Buttercups Ealing, conveniently located near Ealing station, provides quality day care to children. Located in an elegant Victorian building, each age group has their own dedicated room, with preschool children enjoying the whole top floor with Montessori classrooms. All children have plenty of time outdoors in the huge garden with a Forest School area, lots of equipment and a vegetable garden. The nursery has a focus on "learning through play", where the child's natural curiosity drives their learning.

Buttercups are committed to supporting their team of practitioners, ensuring they feel rewarded and challenged throughout their roles. They provide continuous opportunities for staff to develop their skills and qualifications through in-house training programmes and external courses as they believe a happy team results in happy children.

Excellent nursery - I cannot recommend enough. The staff in particular are fantastic. They are passionate about the children and really care about them as individuals. The nursery garden is fab and the team come up with great activities.

My daughter started nursery when she was 10 months old, she is now 16 months old, she has thrived so much at nursery, her speech has come along amazingly she loves going to nursery and playing with her friends. She loves the staff at nursery and repeats their names at home to us all. Thank you so much

My daughter has been at this amazing nursery since she was 2 years old. Being a lockdown baby I was apprehensive about her starting at a nursery setting as she wasn’t used to being surrounded by other children.
The nursery staff were excellent at putting my mind at rest; she settled in very well.
Fast forward half a year and she has just started at the Daisies class, she is thriving. Her smile at the end of the day says it all. Thank you so much to the wonderful, kind-hearted staff, I am so grateful to you all. My baby has grown into a confident, caring and curious little girl. I can’t thank you all enough.

My daughter has been at Buttercups Ealing from the age of 1 year and we've been really happy with the nursery. This month, my daughter was delighted to move into pre-school. The transition has gone very well and she has settled into preschool thanks to the support and encouragement of the teachers
and staff. We recently had a parent consultation meeting - the feedback we received showed very clearly how engaged the teachers and staff are with each child and that they provide a nurturing and stimulating environment.

My son has been at Buttercups for one year now and has absolutely loved it. We will be sending our youngest there in January and I'm really pleased with our experience so far. Great communication from the senior manager and would recommend this place to anyone.

My son has been attending for nearly two months and is loving his time with the team there. They are so caring, supportive, happy and friendly. It makes me at ease and confident that they are doing the best for my child. My child has grown in confidence and his speech has dramatically improved from
being here. The team encourage nursery songs and sharing. The garden is lovely and big for the children to run around and explore in. The staff are excellent at communicating everything a parent needs to know. The level of security for the nursery is much higher than others I’ve seen, which makes me feel safe to leave my baby. The nursery feels very clean and my son always comes home not overly dirty, which makes me think they have high standards. Most of all, the staff there are just so happy and lovely. They really love what they do and the children, especially the manager.

Our son has been attending the nursery since he's been 9 months old and we are very lucky that he is attending the Buttercups Ealing Nursery. He absolutely loves it. We can also see clear progress in his learning of new skills and knowledge. The staff is caring and very professional. We receive very

We love Buttercups at Ealing and feel very lucky that our son has a place there. The staff are wonderful, caring and knowledgeable, the garden and inside space are amazing, light-filled and spacious, especially for London. The food that is prepared is better than we can do at home! The activities and

My daughter has been attending this nursery since October 2020. During the height of the pandemic when in-person nursery tours were forbidden, it was a very challenging time to get comfortable with leaving your child in an unknown space. My son attended Buttercups in the past and loved it, so I knew
it was a great place and was reassured of this as soon as my daughter started there as well. From her first week until now, she's happy to go in, in a great mood at the end of the day, and loves all of the staff there. The carers are so warm and attentive, always welcoming her with a smile and providing thorough feedback at the end of the day. During the day she has a diverse and healthy diet, plays regularly outside when the weather allows, does arts and crafts, learns life skills and participates in activities that support the early learning skillsets for her age. We even get a weekly newsletter with photos, further reassuring us she's in excellent hands. We love it here!

We are so pleased to have found Buttercups, Ealing. Our daughter started at 10 months old and is now 2.5 years old and has thrived the whole time. The staff are so caring and dedicated and go above and beyond. We love reading about and seeing pictures of all of their weekly activities in the newsletter
and our daughter speaks so fondly of her nursery life at home. The manager and deputy manager are always visible and have a real passion for what they do, as do all of the teachers. The communication is excellent and we continue to be amazed at how much our daughter has developed during her time at Buttercups. We also love how much time they spend doing outdoor activities and the great garden set-up. Highly recommend this nursery!

What an amazing nursery. My son has been going there for over a year and I can't praise the staff enough. They are so friendly, accommodative, they keep me updated with how my son is developing etc. Both teachers and management are extremely friendly, professional and experienced. I love how fun and
innovative their activities are. I would definitely not come up with half of the ideas they do, if I was looking after my son at home.

My husband and I, are delighted that we found this wonderful environment for our daughter. As first time parents, that work full time we were apprehensive about putting our 10-month-old in nursery. However, from the day she started at Buttercups, she has blossomed into a confident, curious, social and
independent toddler, of which we attribute to the nursery. Her teachers are so engaged with her development, every day they do different activities, ranging from singing, to arts and crafts. We are very grateful for the effort they put into her care, looking after her and we are filled with joy when she finishes each day with a huge smile on her face. Thank you, Buttercups, Ealing!

My children joined Buttercups Ealing at ten and eleven months old respectively (in 2015 and 2017) and I could not have asked for a better nursery! I have seen it get better over the years and they were amazing during the pandemic. The staff genuinely care about the children and enjoy what they do; there
are staff there today that looked after both my children as babies which is rare in early years setting. When viewing in 2015, I wasn’t sure what to look for but the manager emphasised they don’t allow shoes in the baby room (because of crawling babies and asked me to take my shoes off when entering) This became my benchmark when I inspected other nurseries and I soon realised not many observe the rule. Each room is great and I really like how the managers spend time with the children too and not behind the desk all the time. My children have transitioned well into school and I would definitely recommend this nursery. Thank you Buttercups Ealing for an amazing six years. We miss you a lot.

Ealing Buttercups is a fantastic nursery and our child who just started is extremely happy at joining there. It only took going to such a bad nursery where the staff don't care about the children and switching to such a good nursery that you appreciate how much the staff here care and show love for
the children. The activities and the weekly updates are excellent. And I love the inclusiveness and the show and tell elements of the nursery. I would highly recommend.

Sarah has 30 years of experience in childcare. She joined Buttercups back in 1993 as a practitioner and has worked her way up to Senior Manager. Sarah is passionate about childcare, especially what the children get out of their time at nursery. Mostly though, she just loves spending time with the children.
