A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Ashbridge Maxy Farm for making our daughter's time there so special. We would also like to give a special mention to all the wonderful teachers she has had over the past two and a half years: Olivia, Emma, Gwen, Ellen, Lauren, James, Abbie and Taz. Each of you helped her feel so welcome, supported and cared for, and we have watched her grow and develop in leaps and bounds during her time with you all. We have never felt anything but completely confident leaving her in your care. Even though she only attended a couple of days a week, she was always talking about her classes, her teachers, and singing the songs she has learnt. We have made some fabulous friendships through the nursery and created memories that will stay with us for a long time! Thank you so much for everything.

My daughter has been attending since January 2025. She adores all the staff and has so many lovely moments during her days. The staff are caring and keep you informed on everything. She still has another 2 years to go and I can't wait to see how much more she is going to learn

I can't recommend Ashbridge at Maxy farm enough, I have a child with SEN and my son's key worker continues to go above and beyond to support him, not only with sensory activities specifically for his needs but by understanding him, his communication, needs and working with the family to put things into place to promote learning. We are also well supported by Ashbridge's lovely SENCO who meets with us regularly to ensure our sons learning plan is accurate and effective and how my son can best be supported. All the staff have been brilliant and all our 3 children are thriving with their love, care, teaching and support. Xx

Our little girl has been at Ashbridge on Ribble since she was little and she's now leaving pre-school. She has had such a won time here and even wishes she could stay here forever! She's grown so much in confidence, become really independent, and her language has improved amazingly. For sure Ashbridge is one of the best nurseries around - we couldn't be happier

Ashbridge on the Ribble is absolutely fantastic! The staff are so friendly and really care about the children. Our 2 year old loves going to nursery and the constant updated photos that staff share is a nice update throughout the day. Highly recommend to anyone - amazing.

My daughter is currently transitioning into the preschool from nursery at Ashbridge, I cannot speak highly enough of the support and involvement we as parents have received and the support my child has received in what could prove to be a difficult time with the change. My daughter absolutely loves coming into nursery, we have seen her flourish and thrive over the last 12 months. She is treated like an individual and her personality and quirks are encouraged. I love the daily updates we receive and the relationship she had made with her key worker is second to none. I feel reassured each time my daughter steps through the doors. She also loves the meals and often asks for seconds!

Amazing level of teaching & learning, friendly and good standard of activities to grow the child. Always keeping us up to date & built a safe & friendly environment to make the child feel confident & safe.

We brought our son here from not long after he'd turned 3, having been at another local nursery prior.

Our experience of Ashbridge has been superb and such a drastic improvement from the prior nursery, it had left us rather regretful for not making the switch sooner.

The facilities on offer are outstanding, whilst the staff have always made our son feel extremely welcome, safe, cared for and nurtured.

The River School setting is such a nice environment for the pre-schoolers to learn and grow whilst exploring the natural world around them, I can't imagine there is any better place around here in all honesty.

I would happily recommend Ashbridge for any parents pondering where to send their kids.

Ashbridge is a first rate nursery with fantastic facilities, particularly for the pre-school children who have the adventure playground, boat, and grass/ sand/ decking/ river school areas to enjoy.

The staff have gone above and beyond to support my son with areas he found challenging (being autistic, his emotional/social/speech and language development is delayed). The SENCO and staff on the ground floor have been incredibly accommodating and encouraging in every nursery/ preschool class - they always met him where he was. Examples: (i) staff ordered new digger toys specifically for my son in mind to help him settle in to a new nursery room, (ii) preschool staff compiled a "what to expect at preschool" booklet to prepare him in advance for being a new environment/ with new staff, (iii) a staff member would stand outside with him on the preschool decking in freezing conditions when I'd drop him off and he didn't want to go into the classroom. They were so caring and patient with him!

We've had a wonderful experience with the Owls class. The staff have been so caring, supportive, and nurturing-emotionally and mentally-which has made a real difference in our son's development. He's grown so much during his time there, especially in his speech and confidence. He's a happy, energetic little boy, and we've seen how much he's thrived in their care. We're truly grateful and would highly recommend the setting to any parent.

We couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend it.

She started in Bluebells class with two staff members who are absolutely fantastic. She then went into buttercups with another staff member, again fab and she is now in wrens and it is lovely to see her thriving with her new pals. My son recently started and I requested he go to bluebells again with these staff. He jumps out of my arms in the morning and greats them with a smile again he is thriving. The staff are great and very knowledgeable in child care and a credit to the company.

My son started Maxy Farm in January and he has settled in really well, the staff have been very helpful and supportive as my son has some medical needs, I was a little nervous when he first started, but the management team worked with us to develop a care plan and even made sure all the staff in his room (Daisies) had training to manage his needs (the staff in Daisies are all fantastic, especially my sons key person) .. the communication has been great and we love seeing the updates on the App. It's really good how many activities they do, the activities are all thought out and the outdoor space is amazing.

Many activities are being played and the idea of sleeping outside is really cool

We would recommend Maxy to anyone who wants first class facilities & staff

Our son's place at Ashbridge Nursery (Maxy Farm) is being revoked on the 28th May because we complained about the standard of care. We have repeatedly been having ongoing issues with his nappy changes. We informed the staff and the manager that he needed frequent changes because he has a condition called 'phimosis', and he's had an episode of balanitis. Our urology consultant has stressed the importance of maintaining his personal hygiene, and we have been told that he will need to have an operation if he has another infection. On multiple occasions, we have collected our son from nursery and we have noticed that he has been left in a soiled nappy. This is a cause for concern for us because of his current condition. In addition to this, he has been getting a severe nappy rash, which suggests he has been left in a dirty nappy for some time. We have had several meetings with the nursery manager, all of which appear to be fruitless.
