Our son started the nursery in Apples class in the summer of 2024 and has been attending for 3 days a week.


He really enjoys attending nursery, and has made good friends. The staff are kind, attentive, and nurturing. We get regular updates of his progress in person and on the portal.


The facilities

are well maintained, clean and tidy. Our son enjoys playing in the outdoor area; it has a sand pit, lots of toys, a small vegetable patch area etc.


Our son enjoys the activities at nursery, the teachers make it interactive and interesting for the children. The nursery also will hold events for parents like a Mother's Day breakfast.


We are very happy with our experience at Kateys Brentford and would recommend it to other families.

Our children have been attending this nursery since March 2024, and it has truly become a second home for them. Over the past couple of years we've seen them grow so much, not only in what they've learned but also in their confidence, independence, and social skills.
The staff are incredibly caring,
patient, and loving, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about each child. As parents, it gives us so much peace of mind knowing our children are in such a warm and nurturing environment.
Communication with families is excellent, and the team does a wonderful job encouraging the children and celebrating their progress. The management team is also fantastic, approachable, and very supportive.
Most importantly, our kids are always happy and excited to go to nursery, which says everything. We're very grateful to the whole team for creating such a special, home-like environment for the children.

I am extremely happy with the care my child receives at the nursery. She absolutely loves attending and is always excited to go in each day. The staff are kind, patient, and nurturing, and they make her feel safe, supported, and valued. I have seen such a positive change in her confidence, social skills,
and learning. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing my child is well cared for. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Abeesha, Takwa as well as the staff are amazing. Friendly staff and they really take care of the nursery and the kids.


They are like one big loving family. We have visited the site a few times this month and each time it was a great experience. I would recommend for sure.

2nd child who is now attending the nursery however first experience since the takeover. It seems as though most of the Katey's House values are still being followed which is great. My daughter started early and has settled in well and is truly cared for well. Any concerns can be raised easily with staff
and are always rectified quickly or plans put in place to resolve.

Kateys Nursery and Pre School have been fantastic in taking care of our daughter! We decided to choose Kateys after a less than stellar experience elsewhere.


What really caught our eye was the smaller setting. They have all the amazing facilities and activities of the bigger nurseries, but in a

way that feels more intimate and just right for us. The staff have been wonderful, and our little one has had a blast here. The parent evenings, small get-togethers, and Christmas performance have been such highlights.


Thank you so much to all the staff and management for making our experience so wonderful. We wouldn't hesitate to choose Kateys again in the future!

We have had 2 children at Katey's Preschool & Nursery now and feel that Karolina and her team running an excellent space for learning development and play. The children are happy to go into their classrooms each day and have developed strong bonds with their carers, who are kind and fun in equal measure.
The building itself well equipped and offers plenty of opportunities for changes of scenery and different types of play. The management welcomes feedback and constructive comment, which they then act on. We couldn't ask for a happier setting!

Both of my children attend Katey's nursery and my eldest son has been there for just over 2 years now. My youngest has been there for 5 months and both of them absolutely love it there. Since day one we have felt supported by all members of staff. Everyone is just so friendly and kind, it's such a relief
when leaving them there, knowing they are being so cared for and learning while having fun.
The staff have always made time to speak to us about any concerns or issues such as sleep patterns or adjusting to new classrooms. Every day the staff open their arms to my children with big smiles and positive energy, and because of this, my children have no issues running in and they look forward to their days there.
Both of them have shown huge development progress since being there & come home with new words or interests which they have learnt. Having all updates on the app is really useful knowing how much sleep they got and seeing photos of the day. Couldn't be happier with them!

We are really pleased with Katey's nursery! The new manager is wonderful and our daughter has settled in fantastically into the baby class, the Cherries. This is testament to the excellent settling in process and a warm and caring staff. They do lots of great activities throughout the day including
trips out to the local park.

My baby has settled in incredibly well into nursery and is so happy at drop off and pick up time. I am kept informed of how my baby is doing throughout the day and receive regular photo updates. The staff seem to have a great bond with the children which is lovely to see and I feel like my baby is very
well taken care of. The facilities are clean, warm and inviting with a lovely array of toys to keep the children entertained. I love that the staff take them on outings to the local park so that they can get some fresh air. Overall I have only great things to say and feel very lucky to have found such a lovely nursery for my baby.

My son started since he was 12 months old. We have had a wonderful experience with the nursery. From the very beginning, the atmosphere has been warm, welcoming and nurturing, and the staff are all incredibly friendly, caring and attentive.


Our son absolutely loves coming to nursery every day! We

are so pleased with his development and progress, he loves exploring new activities, learning through play and enjoys the variety of engaging activities and lots of creativity. We've seen such lovely progress in his communication, independence and social skills. The encouragement of early learning is wonderful, and it's clear how much effort goes into supporting each child's development at their own pace. Our son eats so well at nursery, which says a lot!


There is a real sense of community between staff, children and parents, and we feel incredibly grateful to have such a supportive and loving place for our son.

We are firm supporters of Katey's House Brentford & happy to share its many positive attributes. Our child has been attending for 2.5 years now, moving through the rooms & always has the best time attending, which is clear to see by the way they greet their key workers in the morning and from the picture
updates, which really puts your mind at ease to know they are happy & safe. We especially love how the children spend time outside & are taken out around the local area to explore! There are well thought out activities to encourage & inspire & our child has built some lovely friendships with other children & staff alike.


We are extremely happy at Katey's House, it really is a home from home environment, the staff members are nurturing, kind & encouraging & communication is very good. We fully recommend this very special nursery & our child has thrived over the time spent here.

Our daughter has been going to Red Bus Downend for over a year now and loves her time there. As a parent, I find the staff generally very good; they all seem to love our daughter and are happy to see her every morning. I feel she is safe with them and cared for.
The nursery is pretty expensive compared
to other nurseries in the area, but you get what you pay for, and I feel the location, staff and organisation are professionally managed so somewhat justifies the higher fee.
I can highly recommend the setting for anyone considering Red Bus.

We honestly cannot thank the nursery staff enough for the incredible care and support they have given our daughter since she started in August. The progress she has made in such a short time has been absolutely amazing - especially in her speech, confidence, play skills, and general day-to-day development.


Every

member of staff has been nothing short of fantastic. They are kind, patient, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the very beginning, they have supported not only our daughter but us as parents too, keeping us informed, reassured, and involved every step of the way.


It is such a comfort knowing she is in a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where she is truly thriving. We are beyond grateful for everything the team does and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for outstanding care and early education.
