My son has been attending this nursery for 1 year, he loves it and is very happy. He has learnt so much and that has helped him progress. The staff are amazing and look after him very well.
I really like our nursery and so do our 2 boys. The staff are very qualified and offer a lot of varied activities. The management is excellent and we have a real partnership with the persons in charge of our boys. The nursery has improved over time (i.e. more activities, access to the big garden, providing formula and baby bottles). This is a great nursery and I recommend it to all my friends (they almost all joined the nursery).
We highly recommend Hyde Park Nursery. Our daughter has experienced care in both the warm and comforting baby room and now in the stimulating environment of the toddler room. The passion and care of the staff and ability to listen and build relationships with our daughter has been incredible. She loves attending and we are confident that we are leaving her in the best possible hands.

Choosing the right nursery for our daughter was really important for us. It was more than location, more than outside space, more than the learning structure. It was the staff, and the feeling we got when we toured the nursery; we were treated like family. That’s the feeling we wanted our little girl to feel every day when she walks in. Nine months in, we still get the feeling, and our daughter's face lights up as we enter through the gate every morning. There is not better sign that she is in the right place and being cared for by warm, but professional staff.
We highly recommend this nursery as we know how hard we looked to find the perfect place for our little girl.

Kelly has worked in early years education for 25 years, including 15 years as a nursery manager. She holds an NNEB diploma, a BA in Early Years, and a Level 3 award as an Early Years SEN Coordinator.
With a wealth of invaluable experience, Lorraine is committed to continuously developing her own knowledge while supporting her team to grow in their careers.
She finds the most rewarding part of her role to be contributing to each child’s unique journey and collaborating with parents to ensure every child reaches their full potential in a safe, friendly, and happy environment.
Melike, known as Mel, has worked with Bright Horizons since 2016 and brings over 15 years of childcare experience. She has been a Deputy Manager for the past five years, following roles as a Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader, and Third in Charge, giving her a strong understanding of nursery operations and teamwork.
Mel is a proactive and friendly individual who enjoys building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. She is passionate about supporting high-quality practice, working closely with her team to create a warm, engaging, and nurturing environment.
She also values strong partnerships with parents, believing that open communication and an approachable presence help children thrive. Mel looks forward to working together to provide the best possible experience for all children and families.
