My daughter has been attending the nursery for a year now and has grown in character and confidence immensely. The support and guidance the staff have given her has been excellent.
The recent refurbishment of the nursery has added an extra vibrancy and colour to the surroundings, whilst maintaining
a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
I can leave my child at the nursery knowing she will be well looked after and well fed (from the many options of meals available) giving me peace of mind.

We are so pleased we chose to send our daughter to this wonderful nursery. She has really thrived in the pre-school and seems positive with the thought of going to school, thanks to the support and encouragement she has received from the wonderful staff. The introduction of a uniform has helped also.
She
is very excited to attend nursery as soon as she wakes and loves the routine there. She is learning through play and developing her concentration which is again thanks to the nurturing environment.
The staff and management are very engaging with parents and children. I feel at ease going about my working day, knowing the excellent hands she is in. The meals served here are also nutritious and aid broadening the children's palettes, which has helped our little one immensely.

My daughter has been attending for almost 1 year. She loves it and I believe that's the best indicator that she's safe, cared for and entertained properly.
I wouldn't let her spend her day (from 8 am to 6 pm) at a place I don't trust or have doubts about, they are great.
After the renewal it just
got better, now that they have the right structure they can do even more, with such a solid background and knowledge, the new manager always makes sure that all the staff attend to training, execute the policies and work the right way. I can say, as a customer I'm extremely satisfied with the feedback, attention that my family and I receive and also for the "service" that we're paying for.


My daughter is learning a lot through a fun, simple and natural way, it's clear how much she built up in her character, behaviour and knowledge throughout the activities and tools that she was offered.
The only thing I can say to all those amazing women that dedicate themselves and always give their best every day is, thank you.

My daughter has been at the Brentford Day Nursery for over a month now and so far we have had a very good experience. When she first started she wasn't too keen on the idea of spending a day away from parents as up to this point she'd spend all her time at home.
However, the nursery had a really good
settling in procedure. My daughter, however, required some additional attention from the staff in order to make her feel comfortable.
I was pleased to find out that the staff at the nursery were happy to make that additional effort and now she can't wait to spend her days at the nursery. We have found that the staff are caring, responsible and passionate about what they do.
Overall, I and more importantly, my daughter are very happy with our experience so far and would recommend this nursery to our friends and family.

Our son has been going to this nursery full time for just over two years now and overall we are very pleased with it. The current manager and deputy manager are excellent and have definitely gone the extra mile on occasions. Our son is always happy going to the nursery, is encouraged through many
different types of activities, including occasional external trips. He interacts well with and enjoys being with the other children and staff. He has learnt good manners and eats well. The nursery building itself has benefited recently from a refurbishment and is light and welcoming. Overall we would recommend this nursery to others.

We have got 2 kids, one of them has attended Brentford Day Nursery & Pre-school full time for about 3 years before she was diagnosed as Autistic and offered a place in a specialist nursery for SEN. The nursery has helped to identify my daughter's special needs and helped us get a specialist nursery
place and was very supportive especially the deputy Manager who was the SEN-CO. She has been extremely helpful, supportive and trustworthy.


During 2016, the nursery service and management quality was in some way up and down. However, since the new manager has been appointed and the deputy manager back from maternity leave, and the nursery gets refurbished, I would say the nursery service and management quality has been great.


The new Manager is such a kind and trustworthy lady who can understand kids needs and meet them.


Our Kid has been attending Brentford Day Nursery & Pre-school for 3 years now and he loves the nursery


All staff and the chef have been nice and helpful.

I am very pleased with this nursery, being a first-time mum returning to work I was very nervous about where to put my daughter (10months). After visiting a few nurseries I decided to place her in this one. I found the new manager very welcoming and friendly. Staff are very organised and know what they're
talking about. I like the activities they do with my daughter when I go to collect her they tell me what she's doing new, show me photos of her progression and so on.
Very clean and food cooked fresh daily, I like the personal touch they have when I'm at work if I want to know how my daughter is, I can just text the manager and she will reply with an update, which keeps my mind at ease.

My child has been attending the nursery for 2 years and in that time I have seen several managers come and go. What I find upsetting is how this affects the children and how senior management or head office don't seem to do anything about it or even try and explain to parents what's been happening and
what they intend to do. There's been a refurbishment a few weeks ago and new staff have come on board, but that doesn't change the fact that the nursery has taken a turn for the worse and I have had to take my child out. As a concerned parent, I find HO & senior management a real cause for concern. There haven't been many efforts to try and build a relationship with the parents. Recently staff have left without the children or parents acknowledgement, so we didn't have a chance to say goodbye or thank them for their support. If it wasn't for the wonderful and supportive care staff who have been really great with the care of my child, we would have left long ago. Very disappointing.

I want to give a big thank you to Brentford Nursery that is based in Brentford. My son who is nearly 2 and 1/2 years old. Myself and my husband decided that my son would go there due to the fact we were so impressed with the nursery and the standard of care. The manageress is so nice, polite and helpful,
she is always there welcoming my son on his way in. This leaves a great impression on the whole staff, who are very approachable and helpful along with the most important factor - being caring and giving our child a great start in their education. The nursery itself is a beautiful building that is fully equipped for what the kids need, in both educational materials and all the safety aspects. My son improves his eating appetite, communication and language, things I couldn't have achieved by doing it myself at home. My son comes home after having not only learnt new things but he has also had fun being there. I cannot recommend Brentford Nursery enough. A big thank you to the management.

The new management is very rude, I am very disappointed now and am going to move my little one from there.
Before the staff was very friendly and my son was in a very good relationship with his key worker. Now it is just terrible. The new management got rid of the professional staff.
Please do not
take your children there. Do not trust them.

This was such a wonderful nursery before with great staff. It has since been taken over and is terrible. In my own experience, they are only concerned with money and how to best make more money. I had a dispute with Head Office and it was such a stressful time for me and the staff at the head office
were unsympathetic, rude and just not interested. Such a shame as my experience with them was of a lovely friendly nursery. Now though please be aware of staff at Head Office, extremely rude staff. I do not think they have good practice in dealing with parents, and as such, there are other delightful nurseries who have respect and understanding of parents and children.

My daughter has been at Bringing up Baby for five months and has developed great relationships with her key worker (who really helped her to settle in) and also the members of the staff team and other children. There has been a period of seemingly high staff turnover including the management but that
seems to have settled down now. The team have put a lot of effort into reorganising the space and updating the resources. The nursery has a positive and warm environment in which the children have the opportunity to learn through play. The effort that went into preparing the Easter activities - egg hunt, bonnet and little show was really appreciative and the children loved it. I'm looking forward to later in the year when the nursery has committed to providing dedicated space for pre-school separate from the toddlers.
