Lovely nursery, my daughter is very happy to go in, her speech and language has come along so much. She has a fantastic relationship with her key workers, talks about them at home and has forms lovely friendships with her peers. Management team is supper friendly and always happy to help. It is one
of the pricer ones nearby but I would say it's worth it, given how well care for my little one is.

My child has absolutely thrived at this nursery. From the very first day, the staff have been welcoming, caring, and incredibly attentive. They take the time to really get to know each child, and it shows in the confidence and happiness my little one brings home every day.
The environment is
bright, safe, and full of engaging activities that spark curiosity and creativity. I'm especially impressed with how well the team communicates - I always feel informed about my child's progress, daily routines, and any little milestones they reach.
It's clear that the staff genuinely love what they do, and that warmth makes such a difference. My child looks forward to going in each morning, which says everything. I couldn't be happier with the care and support we've received with Hatch End Bright Horizons.
Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing, positive, and well-run nursery.

The Team at Bright Horizons, Hatch End, have been taking excellent care of my boy since he was 10 months. He's now 4.5 and preparing to go to school. The unwavering support, kindness, patience, dedication and attentiveness to the children, continues to blow me away. The learning environment is
vibrant, spacious and the education is fantastic! The tone is set by the amazing leadership team, and filters through every room- and my boy has been in all of them! The care is bespoke to each individual child's needs and the team have been sensitive to the needs of us as a family also. The nursery feels like one big family, and I'm so grateful to all of the ladies for creating a safe and nurturing environment for my little boy! You can tell that they genuinely care for the children, and shower them with affection and tenderness. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and will be sad to say goodbye to these amazing people, come the end of the academic year. Thank you ever so much.

Bright Horizons Hatch End is a brilliant nursery. Our daughter has thrived. The staff are kind and caring. We are delighted with the care and standards of education. The drop off and pick up times are convenient, too.

I am writing this review as a parent who had the child at this nursery.
We started in March 2025 and we was so happy choosing this branch of Bright Horizons in Hatch End.
Unfortunately, in September 2025 the management decided to move our daughter in Preschool despite the fact she missed
transition time because of her medical condition being diagnosed with severe constipation in August 2025.
They transfered her straight away without a official letter causing more stress to our little one as she refused to enter in the nursery and creating us as family lots of inconveniences. Our llittle one was keeping saying to as ' I don't like it' and we were shocked about what really happened inside and why our child was not longer happy when arrived at the nursery. The whole experience left us heartbreaking.
Unfortunately, we as parents will not recommend the childcare services of this nursery.

Hatch End Nursery, is an amazing nurturing environment. Our 4-year-old has been with Bright Horizons since she was 6 months old and prior to this my older daughter was also with Bright Horizons.
The staff are caring, they have excellent communication channels, the activities are stimulating and
educational for all the children. A fantastic place all round!

My daughter started when she was four months old only, so it was very difficult to see her off every day, but the staff and the entire team are just so warm and supportive. The manager and certain members of staff are my lifesavers along with all the others who welcome my daughter every day. They
ensured that the settling-in was smooth and comforted me as well. The daily updates about her everyday developments are a bonus, even though it must be so difficult to keep track of everything. It is just so heartwarming to see how they all take care of my daughter and involve her in activities. I can see a positive change in her, and she has already started responding to many more activities. The personalised attention is commendable. I can not thank the team enough for the secure environment they provided for my daughter. Thanks to everyone on the team!

My son had a bad experience in another setting, and we were exceptionally nervous about restarting his nursery journey. We should not have worried. The practitioners here are nurturing, kind and happy and want to work with you to help your child and you. My son is excited about attending and is
actively participating in lessons and show and tell. Thank you!

Can't recommend this nursery enough! Having had two girls at this nursery at different times (one current) I feel the love and care they have for the children is amazing!
The staff and management are brilliant, always accommodating with last-minute extra days, we are kept up to date with the app
and they are always quick to answer the phones and reply to emails!
The staff in all the rooms are fabulous, they nurture and develop the kids to an amazing standard, treating each one individually!

My child took time adjusting to the nursery, but the staff were patient and caring.
Now she can't wait to go and enjoys her days there.
The app is great as we are left to see a glimpse of her day and what she is doing.

Both my kids love the nursery. After moving to the UK my children were welcomed so warmly and it helped them to settle a lot. They are both now confident bilingual. They love going to the nursery each day and the nursery surprises them each day with caring and creative schedules and tasks. Everyone

Our son loves nursery so much he lights up when he sees his key workers. He has grown so much being there, has a lot of confidence and chooses social interaction around others quickly. His education is coming on very nicely too. I feel he is in a safe environment and can account for his days at
nursery. He loves painting and playing in the garden with his friends. He loves story time and books.

My grandson is very happy at Bright Horizons. He loves the staff and goes into the nursery with a smiley face and is greeted with a great welcome by members of staff in these difficult times of Covid19. He's in 'early years' and has been taught to play with others, dance, sing, paint and to enjoy
everything he does. The staff give good information and instruction to the children and lead by example and experience with bucket loads of encouragement. The management is excellent in dealing and organising the staff and children and take great care of them all. The food is very good, and diets are looked after for each child Hatch End Nursery have structure great motivation encouraged by management, teamwork and camaraderie.

Bright Horizons is a fantastic nursery with the most loveliest staff and manager. My son has been here over one and a half years and every time I collect him he is so happy and definitely feels at home here. The staff are very encouraging and help him hugely to reach all his different milestones.
His confidence has grown and he has learnt so much while being here.
Thank you to everyone for all their support, especially during these hard times, we would be lost without them.

The nursery overall is wonderful, and what contributes to this substantially is the staff. All the staff, from those who care for the children to those who support are incredibly caring. When I drop off my daughter, I never think twice about whether she will be well looked after. The area for
improvement would be the value for money. There is no app, the staff are given dated technology, ie. cameras. The lighting in the car park is awful and likely to cause injury and damage soon. The amazing staff do what they can with the provisions, but they and the children deserve a lot more.

The manager of Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Nursery is fantastic. She is very approachable and helpful.
The nursery room key workers are great with my son, always encouraging him and helping him to build his confidence. They are always on hand with any queries I may have, and happy to answer.
They are always happy to help with things we have implemented at home i.e. toilet training.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the nursery - facilities, and staff, and how helpful and encouraging they always are. Also, with the current climate and COVID-19 related way of living currently, they are always helpful with what they have implemented, following current government guidance, and constantly in contact when anything changes.
