Our 19-month-old son has been at Asquith for about 7 months now and we are extremely happy with how he has been taken care of at the nursery.

The nursery staff have been great! They have been friendly, patient and ready to go the extra mile, considering what a stressful job it is. My wife is on

immunosuppressants and the staff and management have been very supportive during a difficult time.

Our son loves the food at the nursery, the outdoor time he gets in the day, and we can see him picking up new words every day. He definitely loves going to nursery - its a struggle to bring him home sometimes!

If we ever have another child, we will be happy to put him here at Asquith, Hatch End. Hope that summarises our review!

Since my daughter started at Asquith Day Nursery in Hatch end she has come on leaps and bounds, she is so confident and squeals with excitement when she knows its nursery day.

All staff, in all rooms, are friendly and have truly found their vocation in life working there.

I have no faults with

Asquith Hatch End and intend on increasing my daughter days asap, I will certainly be keeping her in this nursery until they decide she is too old.

Thank you for all you do, special thanks to the baby room who first took on my daughter and now the toddler room. She loves you all and you know that I have to force her to leave at the end of the day.

Thank you.

The staff have all been extremely helpful and caring for my daughter over the last 3.5 years she has been at the nursery. At times my daughter has been hard work at home but the staff have all given her extra time to help her understand whats right and wrong. They all go that extra mile to make her
day extra special and she always looks forward to going to the nursery.

We've been part of the Nursery since 2013 and are truly grateful to all the staff who have cared, loved and looked after our first daughter from the age of 9 months till she left for school last year and continue to care for our second daughter who started at 6 months of age.

We have a fair distance

to travel to the nursery however since our initial show around in 2012, we knew this was the nursery for us, we have not found another nursery close to us that matches the level of care and commitment shown here.

Everyone was great and helped prepare our eldest for school. She left over a year ago however, they still show a genuine interest in her progress. Everyone that has been part of our second daughter's journey this far has been fantastic and it's amazing to see how much she learns and develops each week. She is so excited to go to the nursery and doesn't want to leave at pick up.
A big THANK YOU to EVERYONE from the management team to all room staff and the amazing chef! Outstanding nursery, outstanding staff!

Outstanding Nursery! My daughter attends the Toddler Room and thoroughly enjoys it. I was a bit anxious about leaving her at nursery but I must say the staff in the room as well as the management team reassured me and have always made us feel welcome. My daughter is progressing extremely well and every
day she is developing more and more.

Highly disappointed with the management at Hatch End Nursery. They misinform about packages and details. They do not communicate with each other and at the end, the parent and child are left to suffer. They tell you that they accept 2 years old funds and as soon as your child has settled in and all
of the paperwork is done, they inform you that you have to top up above the funding or your child can no longer come. Extremely disappointed and will be making a formal complaint to the Ofsted and the company as well. I would not recommend this nursery to any other parents.

We have been extremely pleased with our daughter's development and progress with Asquith Day Nursery Hatch End. We've noticed great developments with her communication skills as well as identifying different objects and places for example shoes, clothes, cutlery etc and her ability to at least try and
explain scenarios is excellent. The nursery has really encouraged her and we can see that in her confident approach to everything, I could go on and on.
Highly recommended.

Asquith Hatch End Pre-School & Day Nursery is a fantastic nursery. I am very pleased with all aspects of the childcare. We have recently moved out of the area and have decided to keep our children at this nursery as no other nursery seems to compare. The facilities here are excellent and the staff make
it very easy to leave my children in their care which is something I cannot find elsewhere.

My daughter has been happy and excited to go to nursery. Asquith Hatch End Pre-School & Day Nursery is a great nursery with lots of resources and most importantly, lovely staff! Everyone is friendly and always happy to talk about your child's day and progress. Having visited lots of nurseries beforehand,
Asquith Hatch End Pre-School & Day Nursery stood out above the rest. We will be sad to leave when our daughter goes to school next year.

The care my son has received from Asquith Nursery has been excellent. Staff very social and helpful at all times. I had my daughter who started at Asquith nursery at the age of 5 months and with the best care she received, now 5 years old. I decided to bring my son to the same nursery to acquire the
best early learning skills and the support the nursery offers. To all the team/staff at Asquith nursery in Pinner well done and keep up with the good work.

Current Review Score: 8.4 (8.422)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.4 (8.422) out of 10 for Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Nursery and Preschool is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 3 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.4 out of 5 from 3 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Nursery and Preschool is calculated as follows: ( (35 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 35 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.422 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Nursery and Preschool is based on 3 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 = 3.25
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 87 number of registered child places is 17.4. 3 Positive Reviews ÷ 17.4 = 0.172
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
