We remain grateful to the Bright Horizons team who have worked hard taking care of our daughter, nurturing her development milestones, learning, playful activities and many more. Coming from India as immigrants here, we were apprehensive about our children, but your team's excellent work has left us more than pleased. Our child loves going to school and has made friends there, and our social contact has increased because of her friend's parents, too. The manager is always available to have a word, he's quick to address parents' concerns, and Bright Horizons Hounslow is doing great under his leadership. Thank you all.

My daughter started at the nursery a few months ago. I was really nervous about her starting and being away from me. However, the staff have been so amazing. My daughter has settled in well. She has built a beautiful bond with her key worker. I am really grateful that I chose this nursery - I can only praise all of the staff.

I couldn’t have asked for a better nursery to put my daughter. The management staff, teachers, all of them are the absolute best and you can tell they have the best interest of both the kids and parents at heart. They treat the kids like their own and I never, for once, had any complaint during our time there. We were up to date daily on all the activities our daughter engaged in and we received prompt and adequate feedback on her progress. I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone I know. The nursery staff have always been professional, especially the nursery management. My child has grown up with various key workers and seems very happy. I see his progress over the months. The environment is warm and friendly. The management always has time to listen to concerns. Overall, I would recommend this nursery.

As a safeguarding social worker by profession and a first-time mummy, safety and security of my child's nursery was my number one priority. Since my little one started this amazing journey he's grown up so much already. He has learned beautiful new things, such as making and playing with friends. As a parent, I am very happy and satisfied with the service and care provided to my child. I still cannot believe my son who is used to very continuously the few weeks at school, has now become so confident, so independent ad has grown into an admirable toddler. We are happy with the service provided by Bright Horizons, Hounslow Nursery. The staff and teachers are caring and look after my son quite well. I can see good progress in my son is learning new things and life skills. Management is also good, initially the days I was looking for nursery days were not available but the management team managed to give me these after some days. Thank you to everyone in the nursery.

We are sending our son to Bright Horizons, Hounslow for the last year. I do not think we could find a better nursery than this. They are high-quality staff and we can see excellent progress with our son. He is happy to go to nursery and enjoys the nursery setup. Our son had a speech therapist observation visit to the nursery a couple of weeks ago and she provided us a very positive review about activities in the nursery and how the staff are looking after children in the preschool.

We've had a very positive experince with Bright Horizons Hounslow. We can see our daughter's been taught to be well-mannered, courteous and respectful to people around. She is kicking up various skills such as reading, interaction, storytelling, singing and doing routine things on her own. She is being given nutritious food and can see her healthy and happy. My son loves this place. Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individual way. It's wonderful seeing our son get excited about going to preschool. I can see the growth and learning everyday! Our son is happy and that makes us happy.

My daughter got very confident and independent after going to Bright Horizons. Very thankful to the staff who looked after her so well.
