Partou Prospect House Day Nursery & Pre-school

My little boy has attended this nursery since he was just over 1 year and is now nearly 4 and will be going to school in Sep 2019.

The nursery has a wonderful approach to play and children finding their own ways to be creative and communicate.

They have just launched an interactive online system, which is not only fully secure but has updates and observations of your child, written by their teachers which gives a real fly on the wall type of experience to your child's life at nursery/preschool.

Parents can also add their own observations or things that their child has been doing away from school, to give the teachers an insight into their family life and interests.

Really warm, friendly and fun environment.

My son has been coming to the nursery since he was 9 months old and loves his days at nursery. He wasn’t the easiest child to settle at first but the team took their time with him and worked at his pace. He loves the activities put on by the staff and his key workers have always been fantastic at monitoring his behaviour and spotting when he isn’t quite himself.

The fees on top of the 30hrs are worth every penny!

The support and care the ladies give my child is excellent.

We are really happy about the care provided by prospect nursery to our son. He has joined the nursery at 18months for 1 day a week and he is now going to pre-school 3 days a week minimum. Everything went great in the three rooms he spent time in. Staff are really friendly and always take the time to speak with you, there are a lot of activities provided including in the outside area. The management is understanding, trying to help you are in need of extra time. Our son never wants to leave in the evening so that is a good sign!

My son has been at Prospect for over 2 years and will be leaving for primary school this year. The nursery has benefited from the new manager taking over. Since she joined there has been vast improvements within the nursery and my son has flourished. There have been big changes in the nursery, including a great improvement on daily meals with the introduction of a new menu and taking on The Curiosity Approach which has seen a great deal of plastic toys removed in place of real household items. This has created a very 'homely' feel. I will be sad to say goodbye to the staff who have guided and taught my boy so amazingly.

A lovely group of caring workers. My son felt very happy here and was always very well looked after. His learning has come on leaps and bounds and is very well documented and explained to us parents. We are moving away hense my son will be leaving Prospect Day Nursery. This is the only reason as from management care to frontline these guys are amazing.

My son has always been happy at the nursery. I have always trusted staff, they are sensitive to the children. They seem to be pleased with any progress and interact well with the kids.

This nursery is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful, they have helped my son in his development which is evident through his learning and social interaction.

I'm really happy with my son's progress at the nursery and the way they adapt activities for my sons who has additional needs.

My 4 year old has just left Prospect House ready to start school in September. He has loved his 2 years in the preschool room where he has thrived and learnt so much. From writing to rhyming words and learning about how our organs work. He was always happy to be dropped off and always happy at collection time. He made great relationships with the staff and will miss them lots.

My daughter has attended this nursery since 1 year old and is now over 2.5 years old. The care she has had from day 1 has been outstanding, especially when she was very young and difficult to leave when returning to work. The staff have nurtured my daughter following her needs/likes to enable her to learn and flourish. Recently the nursery has made changes to the way they encourage the children to learn and this is a very positive change and is how I envisage children should be learning for their early years. The nursery has been very positive and helpful when my daughter, recently, potty trained making the transition less stressful to know we could continue training out of here. My daughter is excited to move up to the next class so that says it all about how much we like the nursery.

I know that my son is in good hands and will be cared for.

Very happy with the level of service and the kindness of staff that they show my son. He has developed a lot since being there. The nursery is very clean and I have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to anyone.

Very good nursery. My son loves coming here and has learnt a lot since starting 2 and a half years ago. The nursery gives a lot of feedback on my child's progress and how he is getting on.

My daughter has been attending Prospect House Day Nursery for almost 2 years now and has had such a good experience. She has made some lovely friends and always loved her key workers and all the friendly staff. I know while she is in their care she is happy and in safe hands. I have friends I have recommended and have since started there themselves.

My children have been attending this nursery for 6 years now and I couldn't be happier.

I love the way the nursery took a keen interest in my children, concerning their learning, care, development and future. I realised that they do that with other kids and therefore it is all about child-centered care specifically. I am also happy that the nursery works with me to support my children in identified development stages. I am at peace when I leave them behind to go for my daily activities.

They all accommodated our requests to suit our son's needs. The 'settling in' sessions were very beneficial and our son is very comfortable with the team in the Baby Room. He seems very happy there and is developing rapidly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery.

My son has had some very challenging behaviour and the teams in each room at every stage have continued to support his development in imaginative ways which has resulted in him coming a very long way.
