Shining Stars Nursery & Pre-School

Absolutely amazing nursery. My daughter has been going since December, and she loves it. I’m sure it would be her second home if she could have her way. The staff are an absolute delight and take good care of the children. They make sure you are always updated, and any concerns are dealt with. 10/10.

My son started last year and was quite shy! Since going to Shining Stars, he has come on leaps and bounds; he’s really come out of his shell. The staff there keep you up to date with everything they have done throughout the day and also, help with any concerns you may have.

Shining Stars is an excellent nursery that my little boy loves attending. The staff and friendly and welcoming and the nursery is very flexible to individual needs of the child and parent. I enjoy getting updates and pictures showing the adventures they are doing and no two days ever seem to be the same. They all have my little ones affection, and I never worry about leaving him at drop-offs. Thanks to the team for making our first nursery experience a brilliant one!

Great with children! They do so much. My little girl has been there since she was about 8 months old, now coming 3. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't thank them enough for how well they look after the children. Fresh meals cooked at the nursery too, which are great as my little girl loves her food.

I found this wonderful place after chatting to some other mums and decided that it was where I wanted my child to go. My child loves going here and has learned so much in such a short time. The staff are fabulous, very friendly and you can tell they really care about the children. I think the communication from staff on how your child is getting on is great too via baby days. I would highly recommend Shining Stars Nursery to other parents. The nursery has so much to offer and I like the fact they have woods at the back of the nursery forest school.

The whole team of staff at this setting are brilliant, they care about each and every child and work together to provide a paramount approach for learning, care and development. They ensure the children have thriving activities to complete throughout the day. The new management is fabulous and ensures they have time to create bonds with children and with the staff and provide continuous professional development opportunities for their staff to learn/refresh/develop skills. Meals are cooked every day by the nursery cook who is wonderful and ensures children eat a healthy and wide variety of healthy homecooked meals.

My son has been attending Brighter Futures Nursery since the end of April 2018. My son has very challenging behaviour and needs one to one support at all times. The nursery staff have been very supportive to me and my son, very understanding, very patient and very helpful. My son has a great bond with his one to one also. She's always happy, patient and very understanding towards my son's needs.

Choosing Brighter Futures Nursery was an easy decision for me to make. It instantly feels like home, with warm and friendly, welcoming staff, who always smile and say hello and in a completely unique environment. I knew our little girl would enjoy being here - she loves it. Our little one is 18 months and has settled in well. She loves exploring all the things on offer from messy play to the outdoors area. She really enjoys the sand pit and the jumping castle at end of term. Highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter goes to Brighter Futures Nursery. She’s in the baby room with a certain member of staff and she is fantastic. She is so supportive, and has been amazing at getting my daughter to come out of her shell bit by bit. All the staff here are warm, welcoming and so friendly. They have a range of different activities, they also have access to a sensory room and are brilliant when it comes to communicating with the parents. I’m going to start sending my youngest daughter there soon. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone, cannot fault it.

Lovely nursery all staff are so friendly and amazing with the children. They have helped my daughter loads and she loves it there, I also know of someone else they have helped a lot too. Very happy with my daughter being here.

My son has just started to attend this nursery in the last month, and he thoroughly enjoys himself, he has a great day and gets really excited to go to nursery in the mornings which as a parent is what you like to see in your child. The staff are all lovely, helpful and welcoming which helps to create a great atmosphere and are always there to tell me about my son's day. Would recommend this nursery to any friend and stranger and really glad my son has a great time here!

My daughter attends this nursery and I can say we are totally happy with it. The staff, management and the owner, who I've also met, are very welcoming and professional. Total satisfaction and we have no hesitation in recommending the nursery.

This is my Sons second year and is now in the nursery department. I am confident that when I leave my child, he is receiving great care also his confidence has grown so much. He is learning at a great pace.

The staff are kind caring and understanding throughout the whole playgroup. We are welcomed with hellos and goodbyes. Each child is made to feel special.

If I were to have more children there would be no doubt of me using Brighter futures.

Excellent fun filled nursery with high expectations. Staff acknowledge all children entering and leaving e.g. saying hello and goodbye. Staff are very friendly and have an understanding of each child's individual needs. It's amazing to see the development of my child through tapestry online and keeping track of his progress. This helps me to develop at home as well. Highly recommended this nursery and staff are highly trained and are always interacting with children at all times. Brighter Futures...just says it all. Staff are lovely and thinking of the children's future. The key to learning at it's best with baby snug room to 2s and 3s room and a preschool with own gardens.

My 2-year-old son has attended Brighter Futures since September 2015 and I have been incredibly confident and comfortable leaving him with the exceptional staff there. He is developing and thriving so well and becomes very excited to go to nursery. He tells me excitedly about the day he has had and tells me the names of the staff he has been with that day. He often tells me about me the things he has done throughout the day, such as reading, colouring, painting, sand, trains, diggers etc. The online platform for seeing pictures of my son and his developmental milestones is fabulous, and the consistent newsletters are a great way to keep up to date with dates and goings on. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming to me and my son, and I know both my son and I could not be happier with Brighter Futures.
