The setting features seven thoughtfully designed rooms to support each stage of early development: one for babies aged 3 months to 1 year, three rooms for children aged 1 - 2 years, two rooms for ages 2 - 5, and one dedicated space for 3 - 5 year olds. Additional facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, staff room, laundry room, milk kitchen, baby changing areas, and a dedicated training room to support the continuous professional development of the team.

Really lovely nursery. We felt reassured and happy to have our son at Co-op Childcare Maida Vale nursery. The staff were so lovely, they always had different activities for the kids and we got regular updates on meals, play, sleep etc. Everyone was very friendly and caring. Highly recommended.

My partner and I are very happy with the Maida Vale Nursery. Since our son started in September, we have seen huge development. He is more confident, open, communicative and enjoys going to the nursery. We have noticed and highly appreciate the patience, devotion and proactive work of his key persons
to give him confidence, communication tools and security so that he can open up, experiment and flourish. We are glad to hear him saying many English words and singing rhymes, which he has learned at the nursery. This is especially valuable to us because English is his second language and we see that he is adapting well into the new environment. This is just one example of how the team is focusing on the specific needs of the child, which we highly value. We also highly appreciate the support we have received from his key person as parents. On a couple of occasions, I've been impressed by how she puts my son's needs first, which we believe is the right approach. Big thanks to the team!

Staff members are quite friendly and even administrators. The team are very organised and always ready to help. The resources such as the app to receive the daily routine of children are amazing and give extra confidence on the care given. The reviews monthly and home learning are quite helpful to be
updated of his learning outcomes. The key person is always open to discuss your child or any concerns. They are quite open and adaptable to their needs or habits from home.
Food is good.

Our experience of the nursery has been extremely positive. Our daughter has been at the nursery since she was 9 months old and is incredibly happy there and she very much loves her carers. The staff were very supportive of her settling in and trying to get her to transition to drinking milk from a bottle.
She is now 17 months old and really benefits from her time at nursery and is always excited to be there when we drop her off.

My daughter attends 3 and a half days a week and is so excited when I drop her off every day, even after her first week her language development improved dramatically.
Daily updates are great to see what’s she has been eating and how she has slept, although I would like more photos.
She has developed
such a strong positive bond with her key workers that I’m happy if she ever has a tough day or just wants a hug she will get one.
Food, there is a huge variety which is great and staff provides extra portions to those who need it.
We have only been here 3/4months but I would like to see more detail on my daughter's development and although COVID restricts it a 121 would be really appreciated.

The nursery has amazing staff, both in the administrative team as well as in the children's rooms. Their care and support for the children is amazing. The staff are supportive with parents too. The children thrive in this nursery and this can be seen on their faces every time we left our little one
there. The facilities are great too. They have plenty of open space and this translates into the happiness of kids. I have to congratulate all the staff and I wish them continued success in the amazing work they do.

We loved our time with the Co-op Nursery in Maida Vale and were very sad to leave when moving to another suburb. Our son joined when he was 12 months and the settling in sessions worked wonders for making him and us comfortable with the new transition. The staff were all wonderful and very understanding
of his individual needs, like food allergies and nap times - the menus were fantastic! His key worker gave us regular feedback on the nursery app as to how he was developing and what we could do to continue his learning at home. The nursery has great facilities and put a lot of emphasis on outdoor time, even in the winter as they have sheltered areas (they also visit the local park and nursing home). Lastly, I found all interactions with management and administrative processes to be very easy - the default is to be understanding and flexible - the Covid communications were flawless. Our son loved his nursery experience and we'd recommend it to others in a heartbeat. We'll miss you all!

My son has really developed and progressed well in all areas of his development, he has become very social and loves going to see and play with his friends. He has formed a good relationship with the staff in his room and also the managers in the office. Overall a good team throughout the nursery.

Our son has become a very social, confident and kind boy whilst in the care of the Co-op nursery. His progression is visible on a daily basis and he genuinely loves going into nursery every morning. The staff are kind, engaging, caring and approachable and communicate with parents both in person as
well as through the Parent Zone app on a daily basis. We are very pleased our son is in the Co-op nursery and would highly recommend it.

Great nursery.
My son has been here for two years, he loves it very much. It's well organised, every single staff member is nice, they seem to know every child's name, even ones not in their class.
I highly recommend it will be sad when my son leaves for Reception next September.

We are so sad when our twins left the nursery. Essendine took such good care of them in a loving and supportive environment. Everything is done with kindness and with gentle education in mind. Both the twins needed help with their speech at some point and they provided this clearly and effectively.
Amazing for working parents- the hours are so good! They have been understanding, supportive and so good to the children. The key workers were wonderful and knew the twins so well. The leaving presents, cards and photos as leaving presents were so touching. Thank you so much Co-operative Childcare London (Maida Vale)!

As my daughter has spent 10 months at the Butterflies 1 room, we’d like to extend our thanks to all the staff who has worked in the room in this period (and also from the Breakfast room - Caterpillars).
During her time in the room, we were very pleased with all the care taken and also her development
and gained independence.
We are especially pleased and would like to praise her Key Person. She quickly managed to establish a very positive connection with our daughter (and us, the parents). We always felt that her Key Person was very caring with her (and with other kids as well!). She did a lot of specific work to support our daughter's understanding of English knowledge and get her confident in the language since at home we don’t speak in English. Our daughter was also encouraged to do physical activity (which she repeated at home) and encouraged to try new things, aiming at her development.

Our girls were in the pre-school class of the Maida Vale Co-op and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
The pre-school team are wonderful. They are wonderful because they are so attentive and in-touch with the children in the group. In a relaxed and happy way. Our girls got regular individual
attention to support their growth and learning and we could see them flourishing and enjoying their time there. Each became more confident and was able to try new things and then express what they most enjoyed. The activities are thoughtful and fun with a mix of play and structured learning - a great stepping stone before going to reception. They even have terrapins, a rabbit and made their own gardens.
The teachers and the management were very receptive to our requests and questions and went over and above to help us as a family make the girls' time at the nursery positive.

This is a great nursery, a high standard of care with focus on development. Flexible with timings - my daughter started out on 1 day per week which is unusual compared to the minimum 2 days rule a lot of nurseries adopt.
