The staff are friendly. There is a varied educational programme and excellent communication with parents. Meals are cooked on-site, and my children often have double portions, so they must be tasty. My children love going to nursery and are always happy and well looked after.

I have two children attending the nursery. My eldest has been going there for two and a half years. We cannot fault the nursery or staff in any way, the care they provide is excellent. Our children have always been very happy there. They run into the nursery with big smiles on their faces and come out
with even bigger smiles at the end of the day. Every member of staff is caring, nurturing, enthusiastic and engaging. The activities they provide are exciting and ambitious for the children. The communication from the staff is excellent and we were even more impressed with this over the last challenging 18 months. The on-site chef provides an exciting seasonal menu and caters well for our daughter who has allergies. Although the outside area is small, they make the most of it by providing great activities and resources. The nursery has been refurbished recently and cleanliness is always a top priority. We are very happy with the nursery and would gladly recommend it to our friends.

Very lovely, professional and high knowledgeable staff, the management are on top of their game; they are always ready to satisfy enquiries and amend sessions according to my needs. It's not easy to manage
and run a nursery as good as this nursery does, with familiar touch, but also with a focus on child's development. Despite the challenges of the pandemic and anxiety of parenting, Brentford Day Nursery & Pre-school remains a happy island for children, ready to set their first steps into adulthood.

Nice and safe space for our child. My son started without basic English knowledge and with support from friendly and supportive staff, he was able to grow and develop new skills, not only language. He became an independent and strong boy, learnt how to eat by himself, put on his shoes and jacket. The
staff members are dedicated and aware of my son needs and emotions. They are very dedicated and can spot his mood change or a need for an extra hug. A friendly and kid friendly place. This is a wonderful nursery, both my daughters aged three and a half years and sixteen months attend and I couldn't be happier with it. The staff are nurturing, loving and genuinely care about the children. The nursery is thriving under the management. It feels welcoming, inclusive and has a great atmosphere.
Returning after lockdown was managed incredibly well with such a breadth of social activities for the kids to enjoy themselves such as fancy dress parties and theme days. I pick my girls up every day and they are happy and I think that's the most you can want from a childcare setting. I highly recommend this nursery.

My nearly 3-year-old son has recently started with the nursery and I already cannot rate them highly enough.
The management were welcoming, friendly and open from the first contact.
My son has sensory processing disorder which presents certain challenges. The staff went above and beyond to discuss
with me not only how best they can make him comfortable, but also the ways in which they can help him progress.
His key person is a child (and parent’s) dream not only is she fun, creative and full of energy, but she also managed to gain my son’s trust from their very first meeting, which is not a common occurrence for him.
The staff work in absolute partnership with the families of the children they look after and they clearly care deeply for them.
Out of a 5 star rating... I’d give them 10

My two children attend this nursery, aged 3 and 18 months. I have always been impressed by the nursery, but I have been particularly impressed since my youngest joined. He has a disability and special educational needs and the nursery has gone above and beyond in ensuring he is appropriately supported
and truly included. I cannot recommend this nursery any more - fabulous setting with wonderful, caring staff that make every child feel special and support them reaching their full potential.

My daughter is my first and only child, so I was very apprehensive about sending her to Nursery, especially as she was not even 2 years old. On visiting the Nursery, I fell in love with every aspect. The staff felt like family, the rooms were fit for each age group and my daughter loved it. She managed
to attend two of the rooms at her time at the Nursery and made her first-ever friends (which included the teachers). I was very sad her time got cut short due to covid but still have bonds with the amazing team. She often misses her lunch that was hand made every day by the amazing chef and misses playing out in the garden. I would recommend this Nursery if you want a place where the teachers go the extra mile. They are amazing and if I ever had any more children I would not go anywhere else for early years support. My son started attending the nursery since he was 9 months old. And since then he has absolutely loved it. His settling in was smooth and easy. I was very anxious that he wouldn't sleep since he used to be rocked for naps but the team found a way for him falling asleep independently. I am very grateful
to every person in the nursery as they go above and beyond to create a caring and friendly environment. They have Spanish classes my son adores as well as multiple developmental activities such as messy play, a sensory play, yoga for babies, etc. The food is amazing as well, very versatile and he always eats it all. Once in 2 months, we are provided with a detailed developmental review with activities our son has tried and lots of beautiful pictures with the key developmental milestones. I am so happy we made a choice to go with Brentford Day Nursery that I can't thank them enough!

I very often pick up my nephew from the nursery and he always shows me his room and shows me what he has been doing throughout the day.
He never wants to leave the place and I don't blame him. The activities the staff prepare during the day are amazing. It really puts an impact on his development,
I am very impressed with the nursery and the way they communicate with children and occupy them during the day.
The staff are very nice and always greet you with a smile on their faces. The first time I came to pick up my nephew, they made sure to check my ID and password and it really made me feel that this place is very secure and my nephew is safe in this environment.
When I get feedback on what he ate, I always think that he is a very lucky boy having such good food and he eats everything! Well done to the chef for the magic that happens in the kitchen.
The management is extremely nice and I feel like part of the family of this very lovely place. You can feel the love when you enter this place.

My daughter has been attending the Brentford Day Nursery since she was 10months old. As a first time mother going back to work I was very anxious. The nursery management and her key worker were absolutely brilliant. They have been very supportive and would send me photographs of my daughter regularly
throughout the day, they were always happy to answer my calls and give me an update on how she was doing. Because of their care for my daughter and myself actually, I highly recommend this nursery. They care for the children and are very attentive. Thank you Brentford Day Nursery for everything so far, my daughter loves to go to nursery and is happy and I am happy with all the aspects of the nursery. Thank you again to the management and especially to her key worker. I am very grateful.

My daughter settled in so quickly and was clearly excited to go every morning. The staff are so caring and developed a strong bond. The nursery has a big focus on educational but fun activities.
The food is fresh, nutritious and my daughter loves it. I really valued how helpful, flexible and responsible
