We've been at Kinderzimmer Walthamstow Central for almost a year now and our twins love their setting and the staff! The baby room team were so kind and caring, when we first joined. A big thank you for their supportive especially towards me as I was transitioning to having them at Nursery. Many tears were had from my side and they offered regular updates on the girls, and even messaged me personally to check how I was doing. They are now into the toddler room and with the support of the toddler team, are continuing to thrive. Updates on the app show days packed with great stimulating activities, and my picky eaters have become little gourmets. Their skills, and language have come leaps and bounds. Their little brother is joining the baby room this week and we know he will have such a great experience. The facilities are excellent and exactly the type of space I wanted them to spend their days in. Thank you to all the staff for being part of our extended village

My son started at the nursery in May 2026 and, after an initial settling in phase, loves going in - he frequently asks to stay later when I go to pick him up. This is a stark constant to his behaviour at his previous nursery where we had to resort to all forms of bribery to get him through the doors. He has come on leaps and bounds in regards to his counting and grasp with letters. I am so happy with the nursery. The staff are all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this nursery to any family.

Overall, we're so happy we chose this nursery. Seeing how settled and happy she is after only two months says everything. We're incredibly grateful to all of the staff for the happiness they bring her every day

We've been at Kinderzimmer Walthamstow Central for several weeks and so far we really can't fault anything (besides the (understandably) long waiting list to get in)! The staff of the baby room is so kind and caring, we can tell our son is having a great time and being well looked after. He settled in really well and quickly, showing us that he was happy and comfortable with the carers, and we've been very happy with communications and app updates keeping us informed of everything. Last but not least - the facilities are stunning. The rooms are spacious, clean, bright and I must say really beautifully decorated, with a huge variety of toys for kids to play with and areas to explore. We love it!

She eats well, sleeps well and is learning a lot and well supported

We are having such a wonderful experience at this nursery. Our daughter started here in the baby room and has now progressed into the toddler room, and we've loved every stage of her journey.

We've been so lucky to have amazing key people over the last couple of years, especially Nancy, Indi, Zara, Rifet and Hafsa. The whole downstairs team, including Vienna, Mikki, Kaya and everyone else, are equally fantastic and always there to greet us.

The nursery itself is modern, always spotless and with big garden/s. As parents, we've always felt supported too. The team are understanding, approachable and take the time to keep us involved in Carlota's development through daily touchpoints and updates. They also organise lovely events and meetups throughout the year for special occasions.

Our daughter is genuinely happy every afternoon when we pick her up and we've watched her confidence, independence and curiosity grow so much.

I honestly cannot recommend this nursery enough. All the staff are exceptionally caring, patient, and supportive, and they constantly encourage both my child and me as a parent. My child has struggled with settling in, but the team have made the transition feel so much easier with their kindness, reassurance, and genuine care every single day.

The communication and update system are fantastic and always keep me informed, which gives me real peace of mind. The nursery is always spotless, spacious, and such a lovely environment for babies and children to safely explore, learn, and grow.

We sent our daughter to Kinderzimmer at 10 months and she has really blossomed over the last 8 months. The facilities are great and the baby room staff are the best! They really care about your child, are so accommodating to your needs, keep you updated regularly, make things fun for the babies and are always there for cuddles. We are moving home so having to leave Kinderzimmer and we are so sad! Thank you so much for providing our baby with a home away from home.

There has been a decline in quality this year. We raised management concerns, but still waiting for a formal response, showing communication issues. Staff turnover has been high (educators, reception staff and 4 managers in 1 year). This is unsettling for children and affects continuity. Preschoolers are particularly impacted since the room leader left seven weeks ago. A replacement was finally communicated last week, but comms on the issue were poor. Learning has become less structured, reports are a bit sparse, and children are merged with younger ages, creating a less age-appropriate environment. Fees are another concern as they have increased twice in a year, about £400 more monthly (~35%). The nursery also appears to charge more for children over 3 with funded hours, despite the lower staff-to-child ratios. Not sure why. There are carers whose dedication and passion have made a positive difference, so not all is negative. There is a mismatch between fees and service.

My daughter has been at Kinderzimmer Walthamstow since it opened and she was 9 months old - she's now just turned 2 and loves nursery days. The room leaders and educators are fantastic, especially in terms of the range of learning they offer - activities are age-appropriate and exciting, and are clearly planned to meet key milestones. Safeguarding is excellent, and staff are really in tune with the children they look after. The space itself is gorgeous to look at and promotes open-ended and imaginative play. My daughter particularly loves heading out into the garden to explore the facilities (especially mud kitchens) and zoom about on the bikes. In terms of the food offer, my husband and I often joke that she eats better than we do - the menus are published in advance for parents' reference, and anything children have/haven't eaten is communicated via the app. I have nothing but good things to say about Kinderzimmer, its staff and facilities, and am so happy we got a place here.

We have been fortunate to have great key workers & long serving team members who have minimised the impact of this for the children. Specifically Indie, Nancy, Zara, Sonia & Nadia. Hoping that the most recent change in management creates stability & longevity, as I really feel for the team who do a brilliant job every day.

She's now almost two and has learned so much - always coming home singing new songs and talking about her friends and teachers. A huge thank you to Indi, Qushauna and Nancy, and to all the wonderful staff, for taking such amazing care of her. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend kinderzimmer!

Kinderzimmer Walthamstow is such a lovely nursery, they really put all their efforts to help the children, especially my daughter, she is developing so well and she plays and does activities all day at nursery and is always happy. The nursery and staff are always doing such beautiful activities that the children love and that also help with development In all areas . Whenever I pick her up for nursery I can see her playing with the other children and the staff aswell. It's so welcoming and has such a lovely atmosphere. As well as that I get the best weekly observations that's how how happy she has been all week trying new things and having the most fun.

My daughter attends 2-3's & Preschool room and she is loving it!!! The team has supported her with her confidence, language and social skills. I'm so proud of my daughter and how far she has come and it's a massive thank you to the team. Especially I would like to say a big thank you to a particular staff member for always looking out for her, knowing what's best for her and being such a sunshine of the room

My child is having the best time at Kinderzimmer Walthemstow. The staff have been fantastic settling them in and supporting them over the weeks. I have really seen them thrive! I was a bit anxious about the change but it could not have been smoother and it's a great pleasure seeing how happy they are there.
