Peggy has been with Bright Horizons for over 13 years and brings more than 20 years of experience in childcare.

Her goal is to make the nursery experience special for every child and family, supporting children in all areas of learning and helping them grow.

As a leader, she cultivates a calm environment for children and their families while fostering a positive atmosphere for staff. Peggy adheres to Bright Horizons' HEART Principles: Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.

I am a confident, knowledgeable worker, dedicated to creating a stimulating, encouraging, safe atmosphere for each child's individual needs. During my 19 years of experience, I have developed strong skills in supporting young children, and am genuinely passionate about providing the best child care and play experiences. I have been in childcare since 2001, working my way up from unqualified to room manager, unit coordinator and deputy manager. Learning all the way, ever-expanding in childcare knowledge, and understanding the ever-evolving way children like to learn. Working with lots of different families and professionals along the way.

I consider myself as a hardworking and self-motivated individual who enjoys facing challenges and finding a professional way to deal with them. I enjoy listening to children, members of staff, and families, take their thoughts into consideration. I feel that my good communication skills are very essential when working as a team especially when children are involved. In my leisure time, I enjoy socialising, travelling, listening to music, reading and visiting my family.
