My daughter has settled in wonderfully, thanks to the fantastic staff at Bright Horizons. She is happy at drop off and pick up, and we are kept fully up to date via the app throughout the day. There's always a great set-up of toys/themes each day and a great garden to run around in during the day. We feel lucky to have such a great nursery and wonderful people to spend time with our daughter each day.
Everyone at West Dulwich is so friendly and caring. We feel so happy and assured that our children are in safe and loving hands.

Our daughter has settled in well with the help of amazing teachers. Even when she starts off her day a bit sad they have a special way of easing her into the day. There is a drive to extend each child to engage with their creative side and best prepare them for their transition to nursery. Overall we are happy with the service.

Friendly and caring practitioners who try their best to help my child to settle in and make him feel at home. They put in a lot of effort to ensure play-stations for children are varied and educational too. I would highly recommend this nursery!

My son and daughter are thriving at this nursery. There is a wonderful range of activities here and the staff are so caring and enthusiastic. They have exciting activities that involve a lot of extra work like surprise chicks at Easter, dress-up days etc. They also get to spend a lot of time in the garden. Staff including managers always willing to talk to us about our children's development, including when they have had difficulties like potty training.

My son really enjoys coming here. He is slowly coming out of his shell. Bright Horizons Nursery, is a good place for children to learn.
I am really happy with the nursery service. All the team members I have engaged with have been amazing. There is only one member of staff I haven't had much positive engagement with, as she seems very transactional in her communication compared to the others. Three other staff members in particular for their amazing personalities and care provided to my son. Thank you.

Really pleased with development, and confident in the environment and care. The facilities and garden are excellent. Perhaps the introduction of some trips when he is slightly older, would be beneficial, but overall, very pleased with the nursery and all staff.
As a parent, I feel very confident about my daughter attending this nursery. My daughter has been part of this branch since Jan 2020. Very supportive manager, key workers and buddy team. We feel that our daughter has actually built some good relationships within the nursery setting, including good friends, relationships with key workers and buddy team. The nursery staff are very supportive and encourages my daughter to build skills like empathy, team building, setting boundaries, building confidence and expression.
We are really pleased with the care our son receives at West Dulwich. The staff are very caring. There is a wide range of activities and the food is balanced and appetising. Communication via the app is good. It makes a real difference to see photos of our son at play with his friends. Thank you, for all you do. It is much appreciated!
Great nursery. Both of our girls love going. They are cared for and relate their days back to us with lots of excitement.

Peggy has been with Bright Horizons for over 13 years and brings more than 20 years of experience in childcare.
Her goal is to make the nursery experience special for every child and family, supporting children in all areas of learning and helping them grow.
As a leader, she cultivates a calm environment for children and their families while fostering a positive atmosphere for staff. Peggy adheres to Bright Horizons' HEART Principles: Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.
She looks forward to welcoming you and your family to her nursery.
I am a confident, knowledgeable worker, dedicated to creating a stimulating, encouraging, safe atmosphere for each child's individual needs. During my 19 years of experience, I have developed strong skills in supporting young children, and am genuinely passionate about providing the best child care and play experiences. I have been in childcare since 2001, working my way up from unqualified to room manager, unit coordinator and deputy manager. Learning all the way, ever-expanding in childcare knowledge, and understanding the ever-evolving way children like to learn. Working with lots of different families and professionals along the way.
I consider myself as a hardworking and self-motivated individual who enjoys facing challenges and finding a professional way to deal with them. I enjoy listening to children, members of staff, and families, take their thoughts into consideration. I feel that my good communication skills are very essential when working as a team especially when children are involved. In my leisure time, I enjoy socialising, travelling, listening to music, reading and visiting my family.
