We love First Day!! I really could not recommend this nursery enough!! My toddler has been attending here for about a year and the care and attention has been amazing. They have dealt with all his allergies amazingly and their communication is always on point. The staff genuinely seem to love taking care of him and provide the sweetest updates of his daily activities. We trust First Day implicitly with our toddlers care and really couldn't have transitioned back to work as seamlessly without them.

Thank you to the whole team for everything you have done for my son and me. You have been such an important part of our journey, and we will always be grateful. I hope many more children are lucky enough to be cared for by such an amazing team.

My daughter started at 11 months old and struggled initially. The staff were so caring and persistent. Now she is nearly 3 and a half and she loves it. First Day has helped hugely with her confidence and independence. Excellent Nursery, my daughter loved going there.it's mixed feelings today,She have achieved tremendously . She is grown up here with her knowledge ,expression and she learned how to express her feelings. Which is really important for me. I am very proud today I had chosen first day Nursery.

It's an excellent nursery with superb supportive team of amazing teachers. I highly appreciate Arwa and Manjeet for giving so much support and help towards my child. My child was a Speech delay child and only say one or two words barely. But with the support of specially Arwa, I have seen a huge difference in my child's social and language development skills. My child has been attending First Day nursery Ilford since she was 11 months old and initially joined the baby room- she is now 4 years old. Each and every staff member has been so helpful and important in helping my child progress academically, physically and emotionally. I am so grateful for all the staff in the nursery- but especially to the pre-school room staff who work tirelessly to ensure the children are happy. A special shoutout to Cinzia and Manjeet whom work in the Ilford branch within the preschool room- the energy, genuine care and effort they put into the children has not gone unnoticed. I truly appreciate their hard work as without them, my child would not be who she is today. A big thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough about this nursery. I was extremely nervous about sending my daughter to nursery but I need not have worried. She settled in brilliantly and a year on she has progressed so much and loves going to nursery every week. When I pick her up she speaks about her teachers the entire way home. All of the staff are wonderful. You can tell that they genuinely care for the children and enjoy being around them. The food is nutritious and varied and gets prepared fresh on site daily. They go on cute little trips out and go outside to play every day. My daughter has learnt so much from being here. 10/10!

Our child has been attending First Day Nursery for the past six months, and we've been very happy with the care he receives. The food is healthy and well-balanced, and he enjoys mealtimes. We particularly appreciate the little personal touches, like the card the staff made for grandad's birthday. Communication is clear and consistent - we're kept informed about his day, activities, and progress, and the staff are always approachable whenever we have questions. Overall, we're very pleased and feel confident leaving our child in their care.

Our child has been attending First Day Nursery for four months and he has really blossomed since starting at nursery. The staff are all so friendly and I can see his confidence growing every week. We love talking to the staff at the end of each day and hearing about his day. One of the reasons we chose this nursery was the outdoor spaces available, and we have been very happy to see that they go outside every day to play. I recommend with all my heart "First Day Nursery" who was called home by daughter. The best staff, who are like a family, take care of the children, guide them, the children feel safe, learn many things, evolve so much and most importantly discover themselves. For my little girl, it is a second family and I am very proud of the people at "First Day Nursery" because my child learned to communicate in English, because she did not speak, she learned to be independent, she is more confident, controls her emotions, she discovered her passions and also herself. The toys's are children favourites, the gardens are perfect for playing, everything is very clean, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant. I will always be grateful to them and both me and my little girl will miss "First Day Nursery". Thank you for everything!

We are very happy with the nursery. Our daughter is now 18 months old and she has been going to the nursery for 5 months. She's loving it. The care takers are professional and also very kind. Our daughter bonded with them very quickly. The facilities are also great. Overall it's a very nice place!
