We are having such a great experience with Red Bus Downend! From day one, we have been feeling that our baby was well looked after, involved in lots of great activities, and always with an attention for his specific needs...and as parents we have felt part of the plan, always involved and heard! A huge

thank you to the nursery staff who have been absolutely brilliant in supporting us in our baby's first months at nursery, and to the management, administration and others who clearly put so much effort in taking care of every aspect of the nursery experience, every day!

My little boy joined red bus when our previous nursery sadly closed at short notice, but we have never looked back! Staff at Red Bus are simply amazing :) They always take so much time and care with your child, and my little boy has developed so many amazing skills and developed his communication during

his time there. They are always so attentive and give lovely little updates on the app, and it's never too much to ask any questions or worries. They are so kind and gentle, and as a parent that is so appreciated knowing you are leaving them in safe hands. We cannot praise them enough as a nursery and thank you for all your hard work!

Overall Experience

We moved from another nursery where we felt we weren't getting value for money and our child was repeatedly upset at drop offs, and it was the best decision we could have made. From our first enquiry we have been so impressed with how efficient, professional and warm the staff at Red Bus have been.

Our key worker has made a point of really getting to know our child, gives detailed handovers at the end of the day and keeps us fully in the loop with regular photo updates. The space is great, it feels safe and fun and although it is purpose built, it doesn't feel clinical. The food is healthy and clearly delicious, the activities are varied and considered, the staff are creative and fun and we couldn't be any happier with our decision to make the move. Thank you Red Bus!

Overall Experience

All of the staff in the nursery room are amazing but in particular my son's key worker is such a star. I feel like I couldn't have wished for a better key worker for my son's start in nursery. I have a lot of friends with children in different nurseries who have had very mixed experiences, but I have

always felt confident that my son is well cared for and feel incredibly lucky that nursery is not a cause of stress for us, I have the utmost respect and trust in the staff and the nursery as a whole.

Our daughter has been attending Red Bus for the past year and a half, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible care and support she's received. The practitioners have been truly exceptional in nurturing her learning and development, helping her grow in confidence and curiosity every single

She absolutely loves going to nursery, and it's easy to see why. The warmth, encouragement, and genuine care from the whole team make Red Bus such a special place. Absolutely fantastic experience with Redbus Downend. From the very first interactions via email and the viewing the excellence really came across. Everything has been though out with the child at the centre of all the details, how the best support them and help them flourish. My sons is key worker has

been brilliant and we are so greatful to all her on going care, she is gold! As is our son's self appointed buddy, she is such a wonderful support and all interactions with her are great. Thank you to the extended staff in the nursery, you are such a great team. This is the biggest transition and Redbus helped support our family so well throughout. I visited many nurseries before finalising Red Bus Nursery. Initially, I selected Red Bus for my kids due to its spacious and well-organised infrastructure, but to my satisfaction, it turned out to be the best staffed and excellent caring and learning facility for my kids. My kids easily connected

with their key persons and learned so much each day. Their 2 years in Redbus was such a smooth journey. I cannot thank the Redbus fraternity enough for all the hard work. Truly outstanding and exceeds expectations!

We can't rate this setting highly enough. Every single practitioner we've had the pleasure of meeting throughout the last two years has been so warm and nurturing with our children. We have had 2 children attend red bus starting from March 2020 until August 2025. Both children loved going there and spoke so highly of all the staff. They were truly nurtured and encouraged to learn and grow. My eldest went to school after being wonderfully prepared and we have no concerns that it

won't be the same when my youngest starts next month. Any special requests we made with food, naps etc. were all taken on board and the staff worked with us though the whole journey. I would 100% recommend this nursery for anyone looking for somewhere to send their children
