We've had such a good experience with the Owls Room. The facilities are great and there's a big focus on outdoor play which my little girl really enjoys. Two members of staff in particular have been fantastic, they are caring, responsive and always take on board feedback.


My daughter sometimes struggles

with drop off but the staff always help her settle quickly. For such a large nursery it's lovely how the team often remember everyone's names and preferences which makes it feel extra personal.


Her development has really come on since starting and she clearly enjoys her time there. She often talks fondly about her key workers. I also really like how much emphasis they put on learning through taking risks in a safe and supportive environment, as well as the extra activities undertaken in the garden and PE hall.


I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ashbridge :) thank you!

We've had a wonderful experience with the Owls class. The staff have been so caring, supportive, and nurturing-emotionally and mentally-which has made a real difference in our son's development. He's grown so much during his time there, especially in his speech and confidence. He's a happy, energetic
little boy, and we've seen how much he's thrived in their care. We're truly grateful and would highly recommend the setting to any parent.

The best environment for our child.
All the activities are planned in order to promote independence, fun and learning outdoor. The staff is always been nice and tried to accommodate our needs as parents working on shifts.
We couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend it.

My little boy absolutely loves the nursery and all it has to offer!
My little boy is currently in bluebells baby room. My daughter was in this room 4 years ago and it's still as amazing, hence why I requested this room again!
It's unbelievable the amount of fun and learning they get in a day. The
staff are amazing at putting pictures on the app for us to see all that he's got up to! Whether that be indoor play, messy play, outdoor water play, visiting the chickens, the water creek, the sandpit or the garden!
Every single day that he's in he's happy to see all the staff, always comes home so happy and full of smiles!
The staff really do above and beyond, more than I could ever have dreamed!


The management team are super helpful and supportive, always a smile upon arrival into the nursery which I love!


Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all that have contributed to creating and continuing to create such a beautiful nursery experience for my little love. We appreciate you!

My daughter initially started at this nursery when she was 1 year old, she is now almost 3
She started in Bluebells class with two staff members who are absolutely fantastic. She then went into buttercups with another staff member, again fab and she is now in wrens and it is lovely to see her thriving
with her new pals. My son recently started and I requested he go to bluebells again with these staff. He jumps out of my arms in the morning and greats them with a smile again he is thriving. The staff are great and very knowledgeable in child care and a credit to the company.

My son started Maxy Farm in January and he has settled in really well, the staff have been very helpful and supportive as my son has some medical needs, I was a little nervous when he first started, but the management team worked with us to develop a care plan and even made sure all the staff in his
room (Daisies) had training to manage his needs (the staff in Daisies are all fantastic, especially my sons key person) .. the communication has been great and we love seeing the updates on the App. It's really good how many activities they do, the activities are all thought out and the outdoor space is amazing.

Our little boy started at Maxy at the start of the year & we have been so impressed by the quality of care, facilities, nutrition and activities he has been offered.
Our key worker, supported by another are both incredibly kind, caring & fun. The Daisy room is full of wonderful staff, who go above
and beyond to look after everyone. We receive so many lovely updates throughout the day. In our little boys room he is able to sleep outside every day, sometimes clocking over 2 hours rest after such fun filled days. Our little boy has a cows milk protein allergy and we have felt really confident with the care.
We would recommend Maxy to anyone who wants first class facilities & staff

Our daughter totally loves Maxy, it's an amazing nursery which really looks after the needs of each child. Their focus on outdoors & activities is a real bonus for us.

Our son's place at Ashbridge Nursery (Maxy Farm) is being revoked on the 28th May because we complained about the standard of care. We have repeatedly been having ongoing issues with his nappy changes. We informed the staff and the manager that he needed frequent changes because he has a condition called
'phimosis', and he's had an episode of balanitis. Our urology consultant has stressed the importance of maintaining his personal hygiene, and we have been told that he will need to have an operation if he has another infection. On multiple occasions, we have collected our son from nursery and we have noticed that he has been left in a soiled nappy. This is a cause for concern for us because of his current condition. In addition to this, he has been getting a severe nappy rash, which suggests he has been left in a dirty nappy for some time. We have had several meetings with the nursery manager, all of which appear to be fruitless.

A great all year round nursery with great staff. Very accomodating and understanding to any situation that may arise. As a single dad, they have been extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend. I couldn't ask for anymore.

Our little boy has been attending Ashbridge Maxy Farm since he was 8 months old (he's now in the 2-3s room) and we couldn't be happier.
From our first visit, we were immediately put at ease with how secure, clean and professional the nursery is.
Every member of the team, from management to reception,
is always so friendly, helpful and approachable.
The key workers/nurses do an incredible job of providing a safe, fun and educational environment. We've watched our son grow into a confident, happy little boy and we truly believe that Maxy Farm has played a big part in that.
The outdoor space is amazing-he loves feeding the chickens and exploring in the forest and sandpit. We love seeing the updates of his day on the app.
We couldn't recommend Ashbridge Maxy Farm more highly.

My son has recently started at Ashbridge at Maxy Farm and is thriving. The booking in process, information given and transition from taster sessions to weekly sessions have been effective and not overwhelming at all. My son is excellently supported by fantastic staff who communicate with us frequently
both in person and via the app! We couldn't be happier with how our time at Ashbridge has begun and I look forward to seeing how much my son develops throughout his time here! Thank you to everyone involved with the Nursery for making it such a fantastic environment.

My two children ages 3.5 and 14 months started in January after relocating to Preston. The nursery has been exceptional so far, especially with my 3.5 year old, he has selective mutism and already he is coming on, the class teachers have been so good with him spending 1-1 time with him and making him
feel comfortable speaking to them. The activities they do in a day are amazing, forest school, art studio and sensory room for my 14-month-old to name a few.
I really feel this nursery will help bring my children on especially my 3.5-year-old.

We have been attending Ashbridge at Maxy Farm since September 2023 and attended Ashbridge at Hutton before then. Both Nurseries have been fantastic for my little boy. The staff genuinely show care for your little one and I feel confident in them caring for him. He had a recent medical episode at the
end of last year and the staff ensured I felt reassured and confident, putting in place a detailed care plan which they discussed with me to put my mind at rest. They give advice and support and have the best facilities I've seen at any Nursery. Would 100% recommend and I'm so pleased my son has had the chance to attend this setting. Keep up the fab work!

Our daughter has been at Maxy Farm since November 2023 and has had some lovely staff and rooms in that time. In particular, the lady in Snowdrops and the ladies in Robins. They have been absolutely fantastic and she has come on so well from being with them. Every day they carry out different activities
and aim to get outside at least once a day, our little one is a big fan of the chickens!
Any issues have been dealt with promptly and the staff are always happy to take time to discuss.

I have sent two children here between 2019 and 2025 (due to finish) and I love it!
The childcare industry has no doubt struggled in recent times with pay and workload but we have experienced so many caring, enthusiastic and engaging staff who form wonderful bonds with our kids.
The resources available
are unbelievable and have developed so much over the years. I would highly recommend!

Ashbridge has been fantastic for my family. My son is really thriving under their care!
He really enjoys the wide range of activities that are available. His class do a lot of forest schools and PE but his favourite is "making plants" in the garden.
The staff have really gone out of their way to
support us whilst our son has been there. They support with the usual things, such as potty training, but they are also brilliant for bigger life events. When our daughter was born she was really poorly which resulted in my husband and I having to stay in a different city and put our son staying with Grandparents. The nursery was brilliant with supporting our son emotionally through that time and were very flexible with us. I will always be grateful for the care they gave my family during that time.

My daughter has been at Ashbridge at Maxy Farm Day Nursery since she was 9 months old and absolutely loves her time there. She is now 2 years old and such an adventurous, confident, outdoorsy child. After some time struggling moving into a new room with new faces and routine, she has created the most
amazing bond with her new staff especially her key worker and room leader. Her key worker has taken the time to put our minds at ease with the effort she makes to get to know our child and reassure us from any issues we've previously had, the photos uploaded on the app and detailed handovers at pick up. Our daughter is now happy to run in, put her dummy in her bag and play with no tears. The opportunities she has on the few days she attends include Forrest School and PE which she loves. The environment they have to explore is excellent - I know that when she is at nursery she will never have a boring moment. Very grateful to have found a nursery that my child loves so much.
