My child really enjoy his time at the nursery - it's wonderful seeing him so eager to go every morning, which speaks volume about his experience there. He's only joined the nursery for a few months and we are pleasantly surprised by the progress he's made - he's become more social, more confident to be around new people, and better at taking care of himself. The nursery has also done a good job in keeping us informed of my child's progress and we receive daily updates through an app.

My first child was at Katey's a few years ago from toddler to school age and we had a mixed experience, mainly due to high staff turnover. My second child has been there since 2024 and has had a much better experience. The current manager and all the staff we have encountered are great - they are very friendly, professional and provide a nurturing environment for the children. The manager is particularly receptive to parent feedback and is always looking for ways to improve. My child enjoys coming to nursery and doesn't want to leave at the end of the day.

We are very grateful for the wonderful care, communication and professionalism of the whole team. Our daughter feels safe, loved and confident here, and that means everything to us.

My son has flourished at Katey's since joining at nine months old. He has grown from staying close to familiar faces into a confident, sociable and independent little boy. The staff's genuine care, patience and understanding of his personality have been exceptional, and the regular updates, conversations and Parent's Evenings help us feel truly involved. The nursery is nurturing and well-organised, and he has built lovely friendships, learned so much and genuinely enjoys every day. The leadership is approachable, caring and clearly committed to giving children the best start. We are deeply grateful for the support and encouragement our son receives.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for 2.5 years, and our son for 1.5. They have both been a well looked after and cared for. It's a lovely setting, and they have taken great care with the children's learning and creativity. The handovers always have lots of feedback and updates, and the parents evenings and reports show the level of detail and care they have.

I am not one for leaving reviews normally, but honestly I couldnt be happier with Kateys and everything they have done for our son, and couldnt recommend them more highly.

Before starting at Kateys our son had struggled to settle in a different place, which was really tough at the time. We thought we would give it another go at Kateys, having met some lovely members of staff - and it was one of the best decisions we have made.

The staff went out of their way to encourage him, and with a little effort he settled in and started to gain more confidence.

Roll forward a year and a half and he is a confident, lively kid that loves going to nursery - has a great little group of friends (and we have poached a few of the parents as friends for ourselves!). He loves the staff, science teacher, outtings and is always coming home with a new song he has learnt.

Our daughter has attended Katey's in Teddington from the Cherries class all the way up to Apples. We are very happy with the experience, the staff are friendly and attentive, taking on our feedback and requests. She eats well and they do a good mix of indoor, outdoor play, as well as trips to the park. In Apples, they do gardening and science lessons which our daughter loves too. At first, there was quite a high turnover of staff, but having been in a couple of nurseries and speaking to friends I hear this is quite common. Now the staff have been consistent for the past year or so which is good.

The Katey's team feel like an extended family for my daughter - they're all so warm, friendly and caring. Her day is filled with fun activities and outings to local parks. We get updates daily both on the app and from her key worker verbally at pick up. We would highly recommend Katey's to local families.

Our son has been attending Kateys Teddington for around 4 months and so far we have zero complaints, and would recommend highly. It's clear to see from his expressions, growth and confidence that they're providing a nurturing supportive foundation for him to grow. It's also so great to see that they go on outings in nature. Also this nursery feels the right size, class sizes are good and overall this means each child gets the support they need.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Katey's Nursery. The learning environment is engaging, nurturing, and has provided such a wonderful start to our child's early years.

We first viewed the nursery when our son was just 4 months old. He started attending when he turned one, and so far he has settled in incredibly well.

The nursery provides a lovely, healthy, and varied menu for the children, which is something we really appreciate. The staff are caring, welcoming, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. Whenever any issues arise, they are addressed promptly, and appropriate action is put in place to ensure they don't happen again, which gives us great peace of mind.

The best part for us is seeing our son's excitement every day. As soon as he realises we're at nursery, he's all smiles and can't wait to see the wonderful staff, his key person, and all of his friends. It's reassuring to know he's so happy and comfortable in their care. We couldn't ask for a better environment for him to learn, grow, and thrive.

Our Son has been going to Katey's in teddington since he was 4 months old (now in the last classes before reception) and honestly I'm so grateful for all the supportive staff who have helped nurture him. He loves going to nursery which says more than words but we have also noticed so much positive development which the nursery setting and activities have aided. The introduction of Karolina has been noticable, she is lovely and genuinely has the best interests of the nursery and children alike at heart as do many of the other staff members. When I was looking at nurseries the homely but structured feel is what initially drew me to it as well as the daily routine, importance of outside play and regular outings to the local park. Highly recommend.

Our daughter is so happy and thriving here. She has made great relationships with the staff that care for her and is always excited to go to nursery and take part in all the activities. She particularly enjoys all the different outings, especially the forest school. Staff are always friendly, caring and kind and any issues or questions are dealt with quickly and professionally. Communication is very good, we enjoy the week ahead update where the nursery informs us of the learning and activities she will be doing each day, as well as the detailed daily update we get from her key worker and observations posted. We are so happy that we found kateys!

I have a pre-schooler and toddler at Kateys in Ham and we are delighted with the care they are given. The unique setting of the nursery next to woodland near the Thames means the children spend so much time learning and playing outdoors, the staff are caring and attentive and they have wonderful varied activities from baking to science lessons. They were incredibly supportive with potty training and are helping my son become school- ready - due to the relatively small size, they really know every child and family.

Our son started the nursery in Apples class in the summer of 2024 and has been attending for 3 days a week.

He really enjoys attending nursery, and has made good friends. The staff are kind, attentive, and nurturing. We get regular updates of his progress in person and on the portal.

The facilities are well maintained, clean and tidy. Our son enjoys playing in the outdoor area; it has a sand pit, lots of toys, a small vegetable patch area etc.

Our son enjoys the activities at nursery, the teachers make it interactive and interesting for the children. The nursery also will hold events for parents like a Mother's Day breakfast.

We are very happy with our experience at Kateys Brentford and would recommend it to other families.

Most importantly, our kids are always happy and excited to go to nursery, which says everything. We're very grateful to the whole team for creating such a special, home-like environment for the children.

My child really enjoys to attend the nursery, always having plenty of fun. Always learns lots of new things (now can write his own name!) and having different activities. All staff is extremly helpful and always full of positive energy and big smiles. I always getting a good feedback from the day, and what is the most important my child always comes out from there with a smile saying he had a great time.
