Our daughter joined shining stars at just 10 months old, we were new to the area so we had to choose a nursery at very short notice. Paul the manager was super friendly and filled us with confidence that we made a good decision.
She loved it from day one. And has always gone into nursery happily
and come home happy.
Now 28 months old and in the toddler room, we couldn't thank the team more for their caring and fun approach. They have no doubt played a huge role in nurturing our daughter over the past 18 months, she's developed so much with her speech, motor skills, humour and kindness.
We really value the support of the shining stars team who are irreplaceable to our family. We couldn't do it without you!

We are delighted with our choice of nursery for our twins. I was apprehensive about them starting nursery as they had only ever been looked after by my husband and me, but they settled in so quickly and couldn't be happier to be handed over to staff when I drop them off in the mornings. They have
both come on leaps and bounds in their development since they started and despite being twins, they are very different, which I feel is recognised and appreciated by the staff. From a practical point of view, we are also really grateful for the flexibility that is offered with term time only places.

Shining stars have been absolutely amazing with my little one. My little one has improved so many skills since starting there. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. They have been very supportive. I highly recommend them!

My son started at shining stars in January 2026 and we have been nothing but impressed so far. He absolutely loves it here, runs in smiling and can't wait to go. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming & kind. I'm never rushed during handovers and I feel I get all relevant information passed on
to me.

I can't honestly thank shining stars enough for everything they have done for my son.
My son has global developmental delay, and from day one they have gone above and beyond to support him in every way possible.
You can see they care about each child as an individual. They have built great
relationships with him and learnt what works best for him and celebrate his progress (no matter how big or small)
They have reassured me every step of the way of his progress and goals and have taken the time to listen to anything that was on my mind.
As a parent, that level of support means more than I can put into words. They have been amazing, compassionate, and so supportive and Shining stars wouldn't be what it is if it wasn't for the incredible management and staff. You can truly see it's more than just a job to them and I'm so thankful to them all for everything they have done to help my son blossom into the happy little boy he is today.

My son started nursery in January and since he has been going he has come on so much. You know he's had a great day when he comes out and he loves going to nursery and seeing the other children. The staff are very friendly and adore my son. They are so understanding about times because of my health.

The nursey have been excellent to our boy, they have been very good are leading and encouraging early learning everyday he goes in.
The friendly environment the staff provide all goes to help our boy enjoy attending and meeting other children and making lots of friends.
The nursery have also been
helping to get our boy eating more, and filling in a daily book of what he has and this is all helpful and very good.

My Son loves his nursery! He walks in without being asked to and clearly loves being there. He knows the staff and feels safe with them. Secure location, professional staff and well ran nursery. As expected you can't just walk in, so security is a thumbs up. You are usually greeted by a member of
the nursery staff to hand your child over, which is good. Staff are professional, and the whole place is well run.

We love Shining stars nursery! I always look forward to dropping off my son as I know he will have the best time. It makes a difference that the staff greets us with smiles, and upon leaving tells me briefly what my child was upto throughout the day. He loves spending time there and returns very
happy, learns new skills, makes crafts, plays with other children. It didnt take long for my son to settle in. All staff very helpful, quick to respond and overall lovely people. I chose this nursery because I felt very comfortable when I went to view it the first time. I knew straight away I made the right decision. My son and I are very grateful for your dedication to all the children that attend this fantastic nursery.

All the staff are lovely at Shining Stars. My son has been going since he was a baby, and now is in preschool. My daughter has just started in baby room and she settled in really really quickly. I would highly recommend.

My son has attended since September last year and he has always come home and wanted to express his excitement of being at nursery. Even with a rocky start in settling and bonding the staff went above and beyond to help him settle as quick as possible. His speech has improved so much and I would

Shining Stars Nursery has been absolutely amazing for my daughters. The staff are so warm, caring, and dedicated - they've created a nurturing environment where my girls have truly thrived. It's been wonderful to see their confidence grow each day. I couldn't ask for a better start to their early
years! My youngest has graduated from pre school today and we're going to miss all the staff so much!

My 2 oldest children came to this school a few years ago and now one of my youngest daughters, who is autistic non verbal and unable to walk has been here since April 2025. The last few months have been incredible, seeing how much my daughter has come along since she started! I can't recommend the
team enough for all they do!

My son currently attended the nursery i honestly can't thank them enough they have been amazing with my son specially as he's non-verbal

My daughter has been attending this nursery since last year, she always comes home with the biggest smile on her face telling us about what she has done that day. She has come on leaps and bounds with her vocabulary and speech since attending and I believe that this is down to the staff that put so
much work in with them. My daughter always comes home with art work that she has done that day, which is lovely. The baby days app is always updated accordingly and prompt and staff always ask how my daughter is before dropping her off for the day to ensure that they can look after her properly. Overall a brilliant nursery and I would recommend it anyone:

My daughter has an amazing time at Shining Stars. She has a really good relationship with the staff and her key worker has worked very closely with her to ensure she's settled. They encourage a lot of outdoor play and learning on all topics and she always comes home with lots of pictures and
artwork. I can not thank them enough for the support they give her and my family.

My child has settled in beautifully and is coming along in his development in leaps and bounds. The staff are always pleasant and they try their best to accommodate changing hours, which we are very grateful for.

Our child has been coming to this nursery since August 2024, at first he was apprehensive about going but now he really enjoys going 4 days a week, the staff are so fun and caring towards the children, the children get upto loads of fun activities painting, messy play, outdoor adventures and playing
on the race track! Sometimes they even venture to the local park and go on the swings and slides!
Everyday parents are updated with how the child has got on and pictures are posted on our secure child's app, if there is any problems during the day the office calls and lets you know the situation! Overall we are pleased and happy our child has settled in with the nursery and team
