Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool

In the past 2 and a half years my daughter was so attached to her Mum as she was a full-time Mum and homemaker until now. This is her first time for my daughter to stay away from her Mum. We were super worried about how she was going to stay and settle and get along with other kids. The staff are experienced, patient and with warm and loving care. Now my daughter has improved in a month and we can feel the progress. Our experience in the nursery has been fantastic and would definitely recommend others. It is a shame we didn't know about it until January.

Bright Horizons Hounslow has all experienced staff. I can see the changes in my daughter. The staff is really caring and concerned about the kids. I am satisfied when every day I get feedback about my daughter's progress. My daughter has really settled well land enjoying the school.

Fantastic nursery with outstanding staff. My son absolutely loves this nursery and enjoys coming to nursery three days a week. Every day there are different fun activities, including singing, dancing, painting etc. His confidence has grown and continues to grow. The management team are always available if needed and are extremely helpful and approachable. My son loves the food over there, never leaves a meal unfinished. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The first thing I observed was instinctiveness. From management to staff, this quality is driving more. With kids, some methods may not work for all. The way the observations made, the way the goals set for my son, explains the care has gone into. My son needs speech therapy. Team leader sums up the things frequently. Staff follows on those lines. Hopefully my son will pick up in the one lacking area, as the process is laid out

Since joining the nursery my daughter has developed in so many ways. She is more confident and looks forward to going into every day from 7.30-6.30pm. Monday-Thursday. The staff team have bee wonderful, very supportive alongside the excellent work of the Manager. Thank you all for all your support.

The environment in the nursery has been created to be very conducive to learning and development.

As a parent, the first thing that comes into our minds is safety, cleanliness and care. I am very pleased with the attention to detail the nursery takes into consideration on providing safety, cleanliness and care towards all the children. Both management and staff are approachable and have great skills to coach and guide the children for challenges that these children will face in life. I am very happy with the service I receive from Asquith Hounslow nursery. I believe them to be outstanding in all areas. The staff have supported my son tremendously and have been good at helping him through his transition to starting nursery by being extra caring. The staff seem to form great bonds with the children and I like seeing the new activities laid out on a daily basis which is very creative.
