great management team and staff.

The staff are caring, fun and fair. The days are very well structured with an amazing variety of activities. New children are always successfully integrated into the groups to ensure they form strong social bonds with their peers.
