Katey's House Brentford

We are very grateful for the wonderful care, communication and professionalism of the whole team. Our daughter feels safe, loved and confident here, and that means everything to us.

My son has flourished at Katey's since joining at nine months old. He has grown from staying close to familiar faces into a confident, sociable and independent little boy. The staff's genuine care, patience and understanding of his personality have been exceptional, and the regular updates, conversations and Parent's Evenings help us feel truly involved. The nursery is nurturing and well-organised, and he has built lovely friendships, learned so much and genuinely enjoys every day. The leadership is approachable, caring and clearly committed to giving children the best start. We are deeply grateful for the support and encouragement our son receives.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for 2.5 years, and our son for 1.5. They have both been a well looked after and cared for. It's a lovely setting, and they have taken great care with the children's learning and creativity. The handovers always have lots of feedback and updates, and the parents evenings and reports show the level of detail and care they have.

I couldn't recommend this Nursery enough to other families.

Our son started the nursery in Apples class in the summer of 2024 and has been attending for 3 days a week.

He really enjoys attending nursery, and has made good friends. The staff are kind, attentive, and nurturing. We get regular updates of his progress in person and on the portal.

The facilities are well maintained, clean and tidy. Our son enjoys playing in the outdoor area; it has a sand pit, lots of toys, a small vegetable patch area etc.

Our son enjoys the activities at nursery, the teachers make it interactive and interesting for the children. The nursery also will hold events for parents like a Mother's Day breakfast.

We are very happy with our experience at Kateys Brentford and would recommend it to other families.

Most importantly, our kids are always happy and excited to go to nursery, which says everything. We're very grateful to the whole team for creating such a special, home-like environment for the children.

I am extremely happy with the care my child receives at the nursery. She absolutely loves attending and is always excited to go in each day. The staff are kind, patient, and nurturing, and they make her feel safe, supported, and valued. I have seen such a positive change in her confidence, social skills, and learning. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing my child is well cared for. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Both of them have shown huge development progress since being there & come home with new words or interests which they have learnt. Having all updates on the app is really useful knowing how much sleep they got and seeing photos of the day. Couldn't be happier with them!

My son started since he was 12 months old. We have had a wonderful experience with the nursery. From the very beginning, the atmosphere has been warm, welcoming and nurturing, and the staff are all incredibly friendly, caring and attentive.

Our son absolutely loves coming to nursery every day! We are so pleased with his development and progress, he loves exploring new activities, learning through play and enjoys the variety of engaging activities and lots of creativity. We've seen such lovely progress in his communication, independence and social skills. The encouragement of early learning is wonderful, and it's clear how much effort goes into supporting each child's development at their own pace. Our son eats so well at nursery, which says a lot!

There is a real sense of community between staff, children and parents, and we feel incredibly grateful to have such a supportive and loving place for our son.

We are extremely happy at Katey's House, it really is a home from home environment, the staff members are nurturing, kind & encouraging & communication is very good. We fully recommend this very special nursery & our child has thrived over the time spent here.

We honestly cannot thank the nursery staff enough for the incredible care and support they have given our daughter since she started in August. The progress she has made in such a short time has been absolutely amazing - especially in her speech, confidence, play skills, and general day-to-day development.

Every member of staff has been nothing short of fantastic. They are kind, patient, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the very beginning, they have supported not only our daughter but us as parents too, keeping us informed, reassured, and involved every step of the way.

It is such a comfort knowing she is in a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where she is truly thriving. We are beyond grateful for everything the team does and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for outstanding care and early education.
