Our daughter Blake started nursery at around 7 months and from day one has thrived the nurturing and nourishing environment. She is now almost 2 years old and has made lots of friends as well as acing all her milestones. Kinderzimmer really is her home away from home. The only criticism I have is the
staff retention as over the past year and a bit we've seen many adored staff members leave. Maybe that is something that head office/management can work on.

Ive had a very positive experience so far. The staff are warm, attentive, and supportive, creating a safe and welcoming environment. My 2 year old has settled in well at kinderzimmer and already seems happy and comfortable. Im really pleased with the care and communication provided, give me great peace
of mind.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive place for their child.

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter has received. Her gentle induction in December prepared her beautifully for starting in January, with the transition handled sensitively and professionally. The team truly understands the importance of emotional security, comforting and supporting her
as she settles at her own pace and gains confidence. Observations are thoughtful, capturing her curiosity, engagement, and creativity through play with natural materials, paint, and open-ended exploration which is so important to us as a family with strong creative roots. The app keeps us updated on routine details, and the calm, clean environment reflects the team's consistency. Special thanks to Ann-Marie (who seems to hold everything together so well), Sara, Rashana, Val, and Charlotte, whose warmth, patience, and attentiveness have made an enormous difference. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team and feel very confident that our daughter is safe, nurtured, and thriving.

There has been a decline in quality this year. We raised management concerns, but still waiting for a formal response, showing communication issues. Staff turnover has been high (educators, reception staff and 4 managers in 1 year). This is unsettling for children and affects continuity. Preschoolers
are particularly impacted since the room leader left seven weeks ago. A replacement was finally communicated last week, but comms on the issue were poor. Learning has become less structured, reports are a bit sparse, and children are merged with younger ages, creating a less age-appropriate environment. Fees are another concern as they have increased twice in a year, about £400 more monthly (~35%). The nursery also appears to charge more for children over 3 with funded hours, despite the lower staff-to-child ratios. Not sure why. There are carers whose dedication and passion have made a positive difference, so not all is negative. There is a mismatch between fees and service.

We appreciate there has been some change at kinderzimmer Walthamstow Central over the past few months and it has shown up in inconsistencies with staffing and perhaps unsettling our children. The entire company is fully invested in fixing any issues and further investing in our team, resources and care - which shows in our full time Interim Support Manager, as well as further weekly visiting support from the rest of the Support Office. In addition, we have invested above and beyond on new resources that have been delivered over the past few and upcoming weeks. To clarify, our fees have not changed since April 2025 and will not change again until April 2026, apart from any changes to funding legislation and grants e.g. the introduction of 30 hour funding in September 2025. Nonetheless, we will take your feedback on board and see if there is anything further we can do on top of the investment that is currently underway.

My daughter has been at Kinderzimmer Walthamstow since it opened and she was 9 months old - she's now just turned 2 and loves nursery days. The room leaders and educators are fantastic, especially in terms of the range of learning they offer - activities are age-appropriate and exciting, and are clearly
planned to meet key milestones. Safeguarding is excellent, and staff are really in tune with the children they look after. The space itself is gorgeous to look at and promotes open-ended and imaginative play. My daughter particularly loves heading out into the garden to explore the facilities (especially mud kitchens) and zoom about on the bikes. In terms of the food offer, my husband and I often joke that she eats better than we do - the menus are published in advance for parents' reference, and anything children have/haven't eaten is communicated via the app. I have nothing but good things to say about Kinderzimmer, its staff and facilities, and am so happy we got a place here.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. It is truly excellent, and my son absolutely loves it. He has been attending since he was 7 months old and is turning 3 in March, and throughout that time the care has been outstanding. He adores all of the staff, who go out of their way to make him feel special,
and his key worker consistently goes the extra mile to ensure he feels supported and happy. He is truly thriving there and is genuinely part of the nursery community, where he is seen, known, and valued as an individual. Every single morning he runs in with a huge smile on his face, which says everything and means I never spend the day worrying, as I know he's having a great time. The staff genuinely go above and beyond, and it's clear how much care and dedication they put into the children. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

My little one really loves his time at nursery & the space is lovely and always clean and cared for. The team create lovely learning opportunities for them through play and outings& the food provision is healthy and varied. The extended opening hours vs other local nurseries is a huge help with two
commuting parents.
We do have some concerns - specifically relating to staff attrition levels. In the 12m since our son started there have been 4 or more nursery managers & countless changes in staff.
We have been fortunate to have great key workers & long serving team members who have minimised the impact of this for the children. Specifically Indie, Nancy, Zara, Sonia & Nadia. Hoping that the most recent change in management creates stability & longevity, as I really feel for the team who do a brilliant job every day.

Our daughter started at kinderzimmer at just 9 months old, and as first-time parents it was the first time we'd left her with anyone else. We were nervous at first, but she's absolutely thrived.
She's now almost two and has learned so much - always coming home singing new songs and talking about her
friends and teachers. A huge thank you to Indi, Qushauna and Nancy, and to all the wonderful staff, for taking such amazing care of her. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend kinderzimmer!

Our daughter has been attending the nursery since July 2023, and we couldn't be happier with how well she is thriving there. Since Biljana joined in May of this year, the nursery has improved tremendously. Although it is part of a larger chain, it truly feels like a close-knit family. The staff clearly
care deeply about one another and, most importantly, about every single child.


The daily communication is wonderful and incredibly reassuring, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to support and nurture the children. You can genuinely feel the love, dedication, and passion the staff have for their work, and it shines through in everything they do. We feel very grateful knowing our daughter is cared for in such a warm, supportive, and loving environment.


We have complete confidence in the nursery and fully plan on keeping our daughter here until she starts school, and we also look forward to enrolling her little sister when she's old enough :)

We couldn't wish for a better nursery for our 11-month-old daughter, Aaliyah. The team at Kinderzimmer South Kensington is truly outstanding. In the babies' room, Susie and Öznur have been absolutely exceptional-so warm, nurturing, and attentive. From the very first settling-in sessions, they made sure
Aaliyah felt safe, comforted, and confident, helping her settle beautifully.


The rest of the team are equally dedicated and supportive, creating a calm, joyful, and caring environment every single day.


The nursery itself is modern, spotless, and built to incredibly high standards.

Kinderzimmer Walthamstow is such a lovely nursery, they really put all their efforts to help the children, especially my daughter, she is developing so well and she plays and does activities all day at nursery and is always happy. The nursery and staff are always doing such beautiful activities that
the children love and that also help with development In all areas . Whenever I pick her up for nursery I can see her playing with the other children and the staff aswell. Our son has been at Kinderzimmer since April 2025 at around 9 months. Everything has been incredibly seamless and we love it. Our boy has gone from a crawling baby to a curious toddler. They are loving and oh so kind. They've been so helpful when it has come to his allergy.


He is very happy & loves

all the staff, but adores all the baby room educators. When we bump into the chef in the mornings, she is so happy to see him.


We are grateful to have such a wonderful space for our boy to grow.

Our daughter has grown noticeably in confidence and curiosity since being here, and she talks about her days with real enthusiasm. What stands out most is how children are treated as individuals. She is genuinely known, understood, and supported in a very natural, unforced way.
The balance between structure
and play feels thoughtful, and the overall environment is calm, caring, and well run. It's obvious that the team approach their work with patience and kindness rather than routine. Our daughter feels happy and settled, and as parents that reassurance means everything. We're very grateful for the role the nursery plays in her early years and for the care shown every day.

Our daughter absolutely adores attending this nursery! Even though she can't talk much yet, she still mentions the staff and friends by name at home, which says so much about how comfortable and happy she is there. She enjoys every activity on offer, and we are very impressed with the wide range provided.
We are also particularly grateful for the nutritious meals they serve. The outdoor space is beautiful, and we love how much time the children get to spend outside. All the staff are incredibly loving and caring, and our daughter settled in so easily. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

Our son Carlo (1 yo) started at Kinderzimmer South Kensington in September, and after two months we couldn't be happier. He's always cheerful and excited to go in the morning, and we pick him up just as happy at the end of the day. The environment is beautiful and brand new, with bright spaces and even
a lovely outdoor area.
The staff are absolutely fantastic - truly lovely people. A special thank you to all the teachers, who are incredibly caring, attentive, and always greet us with a smile. We feel completely confident that Carlo is in the best hands.

Having had a really difficult experience at a different nursery before, I was nervous for my child to start at Kinderzimmer but from the very first settling day, the staff have gone above and beyond for my child. It really feels like they've tried to get to know her and she's been made to feel welcome
in the baby room. I love that each week parents are told the book or theme of the week and all the pictures that we get of the babies hard at work! I appreciate the way the staff refer to all the babies as friends and the way they support the early social development. My daughter has loved all the time they spend outside and I really have noticed how much more confident she seems since starting there. I couldn't be happier.

Exceptional Nursery Experience at Kinderzimmer South Kensington!
We couldn't wish for a better nursery for our 18-month-old son. The team is truly outstanding - Biljana, Khadizah, Jodie, Lindsay, Leah, Mary, Dhovi, Susie and everyone else are incredibly dedicated and caring. Their commitment was especially
evident during the London tube strikes, when all staff remained fully present and supportive.
The facility itself is modern, spotless, and built to the highest standards. The extended opening hours offer fantastic flexibility for working parents, which we deeply appreciate.
We receive regular updates with messages and photos, keeping us closely connected to our son's daily experiences. Most importantly, he is thriving-happy, growing, and walking into nursery each day with a big smile (and as we all know, children never fake joy!).

Both daughters attended kinderzimmer
I always felt they were safe, well looked after and made strong relationships with other kids and staff. A great start to their eduction and preparation for school.
A big heartfelt thank you to ALL the staff at kinderzimmer who have had a role in my kids development
- from the friendly morning greetings at reception, room teachers, and kitchen staff ( who apparently cook better than me!) a big thank you.
Despite being very central they have a garden which is great. Could be bigger so they can run around more but they take them out to the park regularly which is a bonus.

Very happy with Kinderzimmer. Our baby has settled in very well and every time we pick her up she's very happy and smiley. Kinderzimmer staff is amazing, very attentive, kind, caring and creative, providing a lot of different activities for all children including the smaller ones. Special thanks to
