Kindred Hanwell Nursery and Pre-school

My daughter has been at Kindred since she was 10-months-old and is about to start school. She’s loved her time at the nursery - she has enjoyed doing a wide range of activities, gets on well with the staff and has made some great friends. She has developed into a confident, sociable, enquiring and articulate child, and I think she will settle into school well as a result of her nursery experience.

The restart at the nursery in Hanwell after the lockdown was very smooth and professional. The staff worked on every single detail of government recommendations and guidelines. All very serious such as cleaning re. times staggered pick up and drop-offs, shift patterns and many more. We were very pleased about being informed since the very beginning. Our feedback and concerns were particularly clarified and addressed, which again was very reassuring. Many thanks to all Hanwell staff.

My son has been at Kindred since he was 2-years-old, he's now 4-years-old. Kindred is a great place with friendly and skilled staff. My son loves to go there, and he has improved on his speaking, listening, sharing and confidence since he started. I feel confident when I leave him there because I know staff members are taking good care of him.

Our eldest child joined Kindred Hanwell nearly 2 years ago and our youngest child since February. They both love the nursery and are really happy here. The staff are fantastic and have formed a lovely bond with our children and made returning to nursery really easy post lockdown. The facilities are great with a lovely outside space which is big, considering most London nurseries don't have a huge amount of space. Would highly recommend.

Our son has been at Kindred since January 2019. He settled in very easily, and the staff have always been kind and caring. The nursery is a really friendly and relaxed environment, and the children always seem happy and well looked after. The nursery communicates well with parents/families too.

The staff that I’ve known have been caring, responsive, open and accommodating. For me, the benchmark has always been how happy my son has been, and that was never in question.

We've been so happy with the return to the nursery after lockdown; a difficult time for everyone but made simpler due to Kindred. Our daughter is delighted to be back with her friends and the staff, and Kindred have made the transition so smooth. She loves nursery so much!

My son has been at Kindred (formerly Buttons) since he was seven months old, he is now almost two. Our experience of the nursery in both the baby and toddler room has been really positive. The staff are very positive, and my son looks forwards to his days there. The facilities and equipment are very good, it is a safe nurturing and happy environment for my child. I highly recommend it.

My daughter attended Buttons Day Nursery since April 2016. The progress she has made and the care she has received is amazing. The staff there are so loving and caring and my daughter enjoyed going to nursery every day. I can’t recommend them enough.

Lovely caring staff. Spacious rooms. Excellent garden. Both of my kids have had a brilliant time at Buttons. They were and will be sad to leave. The staff really love the kids.

We are very pleased with our experience at Buttons. Both our children have attended Buttons Nursery and have learnt a whole lot and have changed for the better. The staff at Buttons has instilled social and intellectual skills in our children and have been extremely friendly and connected to us as parents. Buttons provide excellent care for our son. He loves being there and the staff interact really well with him. He is always happy to go.

This is a lovely nursery where they care very much about the children - the focus is certainly on them. They change the activities daily and have toys laid out in clusters within easy reach which is lovely. My daughter has been very happy there and has built lovely relationships with staff.

My daughter has been attending Buttons Day Nursery in Hanwell for 6 months now. She has progressed so much in such a short space of time and it's all down to the staff in Hanwell.

The nursery is clean and inviting. The staff are polite and approachable and I have had no issues at all when it comes to my child.

The feedback given at the end of the day is perfect. The feedback diaries give both me and dad a chance to catch up on what she's ate and what activities she has done throughout the day. The management are as always extremely helpful and on hand for advice and information. I am thoroughly happy with Buttons!

All in all it's good my son loves the staff, they are kind to him. He enjoys going to nursery, he has learned a few new words. I would recommend the nursery to my friends and family. My son loves the new play room, he also enjoys playing with other kids.

The staff are very personable, kind and attentive. They give us a feedback at the end of the day which is a great way to learn what the child is doing at the nursery. The establishment itself is also great with the recent refurbishment work. My daughter is learning a lot from her peers and teachers. One thing I can ask more is the green outdoor space.

Highly recommended! Great staff, clean, safe, caring. We had the chance to try the food in the open day and it is great! Our child loves to go to the nursery and we can see on daily basis the great relationship he has with his play partner.

My son has gone to Buttons since he was 6 months old and he has grown into the most wonderful, imaginative, creative, considerate and kind little boy who is eager to learn and who has the best sense of humour. Whilst my husband and I take some of the credit, we also put it down to the care and attention he has received from all the staff at the nursery over the years. Exceptional and caring play partners who bend over backwards to make all the children feel safe, happy and at home.

The nursery also offer drop off and pick up to the primary school/school nursery, which is really useful.
