Overall Experience

We honestly cannot thank the nursery staff enough for the incredible care and support they have given our daughter since she started in August. The progress she has made in such a short time has been absolutely amazing - especially in her speech, confidence, play skills, and general day-to-day development.

Every

member of staff has been nothing short of fantastic. They are kind, patient, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the very beginning, they have supported not only our daughter but us as parents too, keeping us informed, reassured, and involved every step of the way.

It is such a comfort knowing she is in a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where she is truly thriving. We are beyond grateful for everything the team does and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for outstanding care and early education.

Overall Experience

We are having an excellent experience with Red Bus and we couldn't be happier. Our daughter goes to any member of staff at drop off and waves me goodbye. She is regularly offered the potty as this was a big thing for us, we were worried she'd have a regression when starting but the staff have been so

brilliant at respecting our wish for her to go regularly. She has picked up several signs which has helped her communicate with us at home as well as at nursery. When I collect her she always seems really happy and calm. We are provided with updates and photos regularly, she goes to sleep easily at nursery (which has helped her go to sleep easier at home) and she eats really well and seems to love the food.

I can't recommend the nursery enough, we would pay double for the care we receive. The staff knew our daughter by name after her first settle, we are made to feel valued and everything the nursery does exceeds our expectations. I would give 10/10 across every aspect!

We are having such a great experience with Red Bus Downend! From day one, we have been feeling that our baby was well looked after, involved in lots of great activities, and always with an attention for his specific needs...and as parents we have felt part of the plan, always involved and heard! My little boy joined red bus when our previous nursery sadly closed at short notice, but we have never looked back! Staff at Red Bus are simply amazing :) They always take so much time and care with your child, and my little boy has developed so many amazing skills and developed his communication during

his time there. They are always so attentive and give lovely little updates on the app, and it's never too much to ask any questions or worries. They are so kind and gentle, and as a parent that is so appreciated knowing you are leaving them in safe hands. We cannot praise them enough as a nursery and thank you for all your hard work!

Since my daughter joined Red Bus from another setting at the start of September the team have worked hard to get to know her and aid in her settling to the setting resulting in her coming out of her shell and her looking forward to her days in preschool. Overall Experience

We moved from another nursery where we felt we weren't getting value for money and our child was repeatedly upset at drop offs, and it was the best decision we could have made. From our first enquiry we have been so impressed with how efficient, professional and warm the staff at Red Bus have been.

Our key worker has made a point of really getting to know our child, gives detailed handovers at the end of the day and keeps us fully in the loop with regular photo updates. The space is great, it feels safe and fun and although it is purpose built, it doesn't feel clinical. The food is healthy and clearly delicious, the activities are varied and considered, the staff are creative and fun and we couldn't be any happier with our decision to make the move. All of the staff in the nursery room are amazing but in particular my son's key worker is such a star. I feel like I couldn't have wished for a better key worker for my son's start in nursery. I have a lot of friends with children in different nurseries who have had very mixed experiences, but I have

always felt confident that my son is well cared for and feel incredibly lucky that nursery is not a cause of stress for us, I have the utmost respect and trust in the staff and the nursery as a whole.

Our daughter has been attending Red Bus for the past year and a half, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible care and support she's received. Absolutely fantastic experience with Redbus Downend. From the very first interactions via email and the viewing the excellence really came across. Everything has been though out with the child at the centre of all the details, how the best support them and help them flourish. My sons is key worker has

been brilliant and we are so greatful to all her on going care, she is gold! As is our son's self appointed buddy, she is such a wonderful support and all interactions with her are great. Thank you to the extended staff in the nursery, you are such a great team. This is the biggest transition and Redbus helped support our family so well throughout. I visited many nurseries before finalising Red Bus Nursery. Initially, I selected Red Bus for my kids due to its spacious and well-organised infrastructure, but to my satisfaction, it turned out to be the best staffed and excellent caring and learning facility for my kids. My kids easily connected

with their key persons and learned so much each day. Their 2 years in Redbus was such a smooth journey. I cannot thank the Redbus fraternity enough for all the hard work. Truly outstanding and exceeds expectations!

We can't rate this setting highly enough. Every single practitioner we've had the pleasure of meeting throughout the last two years has been so warm and nurturing with our children. The resource is fantastic and our children have flourished here. The outdoor space is beautiful. The activities are always

Excellent, In future if I had a child I will come back to red bus again. Red bus has huge impact of my daughter learning, speaking developments. I am so grateful helping her potty training along side with me. Overall I want to thank each member of red bus pre school staff who my helped my daughter

We had to change nurseries as we moved location and were worried about finding a new one, we didn't need to worry. This is a fantastic nursery and we highly recommend.
The staff are l fantastic and our little boy is excited to go in every day. He's now ready for school but he will miss Red Bus and
