We are extremely happy that your children have loved coming to our nursery, and we are very grateful that you have continued to use us as your childcare provider for 5 years.
We are pleased that you are happy with how we communicate with our families, have a variety of resources and how we can be flexible with on the go families. Supporting our parents and their children and adapting to their needs is really important to us, so thank you for sharing your positive experiences.
We understand it can be unsettling when there is a change of staff, Especially if a child has built a special bond with them. Whilst there are some changes happening, we will still continue to provide high standards of care for all the children, ensuring they are always happy, safe and are continuing to thrive.
