Situated near the town centre, Hounslow Central Station and other local transport links to make pick-up and drop-off as convenient as possible. Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool is designed to support your child’s development, from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

The dedicated nursery team nurture every child as they transition through each of the nurseries four large rooms, each with age specific resources to encourage their love of fun, curiosity and learning.

The nursery also follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and practices a Growing Enhancement programme unique to Bright Horizons, giving your child the inspiration and confidence to navigate subjects such as mathematics, art, reading and writing.

The children continue to grow and play in the adventure garden and receive healthy snacks and meals prepared by the nurseries in-house chef using fresh ingredients, sourced by trusted suppliers.

With all-inclusive fees, which means less to pack on a busy morning, all the healthy meals and snacks are prepared by the onsite chef with nutrition in mind.

The nursery was rated 'Good' by Ofsted in May 2019.

We remain grateful to the Bright Horizons team who have worked hard taking care of our daughter, nurturing her development milestones, learning, playful activities and many more. Coming from India as immigrants here, we were apprehensive about our children, but your team's excellent work has left us
more than pleased. Our child loves going to school and has made friends there, and our social contact has increased because of her friend's parents, too. The manager is always available to have a word, he's quick to address parents' concerns, and Bright Horizons Hounslow is doing great under his leadership. Thank you all.

My daughter started at the nursery a few months ago. I was really nervous about her starting and being away from me. However, the staff have been so amazing. My daughter has settled in well. Wonderful nursery.
Supportive staff who are very attentive and caring. The management team are very hands-on and always available to answer any queries.
The nursery is clean and has a wide range of activities and a nice outdoor space for the children.
I highly recommend this nursery, as my daughter

I couldn’t have asked for a better nursery to put my daughter. The management staff, teachers, all of them are the absolute best and you can tell they have the best interest of both the kids and parents at heart. They treat the kids like their own and I never, for once, had any complaint during our
time there. We were up to date daily on all the activities our daughter engaged in and we received prompt and adequate feedback on her progress. I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone I know. Please keep up the good work. Big well done to all members of staff of Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool. We will miss everyone.

As a safeguarding social worker by profession and a first-time mummy, safety and security of my child's nursery was my number one priority. This nursery provides excellent care to my son. In the few months he has been going to the nursery, he is becoming more confident and happy to be around other people. The staff are very friendly and professional at all times. The environment is always clean. I get regular updates about my son's development.

We are happy with the service provided by Bright Horizons, Hounslow Nursery. The staff and teachers are caring and look after my son quite well. I can see good progress in my son is learning new things and life skills. Management is also good, initially the days I was looking for nursery days were not

As a parent, I am very happy and satisfied with the service and care provided to my child. I still cannot believe my son who is used to very continuously the few weeks at school, has now become so confident, so independent ad has grown into an admirable toddler. He has learnt so many skills and talents
at school. The entire team at Bright Horizons are doing a tremendous job, they are trying innovative ways to bring up our kids. The team goes the extra mile at every event they organise. We are sending our son to Bright Horizons, Hounslow for the last year. I do not think we could find a better nursery than this. They are high-quality staff and we can see excellent progress with our son. He is happy to go to nursery and enjoys the nursery setup. Our son had a speech therapist observation
visit to the nursery a couple of weeks ago and she provided us a very positive review about activities in the nursery and how the staff are looking after children in the preschool.

My daughter got very confident and independent after going to Bright Horizons. Very thankful to the staff who looked after her so well. I am very happy with the facilities and care provided at the nursery and of the progress my daughter has shown. Job Title: Nursery Manager

I started my childcare career in 2007, working as an unqualified practitioner, following ten years as a primary school teacher in Jamaica. My interest and enthusiasm in supporting children’s care, learning and development saw me quickly embarking on my childcare qualification.


Early in 2008, I completed my level 2 qualification, I then went on to further my knowledge and completed my NVQ level 3 qualification in early 2009. Because of my passion and desire for further knowledge and to be better equipped to support young children’s learning and development, I went on to complete my Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Education and my BA (Hons) in Early Years Education and Leadership in Practice in 2015.


During my time working in the early years sector, I have assumed different positions such as Room Leader, Unit coordinator and Deputy Nursery Manager. I believe working in the Early Years sector over the years and assuming a variety of roles has equipped me with the necessary experience, knowledge and skills required to lead and successfully manage a team of practitioners.


I thoroughly enjoyed my job role as a practitioner and now as a Nursery Manager. I intend to ensure every child in my care is provided with the opportunity to have the best possible start in life and is given the support that will enable them to fulfil their potential.

My Early childhood career started in 2010 when I worked as an unqualified agency staff across different nurseries.


Over the years my passion grew for this sector and I wanted to be able to offer more to the children in my care. I, therefore, went on to complete my qualification as a Level 3 Early Years practitioner. This qualification gave me the knowledge I needed to support children between 0 and 5 years of age and their learning and development. Early years are of particular interest and importance to me as I understand how crucial children’s development is during these formative years.


I have worked at Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool for the past 8 years. During this time I have been a Nursery practitioner and a Team Leader for Toddlers and Preschool teams. I have also worked in the Babies Room and often support the Nursery Room Team.


Having gained vast knowledge in childcare and learning and development as well as leadership, I wanted to expand on this to understand more about the operations side of the nursery as a whole. I, therefore, applied for and was successful in the role of Third in Charge and have most recently been promoted to the Nursery Deputy Manager.


I completely enjoyed my role as a practitioner, Team Leader, Third in Charge and now as a Deputy Nursery Manager. It is my intention to ensure every child in my care is provided with the opportunity to have the best possible start in life to enable their future success.
