Our daughter has enjoyed her time at Bright Horizons. We have seen much improvement in her confidence, speech and communication skills. We are happy with her progress. The staff and management are great. I have no hesitation in recommending Bright Horizons to friends and family. We also like the family app.

The nursery director and the team are always brilliant and very helpful. My little girl is very happy and settled at Bright Horizons and has enjoyed it even more since moving up a class. The staff are very good at staying in touch and updating me which is great as we don’t get that drop-off or pick up interaction at the moment. They have been great at communicating through the pandemic and keeping everyone fully updated.

Bright Horizons West Dulwich is such a warm and welcoming place. My boys (3 and 1) love it here and are always happy at drop-off and pick-up. The staff are amazing and communicative and their arrangements for Covid-19 have worked so well. It's a lovely place.

Overall very happy with Bright Horizons, staff are friendly and have been managing with Covid restrictions very well. It has been difficult not being able to go into the nursery and sometimes I feel communication could be improved, returning phone calls and emails etc. Bright Horizons have been very supportive of my daughter changing rooms and also throughout potty training.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the care our youngest daughter receives at Bright Horizons West Dulwich and the care our eldest did before she recently left to start school. The staff warm, management professional and facilities great. Our only constructive criticism would be, now that parents can not go into the nursery we aren't having as much communication with ket workers.

My two year old has been attending Bright Horizons West Dulwich over a year now. I would highly recommend this nursery in specific. My child loves attending her set days each week. It is a pleasure to see your child growing in a safe environment especially during this Pandemic under the supervision of a professional team of the nursery. She is well attended in the nursery and from her daily worksheet, I can track if she ate well, slept, the games she played and activities they did. The place is well organised and nicely run.

My son has been attending West Dulwich day nursery for two and a half years and I've watched him grow into a beautiful, caring, fun-loving and confident boy. He wakes up excited to go to nursery which is just the peace of mind you want as a working parent. The programmes are amazing and the staff are all very friendly and caring. The nursery management have been working tirelessly throughout the pandemic to ensure parents and children feel safe and secure. My two suggestions for improvement to the wider organisation would be; 1) to move away from a paper-based reporting system for environmental purposes 2) strengthen the outdoor programme e.g. more trips to the park/nature (in a post-Covid world!) Would definitely recommend this nursery.

Bright Horizons West Dulwich Day Nursery and Preschool is an excellent nursery. Our daughter has been in the nursery since she was 9 months and she's almost three years now so we have been in all the rooms now. All the staff and teachers are very professional, they really care for our children's wellbeing, happiness and development. They gave us a lot of support during the lockdown and have been very careful since they opened. Our daughter loves her nursery!

I am very pleased with my child's development. The management and the staff are really caring and they notify me of anything to do with my child. I have regular calls to check on how my child is. My child is very happy at the nursery and I am happy with the nursery.

The staff at the West Dulwich branch are fantastic. They are so warm and welcoming. My daughter has been going for 3 years and loves it there. She feels safe, happy and loved. Her key workers have been very engaged and have always given me detailed feedback about how my daughter is getting on. One member of staff in particular, is wonderful - she is so enthusiastic about her job and the children. My daughter adores her and so do I. Sadly, due to Covid, we aren’t able to see many of the staff anymore. However, thanks to the nursery managers, I always feel connected to what is going on. They have risen to each challenge thrown their way and always greet the parents with a positive attitude and a smile on their face. The manager is brilliant. She knows exactly what is going on with each child and takes the time to visit the rooms throughout the day. She can never do enough to help. I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you to everyone for all of their hard work; especially during these difficult times.

I was very nervous about sending my 9-month-old baby to start nursery in the midst of a global pandemic, but the staff at Bright Horizons were fantastic! We had a different settling in day than what is normally done due to Covid restrictions, but the staff kept me informed throughout her time as we waited eagerly at a local coffee house to hear how she was getting on. She was so happy and we knew the school would be a great fit for her. Since starting she has learnt to crawl, she is eating a variety of foods and enjoys nursery rhymes and is a very happy little lady. I can only thank the staff for always being at the other end of the phone, for when I would give a worried call to check on her during the day and for providing feedback every day as to what she had learnt any important details I needed to know. Communication has been great and the staff have been brilliant. Would highly recommend.

At years 0 -3 kids should really be playing and having fun, but they also prepared her well for school with counting, the alphabet, writing mechanics, potty training, and so much more. We found Bright Horizons to be a very healthy, happy, and safe environment for our daughter. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating for half days, late arrivals, etc... Our daughter really enjoyed going to this nursery and made friends.

Negatives:
- They really don't have a large outdoor space. I wish there was a park a bit closer so the kids could get more outside time.

- They still do all their bookkeeping/ management by paper and pen. It would be nice to have an app/ website where I could see the activities they do, food menus, and status updates with photos. I know a lot of other nurseries already have this.

I highly recommend this nursery for working parents who need dayminders 8am to 6pm, 5 days a week. Thank you to the staff for all the love and care you've given our daughter.

We have had such a great and positive experience at the nursery. Initially, I had a lot of anxiety as I have never left my son with anyone else apart from my family. However, the welcoming atmosphere at the nursery enhance my trust and I feel safe knowing that from the first time onwards, the approach has been great. My son has now become more confident and has developed his communication skills. He always looks happy and looks forward to attending nursery.

As most parents probably are I was very anxious about leaving my son in childcare for the first time. I visited a number of nurseries, however, Bright Horizons West Dulwich stood out from the rest. From the day I visited the nursery to my son's 1st day, everyone has been warm and friendly. I find the staff willing to listen and very attentive to the child's wants and needs. I've never had any concerns about leaving my child in their care. The structure and routines are of a high standard. Staff are friendly and approachable.

Prior to our daughter starting nursery we used a childminder. Both myself and my husband were extremely dissatisfied with them and moved our daughter to Bright Horizons. The change we saw in our daughter was astonishing. She is absolutely thriving and she clearly absolutely adores the staff. We love getting her daily reports and hearing all about the fun she's had, the gorgeous meals she's served and all the progress she's making with communication and spatial ability. On top of this, I have a hearing loss and the key workers ensure that they speak clearly for me so I have full access to my daughter's daily adventures.
