Buttercups Acton is an outstanding nursery offering Early Years education to children in Acton, Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith.

Buttercups Acton is a homely nursery close to East Acton station. Its bright classrooms, spread over 4 floors, have ample resources. The recently refurbished garden is spacious and packed with toys, activities and things to explore. All age groups have their own playrooms, furnished with Community Things equipment made from natural materials. Babies have a separate quiet sleep room and preschool have a floor to themselves, where teachers make sure they are ready for starting school. All age groups enjoy plenty of time outdoors in the huge garden, and the team strive to deliver opportunities for children to learn through play, always guided by their natural curiosity.

The team are experienced and welcoming, and are continuously supported by Buttercups to progress through their careers and deliver the very best care to all children.

Great nursery - My little one had a great time there and made a lot of improvements particularly with her social and emotional development. The staff are great and I can only extremely recommend this nursery.

Our daughter has been with Buttercups since she was 10 months old, and she has thrived. The practitioners have all been very good, very caring about her as an individual as well as helping her grow and expand her skills and engage with people around her, and she has loved her time here and the friends
she has made. (Don't be put off by their management and billing systems day-to-day they are great).

I can highly recommend Buttercups at Acton. My daughter has been there cared for there for four days a week since she was 10 months old and our experience has been nothing but positive. I originally chose the nursery because of its homely atmosphere and this has not changed in over 3 years my daughter
has been there.


All the staff are extremely caring and professional and the turnover of staff has been extremely low. All the staff know my daughter and she knows them - this really makes a massive difference to her day to day happiness. The nursery offers a wide range of activity for the children, communication with parents is regular and helpful and there are a number of events throughout the year to bring parents, children and the nursery together.

I am tremendously pleased with Buttercups Acton's care of my 2-year-old son. My LO has attended Buttercups since he was 7 months old. I cannot praise the staff enough; they are caring, fun, attentive and kind. I have recommended them to a friend of mine who will be sending her son there too.


The

Managers are very experienced and knowledgeable. It really helps to know that my LO is in good hands when I'm at work.

Buttercups Acton is a lovely nursery, staff is very welcoming and warm. I can see a massive difference in my son's development after spending only 3 days a week there.
His speech, confidence and motor skills are getting better every day thanks to girls at the nursery. There do lots of activities every
day, including outdoor play.

It is a very warm and loving atmosphere there. Since my little one joined Buttercups Nursery, I noticed how he has developed in so many ways. Overall, we absolutely love Buttercups Nursery and we feel so proud our little one is there. We strong recommend it to all our friends and relatives.

We are really happy with Buttercups at Acton. Our daughter loves it and is happy to go, there always seems to be interesting activities for her and she likes all the staff members. Everyone is very caring and seem genuinely interested in the well-being of each child. Our review appointments have always
been insightful with the key worker giving lots of info and anecdotes about her progress. The only factors we have ranked as 'good' rather than excellent' are resources, food, drink (as there could be a little more variety) and cleanliness but these are not concerns for us and wouldn't affect us recommending this nursery.

Our little one has been going here since April last year and he loves it. The set up is really good, lots of little rooms so the children are separated by age group and they have a great garden at the back with separate space for the babies. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they always say
hello and get to know your child even if they are not in their group which makes it easier when they move to the next level as they are already familiar with the staff. The in-house cook is great and our little one loves the food. The staff are also very good at reassuring and giving advice, being our first child it is nice to have that reassurance sometimes. They will also take into consideration and follow any particular request you may have regarding your child.

I cannot recommend this wonderful nursery highly enough.
My daughter has attended since she was 10 months old and has enjoyed every new room and stage at the nursery.

My daughter has been with Buttercups at Acton since she was 8 months old. From the very first day to the last, she has been happy and content with all her carers and her environment. I left Buttercups at Acton due to a house move and it felt more like I'd left behind a small family. Not only did all
the girls welcome my child with open arms but they got to know me, my husband and my son as well. I'll never forget the Buttercups team and can't begin to express my gratitude in their part in making my little girl as wonderful as she is today. Thank you.

We have had two children at Buttercups over the last six years. They both thrived there, making really great friends, having lots of new experiences and feeling safe and happy throughout. They learnt the fundamentals of writing, got a good grounding in phonics and numbers and most importantly loved
their teachers and will miss them very much.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better nursery for our son. He started with Buttercups when he was 10 months old, and since then has gone from strength to strength; he loves going to nursery and seeing his friends and carers.


The team at buttercups are very welcoming and professional and make

you feel like part of the family. On top of this they take first class care of their children, from freshly cooked food served to environment, learning and games and events.


We are relocating in a few weeks, and I wish I could pick them up and take Buttercups with us.
