My son has been going here for over a year now and is very happy here. He has definitely benefited a lot in terms of development and loves the staff members who are all very competent and caring. I have just started sending my daughter here as well and she is also doing very well and well looked after.

Overall good staff, some changes but nothings affecting my childs room. Not sure about cleaning as I saw staff regularly sweeping the floor and changing bin bags but never a full cleaning toilet, when kids are still learning a more often professional cleaning should be in place. Also spare clothes for kids not very tidy, kept in toilet. Activities on the pre-school should be more challenging for kids going to school in September 2016.

Overall Experience

Our daughter started at Bright Horizons Ladbroke Grove in February of this year and we have been delighted with the nursery so far. Staff really listens to your concerns and where necessary they take on board comments with regards to care. That is really important to us as our eight month old daughter settles into her new environment. We have always found the nursery to be very clean, which is another important factor for us. Staff are really very lovely and genuinely so! Our only negative is that meals are not organic.

So far has been a great experience. Like all new mothers, I found it hard to leave him but the staff have all been lovely and supportive to both myself and my small boy. A friend recommended this place to me and I would do the same.
