Buttercups Chiswick is conveniently located next to Gunnersbury Park tube station and is situated in a 4-storey Edwardian townhouse where each age group has their own dedicated room. The preschool children enjoy the whole top floor with Montessori classrooms. As well as the small but well-stocked garden, older children get to enjoy the mini forest at the nearby sister nursery in Chiswick Lane.

At Buttercups, they believe that a well-cared for team results in well-cared for children. They are committed to making sure staff feel supported, rewarded and challenged and continually develop the skills and qualifications of the team through in-house training programmes and external courses.

The nursery adopts a range of teaching approaches, including Montessori which emphasises children's ability to learn through play and make their own decisions, promoting their independence and confidence as they begin their learning journey. They also encourage children to spend as much time outside as possible, integrating plenty of opportunities for outside play and encouraging a love for nature.

My son has been attending Buttercups at Chiswick since December 2020 and we are extremely happy with the care that he is receiving there. He absolutely loves going to nursery and all the staff are so friendly and caring. My son has learnt lots of new skills since starting at Buttercups at Chiswick and
we appreciate the regular feedback and updates that we receive. We would highly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter started at Buttercups in August 2020 and we couldn't be happier with the amazing team and nursery. The managers and key workers are so wonderful and went above and beyond to make our daughter feel welcome, secure and happy whilst spending her days there. They communicate with the parents
really well and our daughter absolutely loves going and has formed really great relationships with all the staff there which is so nice to see. They do lovely activities with the children and I can see our daughter has developed so much since being at Buttercups. Well done to Buttercups - it's not easy leaving your young child in someone else's care but we have felt really confident and happy with sending our daughter to this brilliant nursery!

Very professional and well organised. My 12month little one is having so much fun. We have noticed that the way he plays now is more targeted. He is observing things and trying to use them the proper way ( he is less messy in his playing now). He is always clean and well kept. Their hygiene level is
really outstanding compared to other supposed outstanding nurseries. We are very pleased, very very pleased.

We are very happy with the overall experience at Buttercups Chiswick. Our daughter has adapted very well to the nursery environment. When she first started off, she was uncomfortable to be away from her parents but now really enjoys her time there. The nursery gives us daily information on the various

Thank you so much to the Buttercups Chiswick team, who made our daughter feel so welcome. The staff gave her the opportunity to settle into the nursery very gently and slowly, and went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Now our daughter loves going to nursery. since starting nursery she has learnt

Our son seems to really enjoy and be thriving at the nursery. Within a short period of time, he has settled into drop off. Since starting his character development has accelerated and he is much more sociable. The staff are lovely and very attentive.

Our son joined the Forest School nearly 3 months ago. He seems to enjoy being outdoors. They have a variety of fun structured activities and I can already see an improvement in his development and social skills. The staff are caring and nurturing I would recommend Buttercups Chiswick Nursery.

Buttercups at Chiswick is a brilliant and excellent nursery. My daughter was graduated from here and now my son is about to graduate from here. They love Buttercups very much and had a really happy time here. The teachers are very experienced and with so much love for the children. The nursery is well
organized and has a very good communication with parents. Their Forest School is a real treat for the children. My son loves Forest School so much. We feel so lucky that our kids could both join Buttercups and meet such excellent and enthusiastic teachers here.

Our daughter has been in nursery for about 6 weeks, and she absolutely loves it! We all felt very supported during the settling in period, with regular updates and reassurances from the Buttercups team. It feels like they look after all of us! The Buttercups team often send us newsletters and private
messages with updates and photos demonstrating the breadth of activities she undertakes and she loves the food!

Our son started nursery 4 years ago and we have loved every step of it. We will remember lots of things but specially this last year in yellow group and Forest School. We are extremely grateful for all their caring, learning, playing, grand imagination and enormous heart. Even in lockdown you were there
for the children via telco or open for us, key workers. We will strongly recommend Buttercups as an outstanding place for any children to grow and learn. Forever grateful.

The whole experience at Buttercups Nursery has been amazing for my daughter who started at 1 1/2 and is now leaving aged 4 years. The care, attention, fun, and kindness shown by the staff make it a special place, and I am very sad she is now going to school. She has learned a lot and changes are noticeable
daily on her days at nursery. These will be the years she won't forget and will lay the solid foundation for her journey into reception. My son also attends and is 1 1/2 but is learning a lot and comes home with new moves to songs or new words. He has settled well, has fun, and we can happily leave them both knowing they are in good hands. It is a smaller nursery, so lots of the staff know them both. If I've done one thing right as a parent, it's putting them there.

I have had two children pass through this nursery over the last six years and cannot speak too highly of them! The care both my children have received, in particular from the 'yellow' class (age 3+) group has been outstanding. The yellow class practitioners are amazing, they are like extended family
and have helped us, as a new family, guide and support our children in the most loving environment possible. My children have blossomed with confidence, knowledge, skill, ability, language and kindness. In particular, the facilities offered here (fit and fun, Forest School, it's own kitchen & chef!) are wonderful!

Outstanding nursery, full of caring, attentive and very able staff. They are so passionate about the children and the standard of teaching is very high. New activities are planned every day so the children are always stimulated. The nursery has a very warm, family feel to it and I have always felt my
daughter is very safe there. The head carer is wonderful and has made mine and my daughter's experience with them so special.
