I recommend with all my heart "First Day Nursery" who was called home by daughter. The best staff, who are like a family, take care of the children, guide them, the children feel safe, learn many things, evolve so much and most importantly discover themselves. For my little girl, it is a second family and I am very proud of the people at "First Day Nursery" because my child learned to communicate in English, because she did not speak, she learned to be independent, she is more confident, controls her emotions, she discovered her passions and also herself. The toys's are children favourites, the gardens are perfect for playing, everything is very clean, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant. I will always be grateful to them and both me and my little girl will miss "First Day Nursery". Thank you for everything!

Best nursery I have come across! I wish they also had a primary school so kids could continue their further journey within the same nurturing, safe and loving environment. My little one only started 10 months ago and from day one, she was settled and happy. The staff is absolutely brilliant, they cater to everyone's needs and genuinely care about kids. The director is a very kind gentleman, so is the manager, a beautiful lovely lady and the rest of the staff. Big thank you and congratulations to the whole management for creating such a positive, happy and nurturing place for kids to learn and grow. My daughter made many friends at the nursery and I will always cherish the time she spent here.

My daughter was in the nursery from 8 months old and left in March as we have moved out of the area. Since my daughter started I have nothing but good things to say about this nursery. The staff have always been nurturing and loving towards her. Leaving her at a nursery so young I was really worried but she has grown and learnt so much being here. The staff have been amazing with her and she would always be so excited to go to nursery. A big thank you to those in the baby room and toddlers who looked after her as she has become such a confident and talkative child due to all she has learnt here.

My child was very happy at the nursery, as a mother I feel safe and comfortable to leave my son every day. Excellent service. Amazing staff specially my child's second mum. The Director was amazing and all the other staff. You all have the best days every day that is what I wish for you all, thank you so much to have my son, he was very well looked after.

Both my son and daughter attended First Day Nursery at the Ilford branch with my daughter graduating from Pre-School in July 2022. I cannot fault the nursery one bit, from the amazing and thoughtful staff to the incredible facilities and healthy food my children were in safe hands. The nurseries ethos in teaching and working alongside the academics capabilities really excelled were instilled within the children and you could see what they have learnt every time they came home. My daughter was always happy and excited to go to nursery and made some best friends and close relations with the staff which she will cherish forever. I would definitely recommend First Day Nursery to any parent or guardian contemplating choosing this nursery over other nurseries in the Redbridge borough.

My daughter suffers from multiple severe allergies (Anaphylaxis) and having had a bad experience at another local nursery I was apprehensive to send my daughter to a new nursery. I found First Day Nursery and they did everything they could to keep my daughter safe. The management are excellent and very supportive, they made adjustments for my daughter so that she didn’t have to miss out. My daughter had a wonderful time at this nursery and my only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner!

My daughter has been going to this nursery since December 2020; she really enjoys and was showing a lot of interest to go from the very first week. The staff provide her with good care, and we have not had any issues so far. They encourage her to communicate well, and I could see the difference. I would definitely recommend.

The nursery has very friendly and caring staff. The nursery has a positive environment and pushes children to grow further. The nursery is also flexible and considerate for working parents which makes it easier for parents to balance pick-ups and drop-offs. The nursery has a good culture and teaches children the fundamentals of learning.

My son and I are so sad to be leaving this nursery to join reception. My son has flourished the last year to an independent young boy. He has learnt so much and he loves going to nursery. He would go on and on about the teachers as well the friends he has made. Highly recommend this nursery without a doubt. Staff are so attentive and caring and I feel they all go that extra mile to accommodate any parents needs.
