Our son attended Kindred Hanwell Day Nursery & Pre-school for more than two years and now our daughter does. The staff are a real asset to the nursery, they are so enthusiastic, caring and develop such evident bonds with the children. As they progress through the various stages, the activities get more varied and educational and we noticed our son’s speech, confidence and counting coming on a lot from his time at Kindred. The nursery has a homely feel to it and both of my children settled there quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

I cannot fault the care my daughter is receiving from Kindred Hanwell. The staff are attentive, knowledgable, friendly, caring and experienced. They treat each child as an individual and tailor their approach to the needs of each child. It is easy to communicate with staff via the app and they always respond quickly. We get daily updates on meals, naps and nappies and get to hear about activities they’ve taken part in at the end of the day. Activities are varied with lots of messy play, arts and crafts, music, outdoor time and circle time. All the children look happy and my daughter has settled in very well. She loves going to nursery. Having a drop-off time of 7.30 am really helps with the work commute and they are able to offer ad hoc sessions if needed and space allows. I highly recommend Kindred Hanwell.

It’s a wonderful nursery. Our eldest went through from 1-4, and our youngest two are there. The children’s key workers are so lovely and knowledgeable. The food is wonderful, and the variety of things they eat is extraordinary. When I drop them off, neither look back; they rush inside, giggling. I couldn’t ask for more than that.

Our son has been going to Kindred Hanwell for only 2 months and in that time he has flourished. He is very happy at drop off and pick up and loves seeing his key worker. He really enjoys the various sensory play they offer and playing with the other children. From a parent's perspective, the key workers provide a great overview at pick up and reassuringly update the app throughout the day with his nap times, nappy movements and food intake. They have exceeded our expectations by not only safely looking after our son, but forming a great bond with him and supporting him as he grows.

My daughter has been at Kindred Hanwell since May 2023 and, once she was settled, she’s absolutely loved every second. We as parents feel that she is developing, learning and having fun every day. The staff are always ready to hear anything we have to say, as well as putting my daughter first. Any minor issues have been resolved very quickly and communication has always been great.

We have two children attending Kindred Hanwell and it's great to see them flourish. Kindred encourage your kid grow to be an independent and kind person, which we see everyday. My older one used to be very shy in large groups and couldn't mingle with other kids, also not physical at all. However, now he is a very active, sociable and well-behaved kid. And my younger one is eager to go to nursery everyday. I would recommend Kindred Hanwell!

Our 3-year-old has been at Kindred, Hanwell since he was 1 year old. He loves his days there and we have watched him learn and develop in a supportive and caring environment. We would confidently recommend Kindred Hanwell and our soon to be 1 year old will be joining the baby room soon. We have every confidence she will be encouraged to develop at her own pace and will be surrounded by a caring and fun environment.

Our boy started at Kindred Hanwell when he was 2 years old, 3 days p/w half day. Now he is nearly 4 and attends 3 days p/w - 2 full days and 1 half day. It's been a blessing! To start with, the staff really showed love and care for him - at the beginning, he needed lots of hugs and attention and I always felt he corresponded and that made us feel very secure. It's been a journey and he has developed his confidence so much, from socialising with other kids to playing by himself happily! Furthermore, they supported us in our teachings on dressing himself, toilet training and more. There are a lot of engaging activities at the nursery like arts, reading, sports, music and also suggestions and resources for parents to play at home too! Thank you so much for all your hard work!

I couldn’t recommend Kindred Hanwell enough. They have been fantastic from the outset and we’ve noticed such a positive difference in our baby daughter since she attended. The staff are brilliant. They are always really understanding and professional and easy to contact. Their app is brilliant and they provide regular updates on her naps, meals and photos of her activities. As a parent, it can be really difficult to send your little one to nursery especially when they are under a year, but the transition has been wonderful and the staff have made it so much easier. My daughter has really taken to the staff at the nursery and we’re so grateful we got a place at Kindred Hanwell for our little girl!

Caring and nurturing environment. The staff and management are excellent! Our little one is happy to go to nursery, which makes a huge difference to our daily life. Having another kid at school it would be nice to have a term time only contract, particularly given the high costs of childcare. Overall, very happy with Kindred.

We have had a very positive experience with Kindred Hanwell. Our child has been well cared for, treated as an individual and is given a wide variety of activities to explore. Communication is excellent between Kindred and parents-which I’ve found lacking in other settings. They have an app where staff provide regular updates and daily happenings; but staff are also available to chat. They also offer opportunities for the wider family to be involved in our attending child’s progress. Our child is happy attending Kindred and we are happy with the experience and care provided.

Kindred Hanwell have been brilliant from day 1. The staff are kind, professional and great with my little boy. The communication from the nursery is great, with daily updates on the app, feedback at the end of the day, regular observations, photo updates and regular phone contact. They are easy to contact and quick to reply to any queries. My son loves nursery and he not only has fun there but also learns so much. The staff work hard to develop the children and my son makes so much progress through their hard work. Above all, I really trust this nursery. I signed up my youngest son as soon as he was born because I can’t imagine my boys going anywhere else. Thank you Kindred Hanwell.

The staff at Kindred Hanwell are all so friendly and caring and she has developed so well here. From starting there where she was getting more confident with her standing, steps and eating through to now being a very chatty toddler, she's learnt a lot from the team!

We are really pleased with our daughter's nursery, Kindred Hanwell. Our daughter only does two days a week but has settled really well. This is a testament to the work of the staff there and the relationships they build with the kids. They really get to know the children and make an effort to engage families to provide them with as much information as possible on their child. We are delighted that we got our daughter a place at Kindred!

Professionally managed with a personal touch.

Our son has been at Kindred Hanwell for two years and has built great attachments outside of the home thanks to the staff who really care about his well-being, enjoyment and development. They are fantastic. Our son has always eaten and slept significantly better at nursery since day one! Communication is great, staff are supportive of home/nursery developments (e.g. toileting) and I can work knowing he is in great hands!

My son has been attending Kindred Hanwell since August 2022. He loves going in every day and always puts his arms out to the staff with a big smile on his face. The staff are so caring and loving. My son has changed so much since he started, he has started using lots of words and is able to communicate with us a lot more. The food is made fresh daily and he has now tried lots of new foods he hasn't tried at home! The outside area is big and spacious which is rare in London. I would recommend Kindred Hanwell to anyone!
