Our child joined Kindred Nursery Hanwell when he was just 6 months old, and overall, we've had a very positive experience. The transition was easy for him, I think that's because the baby room team were incredibly patient and supportive. Over time, he's developed strong bonds with his key worker and
now happily goes in, which has been a huge relief for us.


What really stands out is how well the staff get to know each child, even in a larger setting. They're always approachable and take the time to listen, which made us feel supported. The daily updates and observations are thoughtful and detailed, and it's clear they genuinely care about each child's development and well-being.


The environment feels safe, nurturing and well-organised, and we've seen a real boost in our child's confidence and independence. We would definitely recommend Kindred Hanwell to other parents.

Our 15-month-old started at Kindred Nursery Hanwell in October 2025, and we've had such a positive experience. He began quite upset, but with the patience and care of the baby room team he has built lovely attachments with his key worker and staff. He now goes in smiling, plays independently and has
grown so much in confidence.


The staff and management are all friendly, caring and supportive, which really reassured us as nervous parents. The daily updates are great, and it's clear they truly care about each child's routine and development. They've even introduced activities based on what he enjoys at home to help him feel more settled.


We're so happy with the nurturing, safe and familiar environment they've created for him. Highly recommend Kindred Hanwell.

Our son started at kindred in September, at 16 months, and we have had a fantastic experience. He bonded quickly with his key carer and has settled in better than we could have hoped. All staff are caring and attentive, we enjoy the daily updates and the development we see in our son since starting

All three of my children have been at Kindred starting in 2020 and my youngest is still there now. All of my children have absolutely loved both the nursery setting and the staff at Kindred. They have been happy to go in and always have a smile on their face when we pick them up! The staff have always
been lovely with both us and the children. They have also been great at making us feel reassured that the children are happy and doing well. It has been lovely to see each child thrive while at Kindred and we are so grateful we found and chose Kindred!! Thank you to all of the staff!

We've had a really positive experience at Kindred Hanwell. The managers and team are approachable and always available, which creates a great sense of trust. Even in a large setting, they know our child well, which is very reassuring.


Transitions between rooms are handled smoothly, with good communication

and flexibility. We felt listened to and supported during a time when our child was going through other transitions.


The one and two-year observation by the key person were beautifully written and showed how well they know and care for our child.


One area for improvement would be the settling-in process- while I understand that many children adapt quickly, our experience was different, and I would have appreciated the opportunity to be more involved during that phase -perhaps with a more flexible approach to support children who need a little extra time.


Overall, we're really happy and confident our child is in great hands and we would suggest Kindred Hanwell nursery to any parent

My son joined Kindred when he was only 10 months old. Everyone made their best to make that transition as easy as possible and now my son is confident and happy to be dropped off there every morning. He has a big smile in his face when he sees the staff which demostrates how happy he is there.

We have loved watching our baby thrive at Kindred under the care and provision of the staff. There is no doubt that the staff know our child well and do all they can do to encourage her to develop her personality.
Our baby has been attending the nursery since she was 7.5 months old. The staff always
greet her with a smile on their face and it is evident that she is very comfortable with them. The staff takes the time to feedback on our baby's day, always keeping us well-informed and working with us to introduce new routines.
For working parents, the hours are very supportive of work commitments, opening early and closing later than other nurseries in the area.
We would definitely recommend Kindred and we are very happy that we chose to send our baby here.

Our daughter has attended Kindred Hanwell Nursery and Pre-school since she was just over 13 months old. It was extremely nerve-wracking having to put my little baby into a stranger's arms. However, after the first week, she was so happy to go in. Smiling and reaching out to staff. She is now 1 year
8 months and is such a confident and capable young girl who talks to me all the time about what she has been up to at nursery, her friends and most importantly the staff. Staff have provided me with lots of reassurance, updates, photos videos as well as feedback at pick-up time which helps me have a good understanding of how she is spending her time there.
I really feel the staff are what makes this nursery and my daughter's current key worker takes great care of my daughter and observes her closely to see her interests and try to nurture them. If I have ever had a concern or issue, management has always been able to available to speak with me and help resolve the issue.

We have two children attending Kindred Hanwell. Our eldest started at two years old when we moved to the area, having joined from another Kindred nursery and our youngest recently joined at one. It's tough to make a decision about which nursery is best for your child but when we viewed Kindred Hanwell
we instantly knew it was the right fit for our family. First and foremost, the excellent team of staff is what makes the nursery so special. Each and every staff member is so caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and just brilliant with the children. Our new three-year-old races into the nursery every day and loves her time there, and our baby is settling in well, being so well cared for by her fantastic key person. Our eldest's speech and language have come on leaps and bounds since starting too. The facilities, outside space, and menu are also excellent. The children really are given the space, support, and tools they need to learn, play, and develop. We highly recommend Kindred Hanwell.

Our son has learned a lot since attending Kindred Hanwell. His communication skills and fine motor skills are so much better. He is more confident in busier environments and more interested in playing with other children since joining.
His key worker is fantastic and gives us an update at pick-up

We absolutely love having our daughter here. It's very clear that they care about each child and their individuality, making sure they move at each child's pace. They clearly encourage (but don't push) growth within the nursery as well as at home. Our daughter adores the staff (as do we) and really
enjoys our quick debriefing about her day at pick-up (currently she goes only two mornings a week). We've noticed the influence Kindred has had and are extremely pleased to have her here.
We love the cook too! While my daughter is picky, the staff here has asked (on pasta days) the cook to leave some plain for her which she has finally started eating.. baby steps, right?
On another note, the upper management has great communication and has been helpful at every turn.

Sending our child to Kindred Hanwell has been the best decision since I returned to work full-time! The team are kind, caring, and supportive towards our daughter and her needs - they always communicate well with us. Kindred Hanwell has been a wonderful find!
Our baby has thrived during his 5 months there. He started when he was only 11 months old, and already has become more confident and independent and picks new skills almost each week. The staff and management team are incredibly kind and attentive, creating

My children have both attended Kindred since they were six months old. My eldest (now 3) has moved through the rooms where we have found each leader and team to be fantastic. She has always been happy to go in. The care for them, individually, has always been exemplary. As parents, there is a guilt
that comes with putting your children into a nursery; however, I feel the team quashes this. We feel that the children get individual attention and care that has shaped them into being the brilliant little individuals that they are (not biased at all!).
The app is also really good.

Our son attended Kindred Hanwell Day Nursery & Pre-school for more than two years and now our daughter does. The staff are a real asset to the nursery, they are so enthusiastic, caring and develop such evident bonds with the children. As they progress through the various stages, the activities get more
varied and educational and we noticed our son’s speech, confidence and counting coming on a lot from his time at Kindred. The nursery has a homely feel to it and both of my children settled there quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

I cannot fault the care my daughter is receiving from Kindred Hanwell. The staff are attentive, knowledgable, friendly, caring and experienced. respond quickly. We get daily updates on meals, naps and nappies and get to hear about activities they’ve taken part in at the end of the day. Activities are varied with lots of messy play, arts and crafts, music, outdoor time and circle time. All the children look happy and my daughter has settled in very well. She loves going to nursery. Having a drop-off time of 7.30 am really helps with the work commute and they are able to offer ad hoc sessions if needed and space allows. I highly recommend Kindred Hanwell.

It’s a wonderful nursery. Our eldest went through from 1-4, and our youngest two are there. The children’s key workers are so lovely and knowledgeable. The food is wonderful, and the variety of things they eat is extraordinary. When I drop them off, neither look back; they rush inside, giggling. I couldn’t
ask for more than that.
