We went to every nursery in the area looking for where to place our daughter, and Muddy Boots at the Market stood out for how caring and knowledgeable the staff clearly were.
We feel entirely comfortable leaving her in their care. We're consistently updated and know exactly what is going on with her
development and every single member of staff know exactly what is going on with her. Our daughter clearly enjoys it too, as we have no problem or fuss dropping her off. I couldn't recommend Muddy Boots at the Market highly enough.

From first walking into Muddy Boots at the Market, whilst still deciding where to place our child, my wife and I were blown away by how switched on, caring and aware the staff were. We both feel 100% comfortable in trusting you with something so very important to us, our child clearly loves coming,
and we couldn't have asked for better support, care and transparency. You have listened and understood our requests, showing nothing but professionalism and made such an effort with her. We would happily recommend you to anybody. Our Room Leader is also wonderful, always upbeat, on the ball, and an absolute pleasure.

My son has been attending Muddy Boots Nursery for almost a year now, and we couldn't be happier. The baby room staff are incredible, patient, kind, and genuinely caring. Our son has formed a close bond with his key worker, which has really supported his confidence, and he often talks about the staff
at home.


We love the strong emphasis on outdoor play. Set on a farm, it's an idyllic environment and our son absolutely adores being outside. The nursery offers a great mix of activities, including arts and crafts, reading, and imaginative play.


Recently, they had visits from a police car and an ambulance, which my son hasn't stopped talking about.


All the staff are warm and approachable, making drop-offs and pick-ups easy and reassuring. We feel completely comfortable leaving our son in their care and would highly recommend the nursery.

We are extremely happy with this nursery and the care they provide. My daughter has been attending for some time now, and the staff have always been kind, attentive, and professional.


What really stands out is how well they support her with her eczema and asthma. They are very understanding of her

needs, take great care to manage any triggers, and always keep us informed. It gives us real peace of mind knowing she is in such safe and capable hands.


Another thing we really appreciate is the variety of food they offer. She is given a wide range of healthy meals and snacks, which has really helped encourage her to try new foods and develop good eating habits.


The staff go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and happy, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children. She enjoys going to nursery & has grown in confidence so much since starting.


I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent, especially those whose children may need a little extra care & attention

We couldn't be happier with Hudson's nursery. From the very beginning, he settled in so quickly, which honestly says everything about the environment the team have created. He absolutely loves being there, and that reassurance as parents is priceless.
A huge thank you to all of the staff who made him
feel comfortable, while also making us feel so welcomed and at ease during what can be a really emotional transition. Leaving your baby is no small thing-but the care, warmth, and genuine kindness from the team made it so much easier.
The staff are incredibly professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It's so lovely to see how much they care about each child as an individual, supporting their development while also making sure they feel safe, happy, and confident.

My child is currently at Muddy Boots and has been for 6 months now and is thriving. She enjoys most days and staff are great at helping her settle in. She often talks fondly about staff and her key worker when at home. Communication is great with the app and texts if needed. The outdoor space has been

Our daughter has attended muddyboots since Sept 2025 and we couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough. The staff are very friendly, good with the kids and communication is great both handovers and photos/ updates in the day.


The nursery has an amazing outdoor space that our daughter loves and

they have a range of activities for her that she clearly enjoys.


Despite her being very nervous at the start she is now very happy and eager to get into nursery in the mornings which is a clear testament to the nursery itself.

Choosing a nursery after a negative previous experience was daunting, but this setting has been a total revelation. The staff immediately stepped in with a clear, professional plan for development and care. They didn't just "watch" her; they understood exactly where she was and precisely how to guide
her toward her next steps. From managing her allergies and toilet training to her incredible speech development, the care has been faultless. She has transformed from a quiet toddler into a confident, bubbly, and talkative girl who genuinely excites at the thought of seeing her friends and teachers. I especially love their approach to learning; the open access to high-quality resources and continuous provision allows for truly child-led play, perfectly balanced with adult-led activities that challenge her. We've been using Muddy Boots at the Bungalow for 5 years now, and both children have loved being there. Communication via the app, with frequent pictures is great. We love the range of toys and activities, including Spanish lessons, and the flexibility to last minute book in extra sessions with little
hassle has been very useful on the odd occasion.
There had been a lot of staff turnover for a period about a year ago which was unsettling for a time, but the current staff that have been there for a decent period now are absolutely lovely! All very helpful, kind, attentive, and really care for the kids, so the atmosphere is much improved again these days. Would recommend this nursery.

We understand it can be unsettling when there is a change of staff, Especially if a child has built a special bond with them. Whilst there are some changes happening, we will still continue to provide high standards of care for all the children, ensuring they are always happy, safe and are continuing to thrive.

Muddy Boots has been a home from home for my son and he's thrived at the setting. There have been frequent changes of staff, which has been it''s only downall.

It is always nice to hear that children are doing well at our Nurseries. Our staff are fully trained in all different aspects of childcare and put all their efforts in to making the children in their care feel happy and safe.
I am sorry that you have experienced a staffing issue within the setting. We understand the changes in staff can feel disruptive and we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Whilst we are experiencing some transitions, we remain committed to providing consistent, high quality childcare and are actively working on employing new staff that can contribute their knowledge and their skills within Muddy Boots. The nursery is lovely and all staff are helpful and great with the children.
Communicatiin has always been good and my child has settled really well.
