My first daughter first started at Brightsparks in 2008 and she is now 8 years old and is at school. She really enjoyed her time at Brightsparks and still speaks fondly about it. Our second daughter is in her final year at Brightsparks and really enjoys it too. The second daughter has several allergies
and the staff have been fantastic at making sure she is well looked after. The staff are amazing and she has made some great friendships. The staff also make this nursery really special. Very caring and making sure the kids all have fun!
All the food is prepared on-site as well and the feedback we get is that our daughter really loves it!


I would highly recommend Brightsparks!

An amazing nursery I would highly recommend. Great at meeting both emotional and educational needs of all children. My child loves going and has a fab time there, learning though play and exploring new activities.

My daughter has sadly just left this year after 5 years whereby her development has been amazing.


My son is 17 months and has just started earlier this year where carers have been very supportive with his settling.


Now he has settled he loves his carers and the activities which have been planned.

He tests them with his cheekiness.


Can't wait to see him develop in the next 5 year with the help of the nursery.

My son is new to Brightsparks Day nursery and I am so pleased with how well he has settled. The girls that work here are very welcoming and friendly. I have really noticed my son's social skills and speech develop since attending Brightsparks Day nursery. I am very happy that we chose this nursery.

Best nursery in the area,no doubt. We spent a lot of time trying to find a place for our child and we finally found Brightsparks Day Nursery, Selsdon.
Excellent value for money, excellent cleanliness. Management and staff very friendly,helpful and flexible. I would definitely recommend it.

My grandson had been attending Brightsparks Selsdon since he was 6 months old. He has recently left to go to big school.


I cannot praise this nursery enough. The staff are loving, kind and very friendly, always helping me when I collected him. The care he received was always 100%!


I believe

they have helped set the foundations for my grandson to start school with such confidence and ease and he has learnt so much.


The manager was always welcoming and my daughter and son- in-law always had such positive things to say. My daughter is currently expecting their second child and already has baby's name down to start.


Well done Brightsparks, keep up the good work.

Since we have started sending our little one to Brightsparks Day Nursery, Seldon in May this year, we have been so impressed by the level of care and support. From homemade food to activities they really do offer a great environment for a little one. We are so happy with this nursery!

My eldest who is now 8 went to Brightsparks and my daughter now 3 is now also now attending. I chose the nursery as the staff are very welcoming, it is clean, the food is all freshly cooked, there is a lovely outdoor area and my children have always been happy going. It is smaller than other nurseries,
however, I like this because it is more personal and the children are not overwhelmed. The staff who looked after my son are still there which to me, shows the staff are happy.


There are a wide range of activities throughout the day with learning integrated into every task. My daughter is doing so well I couldn't be happier.

Brightsparks provides great care for my child, whilst working I feel very at ease knowing my child is in a safe place. The staff are so friendly and I do feel my child is stimulated, she has learnt so much by being at this nursery.

I have a longstanding relationship with the core team here. My daughter and son were there from the baby room (my son is still there). My daughter's social and awareness skills are well honed, in large part because of the skills and interaction she learned there. A dedicated programme of learning and
development that is individual to your child. If there have ever been any issues (child led - usually tantrums after injections or dramatic toddler spats about sharing), they have always disciplined and shared with me so that I can be aware. They do not shy away from managing this. My only criticism is that I would dearly like them to open their doors at 7.30 a.m. Working in London and travelling on Public Transport has often created a challenge, although when I have had no other option due to catching a flight or a meeting that just cannot be changed, they have helped on a one-off basis.

My daughter always seems very happy at nursery. She eats all her food, learns to socialise and plays with lots of toys and participates in several activities. The girls are great and are always supportive, caring and attentive to both parent and child's needs. I am happy with the food they give her
and any problems are quickly resolved as the manager is really passionate about her work/staff. They are clean and helpful at Brightsparks. I am happy I chose Brightsparks for my daughter.

Our child has been attending this nursery for just over 3 years and we highly recommend the service and care that is provided. The staff / management are extremely friendly, welcoming, professional and we feel that they have the well-being of each child at the forefront of their minds at all times.


They have a key person system in place who will support your child's emotional, psychological development and social interaction with other children, I also feel that this system builds stronger relationships between the child, parents / carers and the nursery staff which enables the staff to focus on the child's current abilities and areas of interest to engage them in day to day activities to encourage further learning and preparing them for primary school.


This nursery have also organised many activities such as Christmas plays and parties throughout the year. Fathers day and Grandparents tea, graduation plays, Charity events, photo sessions, sports, some of which have taken place outside of the nurseries normal working hours. These not only engage the children, but also the parents with staff and other parents. This enables everyone to build closer links together, which in turn creates a happy, warm and safe environment for the children.


We love this nursery so much we have registered our 2nd child already for 2016.

Both of my children have attended Brightsparks Day Nursery in Selsdon and I would highly recommend this nursery to any family. The environment is bright, clean and very friendly. The children’s work is displayed all over the nursery with new weekly themes for each class making it a fun and inspiring
space. There is a wide range of activities for the children to engage with that change depending on the weekly themes such as singing, cooking, painting, sand and water play and many more....my three year old sings all the time teaching me the new songs she has learnt. The staff are absolutely lovely, very approachable and they are always on hand to help, listen and support my children’s development but most importantly for me, my children are happy at Brightsparks so if I was to do it all again it would be Brightsparks every time.

Brightsparks have cared for our child for the last 2 years. Staff are welcoming, friendly, informative and organised. The nursery is clean, bright and stimulating. Each child is valued as an individual. Our child is joining primary school in September - I am confident that Brightsparks have prepared
her with a good range of appropriate skills, for her to confidently take the next step in life. We will be very sad to leave.
