Kindred Hanwell Nursery and Pre-school

We've had a fantastic experience at Kindred since day one. Our daughter started at 10 months and settled in within a matter of weeks. When we drop her off she strolls in with a big smile on her face and she has such a great connection with the staff in the baby room. The staff are genuinely exceptional with her and take the time at the end of each day to chat us through how she's been. Love that we get access to the app for updates and over time and the nursery have only got better at updating us with photos of her regularly, so we can get a sneak peak into her world. Also, love that Kindred give us quite a few opportunities to drop in for a couple of hours for different celebratory events such as Mothers Day, Easter etc. A great opportunity to see our daughter in the environment and see how at home she is.

We absolutely love Kindred nursery, as does my son. He is so excited when we drop him off in the morning. He's developed such a strong bond with his key worker(s) and it puts my mind at ease to see him so happy to see them every morning. We receive so many photos and videos of him doing lots of fun and messy play. We couldn't be happier with the care they give our boy. We will definitely be sending our next child here.

Our child joined Kindred Nursery Hanwell when he was just 6 months old, and overall, we've had a very positive experience. The transition was easy for him, I think that's because the baby room team were incredibly patient and supportive. Over time, he's developed strong bonds with his key worker and now happily goes in, which has been a huge relief for us.

What really stands out is how well the staff get to know each child, even in a larger setting. They're always approachable and take the time to listen, which made us feel supported. The daily updates and observations are thoughtful and detailed, and it's clear they genuinely care about each child's development and well-being.

The environment feels safe, nurturing and well-organised, and we've seen a real boost in our child's confidence and independence. We would definitely recommend Kindred Hanwell to other parents.

Our 15-month-old started at Kindred Nursery Hanwell in October 2025, and we've had such a positive experience. He began quite upset, but with the patience and care of the baby room team he has built lovely attachments with his key worker and staff. He now goes in smiling, plays independently and has grown so much in confidence.

The staff and management are all friendly, caring and supportive, which really reassured us as nervous parents. The daily updates are great, and it's clear they truly care about each child's routine and development. They've even introduced activities based on what he enjoys at home to help him feel more settled.

We're so happy with the nurturing, safe and familiar environment they've created for him. Highly recommend Kindred Hanwell.

Our son started at kindred in September, at 16 months, and we have had a fantastic experience. He bonded quickly with his key carer and has settled in better than we could have hoped. All staff are caring and attentive, we enjoy the daily updates and the development we see in our son since starting has been very pleasing. He clearly loves attending Kindred and we couldn't have hoped for a better start to his time here.

All three of my children have been at Kindred starting in 2020 and my youngest is still there now. All of my children have absolutely loved both the nursery setting and the staff at Kindred. They have been happy to go in and always have a smile on their face when we pick them up! The staff have always been lovely with both us and the children. They have also been great at making us feel reassured that the children are happy and doing well. It has been lovely to see each child thrive while at Kindred and we are so grateful we found and chose Kindred!! Thank you to all of the staff!

We've had a really positive experience at Kindred Hanwell. The managers and team are approachable and always available, which creates a great sense of trust. Even in a large setting, they know our child well, which is very reassuring.

Transitions between rooms are handled smoothly, with good communication and flexibility. We felt listened to and supported during a time when our child was going through other transitions.

The one and two-year observation by the key person were beautifully written and showed how well they know and care for our child.

One area for improvement would be the settling-in process- while I understand that many children adapt quickly, our experience was different, and I would have appreciated the opportunity to be more involved during that phase -perhaps with a more flexible approach to support children who need a little extra time.

Overall, we're really happy and confident our child is in great hands and we would suggest Kindred Hanwell nursery to any parent

My son joined Kindred when he was only 10 months old. Everyone made their best to make that transition as easy as possible and now my son is confident and happy to be dropped off there every morning. He has a big smile in his face when he sees the staff which demostrates how happy he is there.

We really appreciate the regular updates on her progress. The staff are friendly and caring, always making sure she's safe and happy.

I really feel the staff are what makes this nursery and my daughter's current key worker takes great care of my daughter and observes her closely to see her interests and try to nurture them. If I have ever had a concern or issue, management has always been able to available to speak with me and help resolve the issue.

Our son started at Kindred Hanwell in September 24 and has loved it. They've been so attentive in the baby room and got to know him really well. He's developed so much and we get good feedback from his key worker and the other staff.

On another note, the upper management has great communication and has been helpful at every turn.

We have two children attending Kindred Hanwell. Our eldest started at two years old when we moved to the area, having joined from another Kindred nursery and our youngest recently joined at one. It's tough to make a decision about which nursery is best for your child but when we viewed Kindred Hanwell we instantly knew it was the right fit for our family. First and foremost, the excellent team of staff is what makes the nursery so special. Each and every staff member is so caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and just brilliant with the children. Our new three-year-old races into the nursery every day and loves her time there, and our baby is settling in well, being so well cared for by her fantastic key person. Our eldest's speech and language have come on leaps and bounds since starting too. The facilities, outside space, and menu are also excellent. The children really are given the space, support, and tools they need to learn, play, and develop. We highly recommend Kindred Hanwell.

Sending our child to Kindred Hanwell has been the best decision since I returned to work full-time! The team are kind, caring, and supportive towards our daughter and her needs - they always communicate well with us. The facilities are well maintained and activities are excellent and well-managed for our little one. Overall, we feel reassured that this is the best environment for our daughter to learn, to grow, and to make friends. We are so impressed with her progress and are grateful for the hard work that the team put into making Kindred Hanwell a special place.

Our baby has thrived during his 5 months there. He started when he was only 11 months old, and already has become more confident and independent and picks new skills almost each week. The staff and management team are incredibly kind and attentive, creating a warm and supportive environment. Communication is excellent, with regular updates in the app. Highly recommend!
