We are very happy with the nursery overall. The staff are extremely caring and loving and my son loves going to the nursery. However, there are some areas that I think can be improved. For example, providing daily updates written in a copy, more frequent photo updates on the app, more communication
with parents etc. Thanks.

An absolutely amazing nursery. I have two children with special needs going to this nursery. The staff and Senco have been very helpful in giving them the help and support that is needed. I would highly recommend. They are also very helpful in referring children to specialists outside school, who can

Brilliant nursery. My son has been going here for over a year and loves all the nursery workers here and he has come on leaps and bounds. Always kept informed of your child's day and updates! Will be sad to leave when he starts school in September.

I am very pleased to have my granddaughter in Quality Kidz Nursery. My granddaughter joined the nursery at the age of 3 months old. Both our children really enjoy their time at Quality Kidz. They happily go to the nursery. Staff members all know the students' names and general care about the children. It is such a shame that the app isn’t updated on a daily basis. I know other local nurseries are able to do so. When the children
get older don’t get as much feedback about activities that have taken place, always a handover regarding food and behaviour.

Warm, polite and professional staff. Always willing to help out when and if we have got any concerns. Good organised garden with plenty of space and lots of activities. The staff from the office are amazing too.

My son started Quality Kidz, Campden Crescent in November and since then I have seen such great improvements in all areas of development.
He is becoming a sociable, active child and is learning things every day. Recently, he has been eating independently; naming facial features and saying words (bye-bye,
whoops). The staff in the baby room are amazing and I thank them all (as well as staff from other rooms who help) for the continuous support they give my son.
I am always notified about any important information, verbally and written (through the home book).
I would recommend this nursery to anyone and can definitely say my son will be staying here!

Brilliant setting.
My son has attended since 18 months old and he is now 3.
He started off as a little shy lockdown baby, and now he is thriving.
He goes in waving bye to me and honestly is so excited to attend.
His speech is above average and I believe it's due to him attending this nursery.
The staff go above and beyond, for each and every one of the children.
The meals are also varied so no repeats week in week out and veg is served with every meal and my son has no complaints with them! He even has 2nd portions sometimes.

Great staff, good breakfast service for my 3-year-old.

The nursery is very clean, they provide excellent care to the children and safeguarding is also excellent. Overall standard, I am highly pleased with the service they provide. My daughter enjoys the nursery and always looks forward to attending and also enjoys the activities, alphabets and numbers.

We have 2 kids. Personally, both of our children's personality and behaviours have positively been enhanced. My first child's social skills have greatly improved as a result of attending the nursery. Pre Covid-19, the nursery's timing was working in our favour. However, I understand the setting's need
to accommodate the current situation. I think there is a need to have more parents' meetings. The staff there really understand our children and when we pick them up, we are provided with an update on their activities. My firstborn goes 2 full days and my second goes 1.5 days.

They are a good nursery, however, there have been a few management changes that have resulted in poor progress reports. My son's app reports are non-existent, he doesn't know his letters or how to hold a pen and he's four years old. They are excellent at childcare and flexibility, not so much on education.
