My 21-month-old son started at Buttercups Grange Road, Chiswick, two months ago. The staff have been amazing. The manager was extremely helpful and supportive to help with some specific requirements and they went out of their way to support me. One member of staff in particular and all the girls in the baby room have been very open, friendly and caring of my son. The atmosphere is very warm and personal. The house is like a home and the kids are like a big family. I have seen my son develop immensely since joining, speaking lots now and we will be moving up to the toddler room shortly. Laura has risen through the Buttercups ranks, originally starting as a nursery practitioner in our Syon Park setting. Laura continued her studies and was promoted to Room Manager, and Deputy Manager and now she manages our Chiswick nursery. Recently she achieved her Level 6 Early Years Qualification.
