Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter loves it, although she has been attending for only about a month. It's a very warm, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. Her key person is providing feedback on her progress which is really useful. Pictures and videos uploaded in her daily activities section pts a smile on my face each time. I'm glad we've chosen this nursery for our 15-month-old daughter.

Highly recommend this nursery! Our child absolutely loves attending. This has been a great relief to know she enjoys attending, as well as developing. The individual target plans are clear, focused and well communicated with us, which puts our minds at ease when discussing strengths and interventions. The online app is also a great way to keep in touch with daily updates, where images of the activities are shared. As well as this, lovely different open days are arranged. It was a lovely touch when they organised a coffee morning with pastries (and grab and go bags) for Mothers Day. The staff at the nursery are very friendly! We really appreciate all the hard work our key person, and everyone else does with our child.

My son started in the baby room at 10 months old and was here all the way until pre-school. The level of care given to him by all the staff and the attention to his learning and development has been excellent. Super friendly professional team all the way through. Helped with potty training and other major milestones. My daughter is now here too currently in nursery and is thriving too. Highly recommend. The manager and team run a very caring and professional nursery.

My daughter absolutely loves to go to nursery! She's been here from baby room to pre-school now. The whole staff is absolutely excellent. Everyone is always kind, helpful and competent. We really had a great experience here.

My son has been with Bright Horizons since 2020 February (13 months old). He is growing up learning very nicely. His key person over the months have changed based in his age group but we have always felt each of them have made him learn something. He is very social now and far more settled than what he was before. He is quite responsive and behaves more independently for a 33 months boy. He always eats all of his food, looks like he likes food more in school than at home. Very happy with Bright Horizons and strongly recommend them.

I am a first-time parent and I was worried sick thinking about how my 9 month old was going to get on at the nursery with me rejoining work full time! But I have been absolutely amazed by the care provided at the nursery! Due to certain personal circumstances, we couldn’t arrange extensive settling-in sessions but his key worker was so accommodating towards us from the very start! She is friendly, professional and approachable! She really took ownership of my baby and helped him settle seamlessly into the nursery routine and life! All of this makes us feel so comfortable that our son is in good hands! The key worker is transparent in her feedback and confident in her approach. She has been encouraging his eating skills and we have noticed our son has developed a voracious appetite ever since he has started going to the nursery which is something we are really happy about!

Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery and Preschool is one of the best nurseries in Hounslow. I have visited so many nurseries before I decided my 27-month-old girl would to go nursery. I can see the development every day she is back at home. Every day she is coming up with something new which I am sometimes surprised about, seeing her age. Staff of the nursery are so good with a very strong bond with my child. Initially when she started, she was not eating the food at nursery but within just 1 month she started liking and as a mum I am satisfied with all the services. My girl loves playing in the school garden and the activities they do at nursery. I will recommend this to all the mums who is looking to start nursery for their child in Hounslow.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for 3 years and she has had a good time so far here. She enjoys learning and trying new things in her nursery so much so that she wants us to get the same things at home too. I like the staff too as they take care of my child very well and telephone me regularly (due to Covid) to share what she has been doing this month/week and what they plan to work on as her next step. They also ask me what she has been doing at home in terms of learning and supplement it in the nursery if needed. We are going to miss the team when she starts school this year but onwards and upwards we all go. Well done team!

My son who is 22-months-old attend the nursery part-time, and since he joined back in March this year, I have been very happy with the nursery. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They do lots of activities at the nursery from painting, sensory games, outdoor activities, just to name a few. I highly recommend the nursery!

My son is happy to go to a preschool these days finally. It took him a long time to use to the nursery. Bright Horizons Hounslow is in a great location. It has nice staff and management. There are plenty of different activities in the rooms for kids of any age. I can definitely tell this, as my son started to go there at age of 1 year and 11 months, and now he is 3years, 9 months. We like this nursery because my son is in safe hands.

Very friendly staff and helpful manager. Lots of fun and interesting activities. My son seems to like the food (sometimes having multiple helpings.) Would love more regular information about what's going on inside (could restrictions means we feel very disconnected - not much info online/not updated that regularly.) An online portal/diary would be wonderful.

Our experience with Bright Horizons has been fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to others. My son has bloomed in the nursery and he is growing into a strong, independent and free-thinking boy. This is only due to the wonderful staff who provide such great care and activities. Bright Horizons Hounslow have been fantastic during this pandemic - our child has been back at nursery since July and they have continued to go above and beyond for ensuring the best and safest environment for our child. Our first child also attended Bright Horizons a few years ago and in comparison, the nursery has just gotten and continues to get, better and better. Our child is developing very well and the staff at Bright Horizons are fantastic from start to end. They all go the extra mile each time - even in this difficult time! The nursery manager is an asset to the nursery!

Bright Horizons are by far the best childcare I have found in Hounslow. Friendly, flexible, value for money. My daughter and my son love the nursery. The staff are so caring and thoughtful, which gives me peace of mind when I am at work knowing my children are in safe hands.

Caring keyworkers, understand the needs of the child and looks after very well. As a parent, I've been here for more than 6 years (mum of two), I feel safe and secure that my child is in safe hands. Bit of chaos when management changed recently, but the manager completely pulled it off very well, much appreciated and laudable management skills. Presently our keyworker calms my mind as I leave my child to her and the staff team.

Best nursery in town. very good staff and really excellent way of looking after children.

My son started at Bright Horizons Hounslow Day Nursery at the age of 10 months. He started in the baby room with the support of all the practitioners. He was very happy to come to the nursery. When he was 16 months he started settling into the toddler room. The practitioner made a smooth transition between the baby room and toddler room. He is becoming confident in his new environment. He is beginning to make special relationships with his peers and carers. All staff at Hounslow Day Nursery welcomes my son with a hug or smile. He is very happy.
